Tried buying 500mill at .0004 from 10am to about 12noon. After no execution I put a bid in at .0005 and still nothing. Was it etrade slow to execute or was no one selling..I thought for sure I would get my order filled at .0005.

I think no one wants to give it up at .0004.
I sure don't. This is a stock I think will rise once the merger happens. And no one bought low enough to make any $$$ yet.

Fergy, I have been listening to that dude at RB for 2 weeks saying the same stuff. A broken clock is right 2 times a day so maybe he will be on time with this prediction. He did the same thing last week. Lets hope that we all make some cash next week. TMAN...

When JPHC was .0003 x .0004, it took Etrade way too long to fill me. This was when the stock had maybe 60 million in volume for the day. No one was buying for a while or selling. Took Etrade a good 20 minutes to notice my order. Sometimes you just have to call the trade inquiry desk. When a large order comes in that needs to be worked by a trader, it will sometimes get routed to another firm. Then you have to hope that other firm is paying attention. In the future, call the PowerEtrade number, get the trade inquiry desk, display some knowledge and you will get your fills.

Do you see the divergence in the PVO and stock price? Nice accumulation

PPO also had nice positive divergence. PPS went down, but PPO remained level (granted not in bullish territory, but when the PPS dropped, the PPO stayed level)

I believe the reason everyone has had a hard time obtaining shares of JPHC is because the MM's have been controlling this one for so long. From what I hear, they are way short on shares. Something like 2 bil. So I dont think its your broker. A lot of 100 signals have printed which means that the MM's need shares to cover bad! If you are in at 0003/ 0004/ or 0005, you are in really good shape. This thing is going to uptick every day next week IMO, so the least that we will see by Fri will be 001, and probably higher. I am really excited and hope that we get some solid news. Good Luck everyone!

There are some interpretations of the spike to 0.004 yesterday. Some think it was a signal by the MM's of where this is headed next week while others think it was fat fingers. I agree with the signal as well as one other proposed thought. Perhaps the MM's are trying to give the impression that there was massive selling when someone looks at the TA. When I was looking at the chart the accum/dist and chaikin Osc took a big dip. Looking at the formulas of these calculations it would make sense that this would occur with the huge spike to 0.004 (on only 1000 shares)then to close at 0.0005.
Looking at the TA I think it is looking good. Yesterday it closed above the 50MA of 0.0004, MACD is crossing over 0, DMI+ crossed the ADX line, RSI has been rising over the last month and it currently at 60. The bollinger bands are tightening however, yesterday it is at the upper band. These are my thoughts. Pick them apart as you wish I just think it is looking primed. The proposed news AH on Monday would add nicely to the anticipated explosion just as long as the news that "should knock everyone's socks off at the number that will come out" is good and not a play on words and in fact bad. Once again GL all

actually, if you look at dogcatchers posts on JPHC he is usually right on. If he posts "PR is imminent" then the PR comes out within 30 min. If he says a PR will be out after close on such and such a day it usually comes out that day or before open the next. Just look at the post times and compare them to a couple PRs. His source is quite reliable, as he correctly predicted just about everything that went on with IGTN (now IGTG) and I made ALOT of money off his "predictions".
I think that this one has the potential for .0010-15 on monday with no PR due to the HUGE amount of shares shorted, even in the past week (look at the volume in the past four days on a T&S chart, lots of hits on 4 and only a couple hits on the bid of 3 and no movement).
With the PR who knows how high.

Resistance point are:(going back 1 year)
.0007
.0011-12
Possibly at .0016
.0021-22

the dog is dogcatcher from another board.
I read a post about him earlier but there are at least 3 JPHC threads. It must be on one of the others. He said PR coming Mondat after closing bell.
Someone else said he is accurat most of the time.
I tried to find that post but couldn't. It's like finding the needle in a haystack.

If tangibles are coming this week it could indeed be very rewarding $$$ I was just looking at chart and it does seem primed for something. Nice base from which to move upward. Huge volume Monday could really throttle shorts and move PPS up nicely. MMs willingness to let it go for spurts or longer (days) would be most-appreciated GLTA!! When Dog speaks about news it is usually right on--in the recent past such 'news' hasn't moved PPS but if this news speaks to specific guidance on possible acquisition/valuation then some dynamic move both (technically) and fundamentally in mind of investors could happen. It wouldn't be out of question to also see a substantial number of daytraders get in and put even more pressure on shorts. JPHC is very-much followed in penny world see pinksheets.com (most-viewed) section and tangible news is going to put issue into greater exposure and demand curve.

JPHC: I am hearing that the news may not be out until after the close on Monday. If our source is correct, it should knock everyone's socks off at the number that will come out. If you own it, you should be in great shape. If you don't own it, this may be your opportunity. Either way the Stock should have a tremendous, tremendous, move. Enough said. This is my opinion.

Click on the chart for larger image

Broke long term resistance

The perfect storm is brewing:
1) about to get a bullish 20/50 cross
2) took out resistance (50 SMA)
3) closed above long term resistance at .0004
4) from mid Jan to mid Feb, the CMF increased while the PPS decreased = accumulation (that is why the CMF went positive towards end of Feb/early March)
5) stochs say JPHC is nowhere near being overbought
6) next resistance may be 200 SMA at .00067 (but 200 SMA has never been a factor before)
7) the last breakout JPHC had from this level was almost to .004 (my line chart does not show it, but feel free to pull up a candlestick chart)

As most have been saying, a breakout is imminent. I will be interested to see how this opens up on Monday morning. A 1-2 punch may be coming: dividend news followed by acquisition news.

I have heard the o/s is around 5 Billion but the float is a lot less due to restricted shares by the insiders. I can't remember the exact number but I think it is around 2 Billion. However the company is said to be buying back up to 1 Billion shares. It is a little confusing with all the files lately but it looks like they have been retiring shares lately. The evaluation by Evans and Evans will tell the story soon. Up from here imo. Good luck. THe TA are looking good and there seems to be some short covering.

Thanks Wally for that information. It looks like it traded about 1/3 of the available float Friday. That to me is a good sign. BTW is this information from a particular site that we can all access or is it a paid service? TMAN...
