JPHC appearing to be coming off double bottom--MM games or no it's going to be a fun ride through March and April. I agree that longs should hold strong and not get distracted by MM tactics. That mention of .0040 ought to be a 'shot across the bow' for MMs because it could definitely be a lowball valuation and they've been 'warned.' lol

Agreed diligence, with the rumors of buyout next week this will continue to climb games or not. The way the MMs were able to scare up shares yesterday even after the valuation of .004 is disheartening to say the least. People need to understand what they have here and not get shook loose, and we will get the pps where it should be alot faster.

Well lets see if the MMs can continue to play their games today. They will if we let them. Remember people the valuation is at a min. .004 and they shouldn't get our shares for less than that. Rumors have it that the buyout is possible next week and when it happens, I hope they release the PR after the market closes to hopefully catch the MMs off guard.
YOUR SHARES ARE WORTH MIN .004 DON'T LET THEM HAVE THEM FOR LESS. HERE'S A NOVEL IDEA, LET'S MAKE MONEY ON THIS STOCK INSTEAD OF LETTING THE MMs HAVE IT.

Bid just went to.0009 with over 10M shares traded premarket. Maybe they'll let this run a little today. OR maybe the momentum won't let them make that decision.

I think a lot of shares are sold by the company right now and probably during the previous days/weeks too.
Explanations:
1- Volume is very high and some MM (WECK...)have a huge sell order at the BID around 0.0006-0.0008. Happen many times.
2- We are always driven down after a good gain.
3- Huge dump when we reach price around 0.0008-0.001 and we don't know who is dumping! My guess is WECK.
4- The recent PR indicates a minimum buy out price of 0.004 just to attire more investors during the company share dilution.Dilution required to pay the company debts.
5- Selling under 0.004 make no sense since the buy out will be done above 0.004.
6- Longs have more than 2.3 billions shares (near of the entire floats). But big volume continue to be traded on the market with low pps movement. My guess is the float grow up each days + a bit of short selling.
7- Massive shorts selling make no sence since the buy out is very close. No one wants to be traped.
8- All we know that the company wants to clear the debts before the buy out. We saw some debts converted into restricted shares (8-K forms) at price between 0.0001-0.0003. I think the company converts a part of its debts into restricted shares and the rest of the debts will be pay through shares sold into the open market at price between 0.0005-0.001.
JPHC receives more $$ by selling shares in the open market than converting into restricted shares. Right now, the important for the company is to pay the debt before the buy out (next week probably). So, the company needs a lot of buyers at the open market to sold enough shares to pay the ENTIRE debt before next week.
But don't worry about the current situation because at the end of the buy out, all will receive a minimum of 0.004/share. I just esperate the buy out will be pay by cash and not by shares.

Maybe that's true, maybe it's not, but I think human emotion is the biggest driver here. you've got people that bought in at .0003 and .0004, and they're up 100% or more and they're happy to take that to the bank. They don't think of what they might have if they hold for another week or two.

Sonnybois, your scenerio above is one that happens all to often,,,,,however it just doesn't seem plausible for this stock at this time. IMO, it would be highly unlikely for the company to dilute the stock at .001 when they know that its headed to at least .004 in a short time. The valuation of .004 fully diluted means all authorized shares. It doesn't make any difference if the company is holding 5B shares to dilute, when the buyout happens those shares are worth buyout price (minimum of .004). Why sell their shares now between .0005 and .001 it just doesn't make sense. On the other hand if the MMs are confident that they can control the price, then this becomes a golden opportunity for them. jmho, but I believe it is MM games that are still going on, and the only way to stop it is to quit falling for their shakes and hold long. There is no reason to sell now when you know whats coming.

My opinion as well. Hold strong!
I bought in * .0003 and .0005 a while ago... i'm not selling... i was up 200% (profit) and didn't sell... especially with the a possible buy out around the corner it would be silly to sell!!! I've been trying to load up * .0006 for two days now!!! If i don't make it... fair enough... we shall see!!! But all i have in mind at the present is buying and holding... nothing about selling .

I agree with you, it's very difficult to figure out why the company sold shares at 0.0006-0.001 while it can sold at minimum of 0.004. There is my answer to this:
The buy out will be done by restricted shares. The buyer will give restricted shares in exchange of JPHC's shares.
So, after the buy out, JPHC will not have $$$ but will have restricted shares in hand. So, with this shares, the company cannot pay the debts since they will be restricted.
This is my guess to explain to situation. But many senarios can explain the current situation.
Do you know if the buyer needs to buy the Outstanding shares only or all the authorized shares?
