if you were the primary funder of the emerging comapny-Q would you just suddenly stop payment?? and risk damaging the company and its ability to repay your already invested millions..?? as a funder you would want to be made aware of ALL day to day progress and setbacks.. if you wanted out you just don't pull the plug you find a replacement.. work out a means to exit.. and then you implement it.. seeing as the entry of Fan could be as early as OCT of 05' could what we have seen in the PPS be an exiting of a primary demanding cash and a secondary supplying that cash with a security of shares..???

EQUALITY FORUM ANNOUNCES CHINA AS 2006 FEATURED NATION Chinese gay civil rights pioneer Dan Zhou to receive International Role Model Award
PHILADELPHIA—Equality Forum, a national gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender civil rights organization, has announced China as its Featured Nation at Equality Forum 2006, an international GLBT event to be held May 1 to 7 in Philadelphia.
“In past years, Germany and Canada have been profiled as the Featured Nation because of their progressive GLBT policies,” stated Malcolm Lazin, Executive Director of Equality Forum. “Our Board of Directors has selected China to highlight its emerging grassroots gay and lesbian civil rights movement. China is beginning to make important changes.”
In 2005, Equality Forum celebrated the Gay Pioneers who started the organized North American gay and lesbian civil rights movement in 1965 through annual demonstrations in front of Independence Hall. “Equality Forum 2006 will honor China’s Gay Pioneers, who are bravely stepping out of their closet,” stated Lazin. “We hope Equality Forum 2006 will bring attention and enhance international support for the Chinese gay and lesbian civil rights movement.”
Dan Zhou has been named the 11th recipient of Equality Forum’s International Role Model Award, given annually to a person who has helped progress GLBT civil rights. Zhou, a 31-year-old Shanghai attorney, is a leader in gay and lesbian civil rights and HIV/AIDS activism in China. Zhou was profiled in the June 27, 2005, issue of TIME Magazine.
Zhou will receive the award at the International Equality Dinner at the National Constitution Center on Saturday, May 6. “It is an extraordinary pleasure for me to accept the award,” stated Zhou.
The 13th annual Equality Forum will feature over 80 programs, parties and special events. There is no registration fee, and all substantive programming is open to the public at no charge. For further information, visit www.equalityforum.com.
ABOUT EQUALITY FORUM

China sociologist pushes for gay marriage Christopher Curtis, PlanetOut Network Friday, March 3, 2006 / 03:27 PM
Li Yinhe, a famous sociologist in China, told reporters she plans to submit a proposal for same-sex marriage to the country's top political advisory body as it begins its 10-day meeting Friday in Beijing.
Li, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, said legalizing same-sex marriage will help eliminate anti-gay discrimination, the Xinhua news agency reported.
Li explained same-sex marriage would create stable relations and ensure safe sex, helping rein in the spread of HIV/AIDS.
A gay activist in Guangzhou who identifies himself as A'nan told reporters that gay men and lesbians in China have difficulty finding partners, with options limited to bars, parks and saunas.
Li has proposed same-sex marriage twice before, but the proposals were shelved because she failed to get the minimum support of 30 fellow members.
The Information Times, a Guangzhou newspaper, reported that Li's proposal got support from more than 600 people in China's Internet community.
The sociologist said the country is not yet "prepared" for such a proposal and admitted it is unlikely that it will win approval, but Li believes it is her duty to help the country's gay men and lesbians find a favorable living environment.
Scott Long, director of the LGBT rights program at Human Rights Watch, agreed it would be an "uphill battle."
Long noted that despite the explosion of LGBT networking, the Chinese government is still repressive. "All of this does have an effect on HIV. The government is preventing people from knowing the truth," he said.
A government-sponsored survey at the end of 2004 claimed China, the world's most populous country, had 5 to 10 million gay men. Experts believe the number is much higher.
The survey did not have a clear estimate of the country's lesbians.
China took homosexuality off its list of psychoses in 2001.

After a very quick gossip break—DEBORAH GIBSON is in talks with VH1—let's pull ourselves out of all this fake gay pride and revel in one dark faygeleh reality. As I recently hinted, Q television network just went toilet-wise, thereby screwing more people than a prostie without an agent. The channel canceled most of its programming and gave pink slips to about 100 lavender lights, owing them so much back pay it could finance West Hollywood's secession from the union. I know the feeling. I'd been hired by Q (a "premium channel") to do weekly gossip reports and was told they adored me and that this might even lead to bigger things. Yeah, like them lying about the check being in the mail and quickly becoming unreachable. Even sicker, they're still planning to produce new shows, all while the axed throngs file complaints with L.A.'s labor commission! Q clearly stands for quisling (Webster's: a traitor, especially one who agrees to govern on behalf of the conquering nation). It's such an unhappy-ending situation ANG LEE will probably do the movie version.

Still here and still holding every last share for better or worst
The new Advocate issue has the Gay Games on the cover. They also mentioned how they know how to make the games more viable and profitable now.... hmmmmm

Is it a Yahoo domain? If so, maybe they offer free parking for the domain via geocities...while the site is constructed?

But to be honest, at this point I would much rather be at 90% pruduction at the least, before Dish. Because the better we look, the more subs and investors we'll get.
