mj I just visited IHub ... how do you stand it over there? Very boring site because of the way it's set up ... IMO. So, if you find anything interesting, bring it over here. I don't plan to go back there.
Yeah, it kind of is a lot of work... I was thinking about giving it up.

Anyone interested in getting a California attorney on baord to enforce our rights, can contact me at www dot legalinvestigator dot net.
I've already contacted a known corporate attorney in Costa Mesa. His name is Harold Ducote. Anyone can do a search and read his credentials.

I would like to add something on the whole "lets get together and hire an attorney and sue QBID/Frank." Everyone has lost money and rightfully irritated even though we all knew the risks. A company like this is always fighting an uphill battle to become successful with limited funding. It may or may not pan out for QBID and Frank but a shareholder revolt ,that is likely to be unsuccessful anyways, will other further hamper the companies efforts to be successful taking up time and money to fight any lawsuits. If the investors were to win what do you think QBID would pay you with? Depending on the damage both monetary and to the image of the company QBID would probably just file for bankruptcy protection and then we would really be screwed (assuming we are not already. Sorry for the rant. Just my opinion and with almost 200 pages of posts this has probably already been expressed by someone else.

Posted by taters * RB. A couple of different posts that I merged together. He is serious. He has already contacted an attorney there (he knows folks, believe me). Just go to his website and fill out the form. I haven't done it as of yet, but will be doing it sometime today.
BTW, it's not about filing a lawsuit. It's about forcing accountability. With someone who has no ties to Q (such as shares) who can't be bullied or blinded.

As I said, this is NOT about a lawsuit. It is basically the same stance as Imak and Doc, but by someone who is legally knowledgable, has no vested interest in Q, and cannot be "Frankie ized"

People are going to do what they are going to do.
But I do know that if I had a nickel for every "shareholder lawsuit" I have heard mentioned on penny stock message boards, I wouldn't have to work anymore!

Take it or leave it. Like I said, it's not about a lawsuit.

Not intended for Newbies.....do not Read, like there are any here..LOL
Can anyone tell me how important successfull coverage of GG'06 is to this network...I think it will make or break them.....how much time and research has to go into this? Has Frank already started preparing? How many employees do they need to cover it, anyone think this is a small event...think again.... This WILL be the FIRST time it will ever be Televised. Personally, I would be focussing on this major event as I'm sure Frank has already started. This will attract all people to watch. And get Q to be a household name. IMHO
Can someone also remind me how many will be able to get a preview of this for free. I'm sure it will be many more than it is now. When i say I'm sure just means IMHO Can we start focussing on the big picture here and not the little rumors flying around.
IMHO....if Frank wanted to screw the longs on this he would have done a R/S already. I hope this board can turn around with it's pessimism, however there will always be winners and losers. If you already are a loser, you are not here to help others but here to enjoy inflicting pain and doubt in others The only thing stockholders have left now is support from other stockholders and the bashers aren't helping things..... The bashers have done their job and have gotten most to sell or to just stop looking/posting on this board. Everyone knows the risks in pinks but they also know the reward and that anything is possible in this Land of the Pinks...thats why we are here(for the big Salami)no punn intended.
A few other things, Why when everyone heard about the employees not being paid, I didn't hear Frank must be out of $$$$ by because of his buyback? Also why the day after they were paid the volume was near nothing? I think everyone left here is already in it for all or none. There are definately not any newbies getting on the Q-train.....so that's all for me Replies would be much appreciated. I only want to hear the good ones though...lol (yeah i must be dreamin) Anyone else here a dreamer? You know what they say about dreamers, right? Can someone also tell me without a shadow of a doubt who is buying all the shares? GLTA.
