I finally bought some. The risk reward seemed to be about right here for a micro penny.

If it went down to .0001 I would be pissed but the odds seem greater it gets bought for .002, so why not.

Anyone heard any more news or speculation?

Acquisition or merger????

The March 20th PR stated..."Ongoing discussions with a potential acquirer/merger candidate are progressing at an increased pace and we anticipate a continued move towards the completion of a transaction. "

This suggests either is possible. I'm pretty new at this, so which is the better outcome for shareholders? Thanks for any opinions...

a lot of the trades at .0008 now. I haven't seen anything at .0006.

I think they forgot to move the bid to .0007 on the quote.

Maybe if it breaks 8 it will start running.

They finally raised the bid to .0007.

This is looking promising.

Hard to know if I should hold for the buyout or sell going up before the buyout.

I can see this running to .001 pretty easily.

I think it could run to .002 before a buyout. I already see the trading slowing at .0008 as if they are gradually working through that level.

I would imagine most people are expecting over .001 so that will be where the market goes.

I could be wrong but I am expecting over .001. Just wait and see I guess.

AHHH...I'm getting tired of these levels (.0007)!

I know we have to patient, but come on. Let's just get on .0008 and hold strong.

How funny,

They lowered the bid to .0006 and about 15 million shares traded, now it has totally stopped.

See which way she goes after lunch.

I think so,

No trades for 20 minutes. After they lowered the bid/ask and the dumpers dumped everything just stopped.

Maybe they are having brunch.

No trades for 30 minutes, is it possible trading has stopped for the buyout?

Just hoping.

It doesn't really matter to me what the MM's do, I'm holding till the PR anyway. I hope the MM's get caught short and I hope they get screwed over doing it when this PR comes out.

After about 10 straight trades at the bid a small trade at the ask.

They seem to be accumulating a little then selling a little.

Bid back up to .0007, see if ask moves higher.

I don't know much about Nann except it has a 450K market cap, so any big contract or revenue growth should effect it a lot.

the recent reverse merger announcement seems to have a bad effect on market value, at the opposite of the what I think...that's the reason why I asked you that.

I was reading over the merger deal and it is a little vague to me.

Issue an amount equal to 95 % of OS.

so basically doubling the OS is what it seems to me.

Company they are buying has revenues of 1.8 million, with OS of 35 million then price per revenue = .05 per share.

I could see it doubling. Might be a good investment.

If the mm's are short and want to cover some they will drop the price. They would rather buy cheaper than higher.

Sometimes good news has an opposite effect at first. If you believe in the numbers just wait for the reversal.

With NANN the spread is really big, it should be fairly easy to see if they are accumulating inventory at that price or selling it.

The company said it in a press release.

No details have been released but the wording by the company seems to make people think it could be a good deal making them 10X their investment.

It may or may not happen.

Problem with holding a stock like JPHC is there are other stocks running and making money while you are waiting.

It is best to buy it as close as possible to the buyout so you can keep your money active and making money.

The question on my mind is how close to the buyout are we.
