Suz, Richard is still around, I have emailed him 3 times with 1 response in the last 2 weeks. So that makes me happy! I know he can get busy with all of us calling and emailing him.

My email was for him to reassure me that Fan would not r/s us. Richard made it short and sweet like always and said he would pass my concerns on to management!

Well, Mr.Fan has caught my interest again. I am still sitting on the sideline for a short bit for some more info but to have financials out that quick, is good news. They may not be the best but they are out. Some one had said Frank would not show financials because of up coming deals that could be damaged if they where released to early. he was right. The estimate on the film library was about 700 million to much.

All that aside, I have a question for everyone on the board. Has anyone bought recently and their purchase price shown up below .0001 ? If you don't mind me asking, how low the purchase was? it is not my business how much you purchased. I am just interested in how low you got it at.

TIA

howdy ho happy qbidians. lots of chatter to catch up on . im sad to say i havent been following my little q for some time i still own all my shares and remain optimistic and sometimes even still suffer from op syndrom.

as we all thought frank exagerated lots of stuff about our q but this mr.fantastic as i feel is appropriate to call him until he proves otherwise seems to be at least trying to go the honest route. i dont know how long this will take as most of us dont to get the pps up but as long as no reverse split happens i think we have a chance.

i miss following all the daily info and exchanges of words between qbidders but asside from the humor it provided me i find it not 100% necessarry for me to follow as i am a long long long holder. im glad to see many longs still are here holding on tight for that magical day where we all decide its VEGAS TIME HAHAHA.

ok i have a way of filling up a page with nonsense so in conclusion i want to be part of the warm fuzzy support group but i am wondering if the qbid annonymous is still allowing qbidiots to enter? also i want to wish all of you great luck or skill in your investments and daily lives, and hmmmmmmmm ok im brain dead.

long live qbidians

40 million long and strong.

if only we could see some pps movement i would definitely be adding a few more shares. [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

buckwheat to answer your question about two weeks ago i made a purchase for 10 mil at a limit of .0001 and got filled for .00009. not sure how it happend but i certainly didnt complain to my broker (optionsxpress).

i wish i could put in limits into the fifth digit. i would probably be bidding .00006 just to see if i could get some shares at that price. who knows maybe if you talked to your broker and specified you want shares but only at that price maybe they could do it. good luck

So it took Fan about 2 weeks to get the QTN financials out and according to the PR we won't have long to wait to see TMM (QBID) financials, hopefully this week [Big Grin]

I believe Fan has us moving in the right direction and hopefully the PPS will reflect this.

TRIANGLE MULTI-MEDIA LIMITED INC. RELEASES Q TELEVISION NETWORK FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

BURBANK, CA - March 23, 2006 - Triangle Multi-Media Limited Inc. (See OTCBB Other: QBID) has announced today the release of financial statements for its wholly owned subsidiary, Q Television Network, Inc. (QTN). The information which will be available on the Network's website (here) covers all activities since QTN's inception through December 31, 2005. This highly anticipated release comes on the heels of the new CEO Lloyd Fan assuming total control of Triangle Multi-Media and QTN.

"We have a commitment to our shareholders to provide them with as much fundamental data as possible, and the QTN statement was long overdue," said Lloyd Fan, CEO of Triangle Multi-Media and the Q Television Network. "In the two weeks that I have been in control, I have spent the majority of my time devoted to the financial records in order to provide the shareholder base the information it has been demanding. We are also currently working on the Triangle Multi-Media financial statement and hope to release that to the public very soon."
Fan has also confirmed that previous executive management has resigned all of its fiduciary and executive interest in Triangle and QTN, as well as its 53% majority ownership of QBID.

OPINION ALERT! The following is MY opinion. These statements are filled with conjecture, blatant musings and little if any real facts. Anything herein stated should be taken with a grain, ah, um, err, a BAG of salt. Maybe I should get an attorney to write this part so as not to get me in trouble with the beat-um-up/rake-um over the coals police.

Now with trepidation…

A new era started at the end of February. It has now been a month and we see some changes with many to follow. Frank and crew are out and Lloyd and his developing staff are in. We have seen Carol Hinnant elevated to President and the QTN financials released thru 12/31/05. The QTN fiscal year, therefore, must be commensurate with the calendar year. With this “fact” one could extrapolate that TMM has the same fiscal/calendar year relationship. I have not seen the QTN release, but he has released it and now he has to continue. As they say: Once the horse is out of the bag you can’t put the cat back in the barn.

The TMM 12/31/05 release, I believe before April, should also include the A/S and O/S. BUT please know that that information is of the year end ONLY and not current. I would hope that Lloyd would include up to date information at that time. Additionally, information included would give us a better picture of NTI, LBS and any other subsidiaries. An old adage will arise about the many questions being answered as new ones come forth.

