That's one hell of a shake you kids had to sit through.

You think this boy still has legs on it?

Not done patting yet, Jerkoff? This isn't poker, and this isn't a Russian-controlled company. God, the ignorant keep on proving themselves.

Keep on bringing up this "dont trust the Ruskies" crap. My god, how anyone could claim you to be reputable is beyond me.

Your nothing more than a tag-along brown noser. What makes things worse, is that there's a lot of people who DID lose money here today. I feel sorry for those who were waiting on buyout news and sold for a big loss. These are the people your rubbing it in on little tag-along. You're certainly not rubbing anything in my face. Like I said, I could not be more happy than I am, and will be.

Run along now and find another of fat-gurls posts that you can claim your opinion on.

Or stay here and continue to kick those that are down. That definitely seems to be your speed. [/QB][/QUOTE]

This same thing happened to me a few weeks back. I was stitting on a stock with about 1500 profit. It started dropping. I got scared and sold. and made 50 bucks. And then it ran right back up. And then with no funds cleared to get back in. Then it wasnt worth it after that!. So I held this time!!!!

Last week I posted that I might have figured out who the buying was befoore the PR came out and that it could be much bigger than we could ever imagine, but I wanted to see if anyone else could put the pieces together and come up with the same theory. At that time I was jilted to spill the beans and not be so mysterious. After consulting with several here, I decided that it would be better to wait until news came out. To see which way it could go.

Okay, now seems like a good time to throw this out on the table. Before the news came out that the prospective buyer was North-West Oil Group, I thought it was actually going to be Rosneft buying us out with cash as well as IPO shares, which would have been awesome.

However, it is possible still that we could be getting $2.17 a share, plus new shares in the merged company. Just a thought. I don't believe we're done here. Remember, 9.6 BILLION DOLLARS in proven and probable reserves, with 12 month revenue approaching 200 MILLION DOLLARS and LOW FLOAT !!!!

Just bought more at .75

Hold on.

I thought the acquiring company was private... therefore, how can you get shares?? Unless they are making a NEW company, and then NDOL shareholders shares are restricted...

I am down ALOT of money here....I bought into what I thought was a reputable Oil company.

Most of you here bought very low so this type of downward spiralling just takes away from your PROFITS.

For those that bought Higher...I would say most are furious at being scammed

I'm new here, as of 8 weeks ago. I bought into NDOL at 60 and got nervous, sold most at 70 and sold 300 at 1.29 last week.
I lost money on many other pennies that were highly pumped here, but that was due to the fact that like you on NDOL, I bought in AFTER THEY WENT UP.
Not only pennies, but stocks like NDOL can have dips and spikes. The pros around here know when to buy and sell. But they are not going to tell you, as each has to figure things out for himself.
I hope you did not sell as NDOL will go back up to 90, maybe 1.00 this week. next week/following week on PR back to 2.00+

Even in a merger, there has to be some kind of exchange in assets. Remember the SUBSTANTIAL PREMIUM? It may be that North-West Oil Group will be paying $2.17 for each share of NDOL, change the name of the company & issue new shares in the new company. In the big sceme of life there are MANY options. I'm in agree with NoWhen2HoldEm. This ain't over yet folks!!!

You ALWAYS do your own DD, period. In my mind, I've never "hyped" this stock. In my mind, I've always been excited to post my good news/findings/anticipations about NDOL with others that are in this long. I've never been more excited than I am today.

By the way, back to .93

As seems to be the norm whenever I sell.

I feel like a player on Deal or No Deal who took the deal and the next case was lower. I sold at .71 and now the "case" has .93 in it!

Guess I should be happy about a 250% gain and not look back.
