lets see i have 8mil and nothing in RSHN so this better 10-20x or else im gonna be unhappy. The company looks good though, voxbox looks profitable and macrosouth looks good too. If the buyout happens i am gonna be a very very very happy college student. If not im gonna be down about 1-2k. Lot to gain and not that much to lose other than watching everyone cheer for joy at the RSHN forums while JPHC gets the shaft. Prolly should have diversified. Oh well. Live in and learn. -Cow

I would think we would receive shares of the company that buys JPHC. Best case is we get the valuation amount or better worth of another companies stock...IMO.
Don't know worst case, but as long as their is a buyout/merger, I think we're going to be in good shape.

Those were actually pay outs to settle the debt to the CEO and CFO. Leads me to believe the merger/buyout will be real soon.

JUPITER is pleased to announce that its independent pricing analysis report is near completion and that Management expects the pricing number to be no less than $0.004/share.
the merger will be a stock conversion or a cash deal....if its a cash deal (they) the merging company gets a discount...and info is leaning toward this
it could hit .003-.01 overnite,....and they are famous for after hour PRs...so no chance to get in if the PR is favorable
P.S. GO RSHN , baby !!!!!

Ohio Trader, that doesn't make sense to me. And I'm asking this to get an answer, not to debate you. If it's a cash deal and the buying company gets a discount, like lets say .003, then who would buy this stock for .004 to .01? Wouldn't they be losing money? Also, why do you say they are famous for after hours PRs? Out of the last like 6 PRs only one was after hours. The rest were 9:30 - 11:30

i doubt it. lot of people were buying at .0007 last 10min on friday. But you never know, MMs have been having their way with JPHC for the week and might be able to drop it to .0006. Give it a shot =)

That didn't answer my question! Didn't even come anywhere the question. Also it's been said that this is a buyout and not a merger.

I would be surprised if you could get in at .0006 as well. This climbed to .0011 a couple weeks ago in anticipation of this news and I suspect it will creap up again this week. my opinion...

in my opinion it'll see a little gapper in the a.m. as it usually occurs but after hitting 8 maybe even 9 it'll come back down to .0006 --- i was able to free up 3K so i'm looking to pick up 5 mil at 6!

A $2000.00 watch tells time no better than a $20.00 watch. Use your money more wisely by giving it to me. I want to buy property with mine.

payup by that logic then high quality goods shouldnt exist. If i wanted a watch that told time id get a timex, but if i wanted a watch that said "congrats on JPHC" id buy a nice watch that would represent no less than 5% of the profit from JPHC merger. Property however would be nice.......

I really wanted to see a good PR over the weekend so we could catch these MMs out short, guess we will have to settle for a slow uptrend to the valuation price until we get it.

who knows what is going on behind the scenes. I hope this isnt BS, but even if it is i have mentally braced myself for the bad news lol. All signs are pointing towards BO however. All of these news releases over the past couple months and the reduction of debt and the company evaluation? I mean come on it has to happen, just when and what price. Hopefully its a company that can be profitable and maybe i wont ditch all of my shares in hope for further gains. who knows my brothers, lets stand strong and hope for the best! -Cow

im looking to get into RSHN with my loads of JPHC money. I think RSHN has a great product and strong demand and could easily hit .50-$1 range end of the year.

OK, we don't know if this is true, but one thing we do know is this stock is severely shorted. If the MMs think this rumor is true you can bet tomorrow will be a very big day for them trying to shake loose shares. This means they will probably short more to drive the price down in attempts to get you to sell.
DON'T DO IT, DON'T SELL ONE SHARE, in fact if they do short some more in the morning to drive the pps down then we all need to buy some more.
This will put them in deeper and if the rumors are true, on Tuesday when the news hits they will have bid the price up to cover their shorts, which means the potential for the price to excide the buyout price is VERY LIKELY.

IMO if your scenario happens 1000% instant gain in the next 1-2 weeks( which is more probable with JHPC at this point in time than 99% of the penny stocks listed)
than either sell up or sell down..
i would sell an initial block say 25-50% if your scenario happens and then watch it very closely to see which way it seems to be moving,
if it continues to rise.....you can hold, or sell small blocks to capture your higher profits
if it moves down, sell a block, and watch closely and if it moves down again sell another block
Good Luck this week !!

sb, when the buyout happens the MMs must cover their shorts meaning for every share they have sold short they must buy. We suspect that this stock is severely shorted. If this happens soon the stock could very well go to the pennies with them having to cover so many shares. When announced you will be guarenteed the buyout pps. Ohio_trader has got it right, just keep in mind that if this happens the MMs will play these same games above the buyout price trying to get the cheapest shares possible. Remember once announced you will be guarenteed the buyout pps, so don't sell below that.
