Anyway, nothing bad here, but close or not close, nobody knows, I'm not going to wait for weeks if not within the 2 next weeks, people should leave this penny. It's never good to wait for rumours because plans often change with the time...We are all waiting for something big here! in the short time...

JPHC will likely make a good run before any official announcement is made. There will be too many insiders informed on details and so I expect abnormally large volume and hopefully related PPS move 'before the fact.' The timing is unlikely to be a total secret so IMO watch the volume--and don't overlook any/all rumors that have some kind of plausible basis. The MMs behavior is also key--in that they will be speculating on the same rumors and or inside info.

i felt bad yesterday but there is nothing looking 100% to me right now. The massive GZFX run is done and so is the RSHN run (not saying they are completely done but they had HUGE runs which wont happen again until more PR). Personally, i dont think anything is worth pulling out for to flip for 20% gains when you could potentially get caught out of a massive buyout. just my opinion though. -Cow

some have tried to link VPMD as the possible buyer of JPHC. I thought it strange that from what I could find, there were no trades of VPMD today. Anyone know why?

That's interesting, I hadn't heard that one. If true it sounds more like a joint venture project than a buyout.

ya some dude on raging bull quoted my VPMD post. funny he left the blantant typo in there. I just happened to be surfing the pinksheets website and looked at the Latest News section and by total chance i found this company's latest post which was last friday. I honestly dont even care if it is VPMD i just want a buyout!

No I checked it was .0008. I have Scottrade too. It seemed like there were some issues with the streamer today not as bad as the other day but I noticed some of my positions weren't showing up on the T&S. Anyway it did close at .0008. Hopefully a bit higher tommorrow.
If you are correct about VPMD, according to their PR news was to happen within 10 days and that was the 24th so it probably wouldn't happen until Monday/Tuesday next week.
It's really a matter of when the MM's decide to let this run. They've kept a pretty good cap on it so far.

ohio will you give me mad e-props if i am right about the VPMD buyout? would mean a lot to me *hug*
gonna make a further prediction. I think its gonna be a reverse-split buyout. 1 share of VPMD for every 10 JPHC. Which is on par if you multiplied .004 by the shares you own. just a guess !

ur the best, we should go buy a massive yacht with our JPHC loot, i get it for 1.5 months in summer and you get the other 1.5 months and we can rent it out when we are not using it and then buy some microcaps and make more money and have a yacht fleet. Call the company Ohio Cows. I can see it now.......

haha. i am in for 8,090,000 shares. I calculated that for every .001 i make i recieve $8090. Too bad i missed the RSHN/GZFX run. I only got 9k and 5 is in JPHC and 4 is in xsnx. Which college student loves the stock market! <---- This one does!
Ohio im thinking Steak N' Shake by the way, they franchise. YAchts have terrible margins and everyone loves steak n shake.

buy property in tennessee, around the smokie mountians, especially gatlinburg....it is just starting to skyrocket.....fast forward 10 years and it will be very expensive, many rich people from east coast and florida are buying up land there for a 2nd home....and it is very beautiful there

Ohio_Trader thanks for your tip that got me in JPHC. I loaded up with 600,000 more shares yesterday and I am now over 1M shares total. Obviously, I hope that you and SBRCOW are correct about the merger with VPMD. Here's to a Green Day for all!!!

VPMD only trades 40-80K shares per day on average --- which is extremely little --- $2k-$4k a day --- that's nothing!!! And VXBX doesn't seem to be grand company either --- if these were the merger candidates... i think i'll be out when the news hits the market!!! Does anyone know what the o/s shares for VPMD are?
Anywho, that's all rumor anyways... i'm sure i could find atleast 100 companies that would fit a similar merger/acquisition description!!! And there's nothing, too, exiting about either companies named in the above... so... i wouldn't base anything on that info... as it's 100% guessing, no facts --- might as well drive to the nearest casino and put all your money on red if that's how you play the stocks!

JARW the reason this matters is because JPHC owns half of VXBX and lastly VPMD doesnt trade 0 shares on average so it is unusual. I further think its VPMD for that very fact. They have traded in the same area for ages and are looking to increase their PPS. Mergers/buyouts often do that.
