Well the clock is still ticking toward Monday when Q resumes production. It seems like the investment community is on the sidelines waiting for some direction. I’m going to send Frank another letter requesting the release of financials in a dedicated web page. The ONE thing we all have in common is the need for transparency. Since that issue is common to us all, we all need to band together and flood Franks mail box (FrankO*qtelevision.com). Also lets call and leave the same message… TRANSPARENCY!!! While were at it lets jam his fax machine with… TRANSPARECY!!! This is our rallying point. We spend a lot more time bickering, guessing and hoping. Now lets act and use a little of our common anger and direct it to a common goal. After all, it is the one need that we all have in common.
Jenn, do you have his fax number? PM me if you like, or just post it? Thanks in advance.

I did send my certified letter last week with my request to see the documents. It was signed for on 2/6.
Yesterday I starting calling Randy Vaughn to confirm my meeting.
After calling again today, he did return my phone call. He claimed to not know who I was.
I asked about the meeting, he claimed to not have a meeting with me and certainly not next week because they are retooling.
He asked why I was directing my calls to him. I said because it was my understanding that he had facilitated a meeting with other shareholders under the same guidelines. He said, that yes he had met with some guys who stopped by.
He then referred me to Rich Brown. I said well isn't he in MA? He laughed and said yes.
I then asked whose attorney he is. He said he stops by a couple times a week to help out. I pressed him further and he said he was special counsel to Q Television and the parent company. I asked if he was Mr. Olsen's personal attorney and he said no.
I asked about the audit and when it would be released. He again referred me to Rich Brown and terminated the call.

I am a shareholder of QBID. I have been for about 2 years now.
I am very appreciative of the work you and your executive group have done. As we all can see, you have made great progress from where we were two years ago.
I am writing you with a concern as a shareholder. It is quite difficult to watch my investment continue to erode without having some information regarding the business end of our company. Although the share price is a driving factor of some traders, it is only a small part in my decisions to invest in a particular company. Completing my undergraduate education at a private college in the field of business, I have learned that there are many factors in investing with a company.
Unfortunately, Mr. Brown and the company press releases have been unable to provide me with the lines needed to connect the dots enabling me to see the full picture.
The information that I desperately seek is any and all information generally found in a quarterly report.
I understand that being a pink sheet stock allows the company to not be legally required to report this information. Unfortunately, as a shareholder, it is becoming increasingly difficult to support my decision to continue buying shares and support the company.
Unfortunately, as time goes on without this information, it appears that the company is losing ground (and money) faster than making headway.
Please, Mr. Olsen, provide us shareholders with the appropriate tools to make the decision to continue our support (both financially and emotionally) of QBID.
Respectfully,

I would like to voice my concern for, and the need for, transparency in TMM. Would you please start a web page with all the financials so us investors will have the information we need to make a informed decision regarding QBID. I own over a quarter of a BILLION shares as do my friends. We are believers in your dream and want to feel that we are a part of QTN and not just an appendage.
Please give me a call… Thank you very much,

As a former share holder got out earlier before rock bottom, BLACKWIDOW should sent me the $10 she wasted on certifed mail, I could give her a better answer than Q. When is everyone going to realize that this company is a JOKE.

IMO, the only thing on Frankie boy's mind right now is how get more money to keep QTN/Stuidio afloat and how to fend off all the lawsuits. He could give a sh!t about the QBID shareholder's measley 5, 10, 20 or 30K "investments" You would think he would attempt to increas the PPS somehow, but I guess its too late for that. I am certain that at this point, no one in their right minds that is doing business with TMM will take or enven consider taking QBID share in leiu of cash. Frankie boy screwed himself on this one. For our sakes and his - TMM needs a miracle. I bet Frankie boy wishes he had taken that $200M offer he told us about last fall (unless it was a lie - nah.) Speaking of that, where the hell is the private investor group that was suppose to buy this POS all the way up .01? I guess group of private investors he was referring to was "us" except we bought it all the way down to .00001

hardluck just confirmed the Q on the Move cancellation
By: hardluck_1 08 Feb 2006, 04:09 PM EST Msg. 1149856 of 1149857 Jump to msg. # Wanda/ Joe let go.
"They have let go Hot Gay Joe! They have let go Wanda Silva!"
True but no need to read to much into it. It is a bit of old news.
Joe, Wanda and some others were let go well before last thursday hammer went down. But it was the start of the hammer blow. Also at that time Q On The Move and ALL other non "in Studio" shows were dumped. To save $$?
I heard that Nick from Q on the Move had only put together 6 shows in 1 year of taping. He was Franks fave but hardly would do any work. Loved room service though and eating up cash flow. But when push came to shove he dumped him.
Wanda came earlier along with another Producer of Brunch. Other staffers started getting shuffled around to help with Gay Games.

I have also been told there may be a MAJOR employee lawsuit coming per the labor laws of California.
Some employees haven't been paid in over a month.
This is all told to me from sources....I am not making this up, but again this is by word of mouth.
Those that follow my posts should know I tell the truth.

Okay everybody.
I am not naming sources, but I am stating facts per QTN sources.........
They have let go almost all assistants at QTN! They have let go Hot Gay Joe! They have let go Wanda Silva! They have let go a lot more! Many others have left as well!
There is much more than that. The talent pool has been drained, I am speaking to many sources today on the phone and in email and yes they did at one point work for QTN.
I am being told that the network is getting ready to fold.
This is all by hearsay, but you guys know how good my contacts are.

It seems like a bankruptcy filing is in the works. Hell if RCN, Worldcom, K MART, Delta can do it, and come out smelling like a rose with high PPS, while common shareholders get screwed, why can't TMM? What better way fend off lawsuits, debt, liabilities, pesty shareholders, etc.?

Does "everyone" just include shareholders, or are you including Warner, Cox, Verizon and the Gay Games, too?

Jenn Another nice job. And thanks to the others who also have taken the same type of pro-active steps to get Frank's attention. I appreciate your efforts, even if I forget to thank you publicly.
