suzaniniee...honestly, i think i just got started posting negative beccause i saw so much hype and positive postings that i felt the other side needed to be said. Yes i sold most of my shares, but i still own shares, i would still go back in if certain things were done, my uncle owns shares because of me, and my cousin does as well. I want Q to do well.
But i mean, at this point, many truely do think that QTN is about to fold, or go bankrupt, or something along those lines. These things are being posted by me and others, but as an example. When Lobo's post was brought over, Bottomliner (sorry for calling you out) sat there and just attacked and critized his post, rather than thinking that maybe somebody is telling the truth.
I personally dont really know what to do at this point. I spoke with my cousin and uncle and they both are just holding. I dont know much about tax law and stuff so i guess its up to you guys to know whether you want to sell at .0001 or take a tax loss when/if they go bankrupt. They may turn around here, who knows. But many on this board just attack everything that is negative, saying its rumors and hearsay, or somebody has an adgenda, but when you get a PR from a CEO who has lied and mislead in nearly every PR thusfar you accept it.
We all missed the early signs on the door that something was wrong. Well now the red flags are almost to big to see, and some continue to dismiss these posts. IMO

guys please stop with the accusations of what i am or what im trying to do. ok. just stop its not needed on the board. If you think i have an adgenda then dont read my posts. please.
Ive already said i personally dont know what to do. There was a bid today at .0001. You can hold and take a tax loss if it goes bankrupt, or you can hold and hope that a miracle occurs IMO.
This truely is just sad. Thats all i can come up with. Sad. Not even worth me cracking jokes or anything. Just sad. Good luck to everyone

MT, stop the accusations??? You've been ranting the past three days.
If the sky is indeed falling, i'm sure we are all aware of it by now, with or without your posting.
Good luck to you as well.

fyi, you can sell your stock now and still declare a tax loss. the max you can write off (i believe) is $3000 a year, but you can carry it over for 5 years if you lost more than that. you can also write it off from profit you made that year in the stock market.

but the difference in selling now or waiting for bankruptcy might be negligible for some, so there may be no point in selling it here. i for one am not.

i dont think it's mt's cell phone. the # checks out. i cant get through either though.
i will say this. frank supposedly converted his stock to preferred stock. preferred stock has no voting rights in most states, only common stock has voting rights (not sure about washington state though). in order to raise the actual shares, the corporation needs to get shareholder approval. i do not remember voting on this- anyone else? if the shares were raised, they were raised without our permission and we do have a legal issue

You won't have to provide the UBI. They'll ask you the name of the company and will rattle off the #'s without having too look it up in their database.

As someone who has owned stocks of companies that have gone bankrupt (and still have the shares on the book), in 99% of these, the shareholders gets NOTHING. The other 1% you may get warrants to buy shares in the new company if it continues to operate. In QBID case, we will get NOTHING. This is only a pinksheet stocks..no one cares. We will join the ranks of shareholders like WorldCom, Enron, Global Crossing and othes.
QBID is following the classic case..management says nothing until you read in the news that they have filed Chapt 11.
I hate to see my $11k disappear. I worked hard for that money. I guess tomorrow I will have to lower my selling price from .0002 to .00001 and sell back all thos shares I bought at .0001. At least I may get some of my money back.
Good luck to all, I guess we all will sink together.
As a side note, God, I hope I am wrong.

That all depneds on how many shares you own. If you own 264million shares as one person on this board claims to own, if you can sell them all * .0001..that is at least $26K, that sure is better then $00.00. If you only have a million or so, what you get would be enough to buy you a good steak dinner for two.
