Fan has also announced the closing of Triangle Multimedia Limited Inc.'s former Palm Springs headquarters, which had been maintained as a home base of operations for the network's previous executive staff. you have to admit, after promoting Hinnart and closing the burbank office, it seems that Fan is going to move fast AND update us on what qbid is doing.
one cause for concern: he sort of implied in the letter to the shareholders that he was going to do an RS
"we intend to keep our shareholder base involved and up to date with any specific changes that will directly affect our security. We feel strongly in our attempt to successfully compete within our market sector and in turn add much needed value to our stock."
that sounds an awful lot like an RS is in the works

i would prefer that Mr Fan take the time to verify the information is accurate before he threw it out to us.
yes he bought in based on info that Frank provided to him, but i would rather have it verified as I would not put it past Frank to lie and have false info for an investor, as he did to us investors.
i would prefer that Fan be completely honest with us and i would want the info that is released to the public to be completely accurate.
if he released the info that he was shown and it turned out to be false later, everyone would be all over Fan for releasing false info. He doesn't want that happening when he is trying to gain our trust and respect, We dont want that, and the people that he does business do not want that.
I know it sucks not knowing what is in store for us, but knowing false info is not going to do anything but cause false hopes.
I will wait for the real deal to be released and then we can all access our company in a true light, no shadows of doubt, or rose colored glasses.
Wait? the answer is yes. but today's pr gives me a bit more hope. Frank had the right idea in hiring Carol Hinnant, but did not have the wisdom to give here the control she needed to do her job. Fan has seen her potential as well and now has put her in a position to do her magic.

which tells me that he has received the letters we have sent, and it taking us into consideration. This in itself may lessen the threats of the a R/S but not necessarily eliminating it. this is in my opinion of course.
we are another step out of the grave so to speak and time will tell.
here's to hoping that Mr Fan is the next best thing to sliced bread.

Why at 3:59. Well most well run companies release PR either at premarket OR after-hours, NOT during the day. So, in a way this is a good sign that management is going to follow NORMAL business practices, unlike Frank who would release a PR ANYTIME he felt like it.

I have had several conversation with Carol Hinnant as well as exchanged e-mails and met her on a couple of occasions. Carol has been one of the most dedicated people at "Q". She has always had a great vision of "Q" being a success.
She was not always in agreement with Frank and this may have cause some heartburn with the carriers. Carol is very well respected in the cable industry and this move will no doubt help with creditability issues.
Carol has always been swift to answer e-mails and give honest answers. She was not privy to all the financial dealings of Frank et al. But she was always a great voice for the shareholders.
So I guess we will have to wait and see how she does as President. I feel that Mr. Fan made an excellent choice with the appointment of Carol Hinnant. IMO she will do very well for the company and hopefully the shareholders.

there is also the renting of their studios, that generates income. ( How does penny trader know this?) (the income) and (their studios).. that they dont own.
so lets drop the guessing how many subs we require or have and making factual calculations about stuff that is not factual. (ya lets)

Yes, I did. It just stopped.
It was not a PR like the ones Richard writes.
Perhaps it was just what Fan said that it was--a general letter to investors to acknowledge the situation and to express that he wants to turn things around.
And, that we should not expect it to happen overnight.
IMO, making Carol H. president should provide some immediate confidence in his decision making skills.