The end of the First Quarter of ’06 is 3/31, next Friday. I would think that we would see the TMM/QTN Q1 numbers by mid April. They should have a story to tell. We would then have the current A/S and O/S. They should also include the subscriber numbers reflecting the many new regions and the start of revenue from the same. The full revenue impact will not be registered until the Q2 report.

Continuing with more opinion and wild guess ramblings about the next few weeks…

I believe Lloyd will announce a board of directors. He stated: “our mission is to seat qualified people within the media, financial and operational fields very carefully.” IMO, if he had announced a BOD immediately it would have shown more cronyism then talent and creditability. Frank destroyed all our creditability and whatever confidence the market had. A credible BOD will go a long way toward restoring some creditability while giving the marked the confidence it needs to move the pps.

I further believe that Lloyd must publish his résumé. I don’t believe he could be the CEO of Patented Products and would have spent all the money he did without the background and sophistication to make TMM/QTN a success.

Continuing with Miss Zelda’s crystal ball…

I see more executive placements, a confirmation of our commitment to the Gay Games and announcements of additional coverage both domestic and international. Once the industry recognizes that Q is back better and stronger then ever, we will see a satellite provider sign us. As long as I’m out on a limb, I’ll bet a cheesecake that the forward-looking statement with the release of Q1 will state that QTN, along with TMM, will turn profitable during Q2.

If only part of the above materializes it would send a strong signal to the investment community that QBID is a credible investment with potential. As investors we tend to look for credible investments with good potential that gives us increasing confidence. This should yield a rising pps. This sounds like a good recipe to me.

Sounds great to me Jen! Thanks for your thoughtout statement. I still have hope, more now with Lloyd that QBID will succeed. I now believe just on my faith in Lloyd that the small investor such as most of us, will be rewarded with QBID's success!

I still pray Lloyd does not r/s us. And I am blindly believing he won't.

GLTA

Go QBID!!!!

One definition of opinion is: "a belief stronger than impression and less strong than positive knowledge".

And the key word is "belief". If you believe what you have posted, no one has any reason to get upset.

IN MY OPINION, you've made some very "possible" predictions. At this point, it's the "probability" of those predictions that is in question, and none of us can figure the odds without more data.

It kinda boils down to the type of gambler each of us is:

"Odds" players probably see the glass half empty right now ... because I think "known" facts indicate we have an uphill trip ahead of us.

But "hunch" players probably see the glass half full now ... because many positive (at least less negative) events have taken place in the last two weeks.

Consider this quote by Mark Twain: "Our opinions do not really blossom into fruition until we have expressed them to someone else."

Now that you've "expressed" your opinions to us, let's hope they "blossom into fruition" very quickly. [Smile]

Just posting this as general interest. Seems the movie was more of a hit thanexpected:

Actor sues, says 'Brokeback' producers fleeced him
24/03/2006 2:21:40 PM

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Actor Randy Quaid is suing the producers of Brokeback Mountain, saying they coerced him into taking less money for his work.

Actor Randy Quaid said he thought 'Brokeback Mountain' was a low-budget art film.
(CP file photo)
Quaid played a tough sheep farmer in the gay romance film, starring Heath Ledger and Jake Gyllenhaal.

The 55-year-old actor filed the $10-million US lawsuit in Los Angeles Superior Court Thursday for intentional and negligent misrepresentation.

It alleges James Schamus and David Linde of Focus Features convinced him to take a pay cut by misrepresenting the project as a low-budget feature "with no prospect of making any money."

The suit says, "Randy Quaid is an instantly recognizable household name and much-admired actor on the world's stage with a worldwide box office total of nearly $2 billion. Defendants were engaging in a 'movie laundering' scheme designed to obtain the services of talent ... for a picture that, in reality, had studio backing and would be exploited using traditional studio marketing and distribution techniques."

The suit also names Del Mar Productions as a defendant.

Court documents reveal the actor agreed to waive his usual seven-figure fee and share of gross profits in favour of a much smaller payment. However, it doesn’t divulge how much he was paid for playing the role of rancher Joe Aguirre.

Brokeback Mountain raked in both awards and acclaim and garnered a best director Oscar for Ang Lee. '"Defendants were engaging in a 'movie laundering' scheme designed to obtain the services of talent."-Court documents filed by Randy Quaid'

The suit says Quaid has a history of appearing "at reduced rates" in experimental, non-mainstream films for art's sake. But the actor insists the film was always planned as a larger-budget movie that would be given a worldwide release and supported as a studio picture.

Quaid's other credits include Independence Day, The Ice Harvest, Not Another Teen Movie and the upcoming Goya's Ghosts.

Focus Features is an arm of Universal Pictures. Linde and Schamus were co-presidents of Focus when the film was made.
