The Risk Metrics is at 1969. This is down 30 points from yesterday. While only a minor shift it is at least showing a decrease in risk metrics. I don't know if this is associated with share price, however, when the risk metrics was in the 700-800 range the pps was higher (don't remember how much) then it is now. I see this as positive! Go Q

For every buyer there has to be a seller, so I don't see how "every transaction" can be a buy?

Just posting what I see on my L2's... maybe Frankie the Fraudster unloaded the entire 350B A/S into the float before bailing. It is obvious that MM's, (especially NITE) have an unlimited amount of shares to sell.

Good morning all QBIDians. I’ve been in contact with SelecTV and Carol. Here are some e-mails:

We were hoping to have the SELECTV GLBT channel package: CurveTV on-air by now, but unfortunately we are experiencing some technical difficulties getting the signal from Canada.

As soon as these problems are rectified will be testing the signal on PAS-8 and we will be ready to launch.

Thank you for your patience - we're all waiting as well as this is sure to be one of our best Channel packages.

We will send out an announcement as soon as we can.

Thank you for your interest in the SELECTV service.

Regards,
Elizabeth HughesSelectv LimitedLevel 7, 100 Collins StreetMelbourne VIC 3000..

Thanks, Jennifer

Hopefully in the next week or so we will get the financials from TMM and we will at least get a feel for what the share structure is like. however, the last 3 months there have been a lot of shares moved around and we will not know this info till the 1st quarter results are out.

the sad thing is most of the damage i believe has been inflicted on us in the last 90 days.

hopefully Mr Fan is going to keep the financials up to date, and we will see the 1st quarter results no later then the 2nd week of April.

if we dont see that, then we are still running blind on this company.

if by the end of April we dont have 1st quarter results, then i will be worried, as we will be right back where we where with Frank at the helm.

the other thing that i would like to see is the financials filed with the SEC in a for 8 or form 10. Otherwise the financial statements are not really all that legitimate to me.

im hoping for the best with this new management team, but i still expect the worst. They still have to earn my respect. the financial statement is a step towards earning my respect, but i want to see full reporting status before i buy into anything from this company.

Im still holding my 15 million shares, long and strong, but im still looking at this as a possible loss situation.

when i invested in this i knew it was for a long term, but i felt that by now i would have been able to pull some profits on my extra shares i bought above my core investment. I'm a bit upset that this did not happen, but i have not counted myself down and out, maybe down, but definitely not out.

Common Mr Fan, please try to earn our respect.

better yet please earn our respect.

Rod

Ton of buys today, but we have not hit .0002 (that I've seen).

The MMs seem to have a ton of shares. Hopefully they'll dry up here soon and we'll run.

That was also before they even launched, right? Presumably, even with the debt, there's more value in t.v. station that transmits than one that does not.

it has been rumoured that this would settle out of court, Firestone had too much at risk if the counter suite would have proven true.

i imagine it was settled rather cheeply
