same, you go ahead and pump this rediculous pr. Many of us can read exactly what it says and it says NOTHING. It is an attempt to legally mislead people. Nothing more. Otherwise, why didn't they come out and say "we are going to do this' and not all the maybes, potentil, should, etc. A real POS.

well based on what JPHC has been at, doesnt look like this will ever get to .0006, let alone .001 by the 10th. So, I guess we're all stuck in it for 2 yrs. Heres to hoping the new company will go up from here!!

I was expecting a PR from APOA on this spin-off, since it didn't get released by JPHC before the merger announcement. IMO - Hawkins & Co. worded this in the only way possible - for the benefit of shareholders wanting to know.
If there are shorts (naked or clothed), we'll know soon enough.
Has to word things at this point very carefully. Myself I think the divedend will happen. I think APO and JPHC are working togeather in a way to counteract the shorts. I think they know what they are doing and have been given good advice from experienced people. I have not been deceived yet by the CEO and what they have stated their plan was last Feb.
Now I have been on a lot of message boards and it is really fascinateing to me how negative posters are even if it is good news. The frustration should be taken out on the MM's IMO that is where the problem is.

Same, I own shares of this pos and if I can get out without losing my azz I will. If I want to bash this pos I will, if I want to heap praise on this pos I will because I am a shareholder. What they pulled here affected me and my family and I will never forget who did it and why. Have a nice evening. TMAN...

Seems like we're stagnating in the 4 range. Anyone feel we may touch 5 or 6 in the next week? TIA

take your money whatever is left here, buy any other stock say for example, ndol, mid day at 1.2-1.25, sell t next day for around 1.34-1.35. do dat till day comes when they finalize deal of 2.17. hold on to it and within not more than a month, hopefully, you should get cleared of all your money. I've been doing that ever since this one crashed, and have made more than 200% already. and btw i had bought this stock at all time high of 0.0014 and sold it at all time low at 0.0004. still havent got off it but am recovering slowly. Would double my position to 20mil shares and bring my average down to .0006 from .001. $2K for a slim chance at $50K is something I'm willing to do. Maybe that's why I'm not making as much money here as the rest of you seem to be doing
Oh well, I'll always be a gambler at heart.
If you're a gambler, get into DDSI. It's a fully reporting subpenny which is rare and had over $3 million in revenues it's last fiscal year. They are releasing it's 10Q in the next week or so and could be a good one. JMHO. GLTU and do your DD.

Unfortunately, I'm still in this thing. Hoping it might do something by Friday. At least I'm hoping to take a little less of a hit. Repo, you got in and out and in and out. Did you move this somewhere that got back the losses? I think you were right to get out when you did.
Look back on this thread, I think there have been phone numbers listed, but I don't know what page.

Amswap, you mentioned Friday, i think close of business Wednesday May 10th is the deadline to get out if you do not want to sit with restricted shares.
I will double check with the news on pink sheets.
