In My Opinion: Fan and Carol are really moving! They have already updated(except OS, etc.(which I think will be coming soon)) with Pinkies(something Frank hadn't done since 2002) Pink Sheets company info
They are putting out PR's on a semi regular basis(of which they are acted upon or followed through with). Let's all keep in mind Fan walked in to a HUGE mess. I think in the small amount of time he has been there, he has been extremely productive. He made a very wise move with Carol, and is very fortunate that she accepted the position. These are all my own thoughts, opinions, perceptions and observations. I feel more comfortable now and in the past several weeks, than in the past two years, that I have been investing in this company. this comming week feels good to me. I have nothing to base my feelings on. i just have that gut feeling that something is abbout to change.

I agree we want to see TMM's statement BUT Mr. Fan has been here for 2 weeks "pubicly" and has kept to his word. He said he would put together a Mgmt team and BOD, he immediately put Carol as Pres. He stated that he wanted transperency and today we get the sheet on QTV. He stated in the PR that TMM was forthcoming "shortly". I suspect within 2 weeks he will have TMM posted. So ppl who are complaining about "I want TMM not QTV" please just STFU. If they would have put TMM out today then ppl would be b*tching and moaning, "What about QTV, do we own it, what is going on with their finances BLAH BLAH BLAH."
Mr. Fan is obvisouly not here to play games, I don't know who this man is, I can only attest that he is a man of his word so far and that is all we can go on.

Farley if your satisfied with what was presented today, more power to you. IMO this unofficial company report only adds to the confusion.
And there is no rush in seeing the official documented numbers for TMM as far as I am concerned. I believe they will be posted in time.
Do yourself a favor and don’t speak for me, in fact on my behalf, how about you STFU because I “do” believe Fan has the knowledge to perform and bring TMM forward, with the help of Hinnant and others of course.
I had no beef with you Farley. Just didn't like the fact you overlooked the concerns of my "long" investment. I've got patience, yes, but those official numbers are long overdue.

well according to the reports, this company is not as far in debt as i would have expected.
as stated we can not begin to make a valuation of QBID untill we know what the finacial status of TMM. For a very short period of time that Fan has been around, it is evident that he is scrambling to gain the shareholder, and the carriers respect.
with the financials out, the carriers will have more faith in the fact that they are a viable comapany and trying to make a go of it.
Im impressed at what they have managed to do on a shoe string budget. these are really small numbers for a television network.
it will be interesting to see what we actually own under the TMM umbrella.
hopefully we will find that TMM is making money and Frank has been skimming off the proffits.
with a proper business man at the helm, we may be able to make some money with this compamy.

The 75000 shares of Qbid are owned by TMM. QBID is a fully owned subsidiary of TMM. Thats is how subsidiaries are setup. The parent company owns all of its subsidiarie's stock. All the investors own the parent company's stock. Fan, you and me, all of us own TMM stock.
This filing shows Fran is not afraid and does not believe in BS and does not want to hide anything, even if they are not what we wanted. He is giving us 'Facts of Life". He is saying this is what we have and now we need to fix it.
We need to wait for the TMM financials also, as without those, we can't figure out anything.
I feel better than I have felt in a long time with this management. I say we give them more time.

Qbid'n I am very happy with the QTN report card for one reason and one reason only, we have a CEO that is providing us with actual info. We may not like it but atleast we are provided with the info that has never been given to us.

I have been long in this stock also, so if you think I don't believe it's been way overdue your wrong BUT on the other hand I made an educated "guess" (decision) with this stock knowing full well it was a pink sheet and they have no obligation to report anything to me. It's the nature of the beast, legalized gambling if you will. We all took a gamble and are awaiting are pay day.
I tried to get the information from the Q site but all I got is a blank page with a big % sign and a big PDF… so…
Here are my thoughts (opinion) from what I’ve gleaned from the PR and this site.
1. In order to account for TMM it’s subsidiaries must be accounted first. 2. This audit is for the 3rd and 4th Quarters of ’05 for QTN only. 3. The audit of TMM for Q3 and Q4 of ’05 will be out “very soon” 4. The end of the 1st Quarter of ‘06 is next Friday, the 31st. 5. We should see the 1st Quarter results by mid April… in 3 weeks! 6. Little of our expansion outside of the original 3 RCN regions had any effect on revenue due to the 90-day start-up requirement. Here is a list and add 90 days: Maine 7/31 Rochester 9/29 Syracuse 9/29 Chicago 10/06 Birmingham 11/9 New York 11/17 New Jersey 11/17 Eureka 11/22 San Diego 12/7 Houston 12/13 Lincoln and Raleigh early Jan ’06
The above list reflects the vast majority of our subscriber base and we are only now beginning to receive their revenue. We are not going to receive full revenue from this list until the 2nd Quarter.
In addition to the above list we can add SlecTV. We will be broadcasting on them to Australia by the end of this month.
Also waiting in the wings is Verizon with their FiOS system, which has the potential of being huge.
Just some thoughts and, like you, I can hardly wait for more info.

Beautifully said. And yes, I have been to dinner with those kind of people. I don't go out with them much anymore.

I haven't read anyone really complain about this. I feel like I am watching one of those arguments with my wife where we realize halfway through it that we are adamantly saying the exact same things

Rtrng It's been doing that for quite awhile ... popping to .0002 (or at least .00015+) for one or two trades a day. And I really don't know what it "means", or if it means anything.
But I do see some sunshine coming through the dark clouds today. And after that ... maybe a rainbow ... and we all know what's under a rainbow ... right?

No that is incorrect. That is SE for QTN, not TMM (QBID).
Not only that but only the company assets are taken into account in the calculation. The REAL stockholders' equity is -15,500,637 (note it's NEGATIVE).

Wow. We got a nice warm fuzzy PR today and some numbers for QTN! Now all we need is all the "numbers" for TMM assets as well. Maybe this Lloyd guy serious...I sure do hope so.
Also, I see all the blind optimist pumpers and bashers are out in force again. Good to see that. It was getting kinda boring on this thread.
