Rice, take the caps off already.

Side note: State of Nevada business registry has a listing for Triangle Television. Didn't show up in an earlier search using Frank's name.

Just in case, this is what the sec says about division of assets:

How Are Assets Divided in Bankruptcy?

Secured Creditors - often a bank, is paid first.

Unsecured Creditors - such as banks, suppliers, and bondholders, have the next claim.

Stockholders - owners of the company, have the last claim on assets and may not receive anything if the Secured and Unsecured Creditors' claims are not fully repaid.

Another interesting tidbit (same site):

What Will Happen to My Stock or Bond?
A company's securities may continue to trade even after the company has filed for bankruptcy under Chapter 11. In most instances, companies that file under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code are generally unable to meet the listing standards to continue to trade on Nasdaq or the New York Stock Exchange. However, even when a company is delisted from one of these major stock exchanges, their shares may continue to trade on either the OTCBB or the Pink Sheets. There is no federal law that prohibits trading of securities of companies in bankruptcy.

Wow, glad to see someone gives a s*** about Pennyland.

I'm on a roll, if they file bankruptcy it will either be in the state they're registered or have their main business operating in - NV or CA.

Sounds like Frank cleaned house (post from other board).

It is not surprising that former employees are trashing the network that let them go.

Unfortunately for us, they probably do want to see it go under.

The statements from Carol Hinnant indicated that many of the former employees would be rehired, but not all.

Now that the need for a leaner machine has been established, my bets are on Frank getting the financing. I hope that he does major restructuring, too.

Just in case that he needs some reminding,
I'm going to get my certified letter into the mail tomorrow. Perhaps Frank needs us for more reasons than he realizes.

Continuing business in the same way will bring the same results, again.

Hope other shareholders will send their concerns.

I'm not picking on you for presenting this information, but I just had to respond to some of the comments you've re-posted from other boards. I liked them so much, in fact, I'm still laughing. My comments follow each of the quoted statements:

Posted by: lobogotti
Date:2/8/2006 4:01:20 PM
"I have also been told ..."

Well, you just can't debate proof like that.

"This is all told to me from sources....I am not making this up, but again this is by word of mouth."

More solid proof ... and if he says he's not making it up, I have to believe him ... even if it is word of mouth (as opposed to "word of foot?").

"Those that follow my posts should know I tell the truth."

Anyone follow his posts? If so, prove to me that he tells the truth. And oh, by the way, prove to me that you also tell the truth.

"I am not naming sources, but I am stating facts per QTN sources ..."

Not naming his sources? Whose sources? Sounds like he's getting his information from something or someone called QTN who in turn is not revealing his sources. So, if I understand this correctly, lobogotti has given us "hearsay" information ... information he got from someone who got it from someone ... who may have got it from someone else. [Eek!]

"I am being told that ... "

Again, being told, which means it's second (or third) hand information.

"This is all by hearsay, but you guys know how good my contacts are."

More hearsay, so I think he's telling us that his facts are just rumors but that he has good contacts so we should believe everything he says. Sorry, but if this were a courtroom, the judge would be working on his third gavel.

This is classic "rumormill" information, right down to the "TRUST ME" comments.

I won't beat on this anymore, but I could do the same thing in reverse. Consider this:

"I cannot reveal my sources but I heard this from someone who knows someone who knows Frank very very well and he says Frank has all the money he needs and is just waiting to see who his most loyal shareholders are so he can send them shoeboxes full of money. And if you don't forward this message to at least five close friends, you won't get your shoebox full of money. And TRUST ME, because I swear it's absolutely TRUE."

Hey, everyone, let me know if you get your shoebox because I'm still waiting for my DVD. [Big Grin]

in ch-11 all of the assets are liquidated and i believe go to the preferred shareholders and the common stock gets wiped out... or something like that.

that would really be a shame, to screw all the shareholders. i don't know how the man lives with himself, all these promises over the years and delivering no shareholder value for any of his companies.

im just watchin from the sidelines...

Bankruptcies are filed in Federal bankruptcy court, like many other courts there are different districts for bankruptcy courts; so your first question would need to be dealt with at the federal level. Like many other courts there are different districts for bankruptcy courts. Our office currently does not file anything dealing with bankruptcies. If you have questions about corporate status you can contact our office at 360-753-7115 and press option 5 to speak to a customer service rep.

LOL, BL.

If I had to fire close friends, it would be much easier to handle within a big group of dismissals--due to lack of funds, of course.

We may not have seen the financials, but contract attorneys have seen them and apparently have given their approvals before they were signed.

For anyone who is interested in the truth:

Lobo's post there. Anybody who follows Lobo knows he speaks the truth. He is the one main guy who always went for the truth, and tried to get answers for everyone. If you do not take what he posted as a good possiblitiy, then i guess just put those rose colored glasses on.

You are right that common shareholders usually get wiped out when a company emerges from bankruptcy, but only because of the negotiated settlements that the company makes with the secured creditors.

In the "old days", many companies came out of bankruptcy with their stock still valid (I've owned a couple like that), but lately most companies seem to erase all current shares and start over. K-mart is a prime example.

But it's a bit premature to discuss bankruptcy, isn't it? Because it won't help our situation ... and as we all know, most premature acts are a big disappointment.

GL to us all. [Smile]

The writing is on the wall, the red flags have been raised.

1. QTN has shut down
2. Employees have not been paid
3. PR stating hiatus has been takin down on the website and from all PR services
4. Partners in business are PRing QTN's shutdown
5. QTN has lost funding

As for the writing on the wall, it could be written in crayon (someone posted that Frank is crazy).

Anybody that finds it hard to believe, go look at the 100-300 lawsuits in civil court where Frank did not pay his employees. IMO

Now is not the time to close your eyes, it is the time to understand the situation we are in.

Frank could care less about releaseing the audit IMO. i dont know this for sure, but IMO Frank would relase the audit if it would increase shareholder value so he could sell more shares...Makes you wonder what is so wrong with the audit.

anyone think it maybe showed that QTN was running out of funding?
