The March 20th PR stated..."Ongoing discussions with a potential acquirer/merger candidate are progressing at an increased pace and we anticipate a continued move towards the completion of a transaction. "
This suggests either is possible. I'm pretty new at this, so which is the better outcome for shareholders? Thanks for any opinions...

It doesn't really matter to me what the MM's do, I'm holding till the PR anyway. I hope the MM's get caught short and I hope they get screwed over doing it when this PR comes out.

I don't know much about Nann except it has a 450K market cap, so any big contract or revenue growth should effect it a lot.

the recent reverse merger announcement seems to have a bad effect on market value, at the opposite of the what I think...that's the reason why I asked you that.

If the mm's are short and want to cover some they will drop the price. They would rather buy cheaper than higher.
Sometimes good news has an opposite effect at first. If you believe in the numbers just wait for the reversal.
With NANN the spread is really big, it should be fairly easy to see if they are accumulating inventory at that price or selling it.
