But with this low volume, it only tells me that QBID is DEAD, hardly no more shares to sell at .0001 and no one willing to buy at .0002. Now, I didn't say brankrupt, just dead. Now QBID could close down and trade as a shell company forever. I have two that are doing that right now. They are worthless and trade a few shares everyday. Funny thing is they trade higher then QBID.

They did issue a pr. It was on the website and also yahoo finance. They have both since been removed. I'm sure they have been removed from other wire services as well. Not sure.

I would imagine it was posted on several boards. I'll do some checking and see if I can find something.

well,,atleast it looks like all the shares have dried up. we probably wont uptick unless we get some kind of news.. im still calling the office all the time and pushing for something to be released. see ya later. the protest is still on for monday. i think us shareholders have been more than patient with this whole qbid ordeal. i know a couple of us have gone a little crazy from time to time, but overall we have all been some what respectable. it would be nice if frank knew how much we have actually stood by him. we invested more and more and more and more..if thats not a sign of a loyal shareholder i dont know what is. the question is.... will us "loyal shareholders" finally get paid off? another question. Is there anything we can do?
yes.. we have to figure out a way to get this information from frank. its hard to figure out a plan when we have no communication from q television. we have "richard brown" but we all know that he is useless. how can we find a decent means of communication from a company that we have put so much money in? what legal avenues do we actually have? have we explored all these options?
theres gotta be something we're missing here. because if this is how the stock market goes i dont think i will ever invest in a stock again..we have to find some way to get this information. i urge all shareholders to find some documents that i can personally bring to the burbank studios to maybe get some answers. i am more than willing to drive down there anytime to find information for us. but i definately need some help from a couple brainstormers.. im 20 mins away from there.. theres gotta be something i can do other than protest ...thats really the last avenue i wanna take...so lets brainstorm a little,,,,and see what we can come up with..like i said, i can go to q television studios on call at anytime.. so lets figure out something.. theres too many smart people in this room to not figure out the obvious.

Well the clock is still ticking toward Monday when Q resumes production. It seems like the investment community is on the sidelines waiting for some direction. I’m going to send Frank another letter requesting the release of financials in a dedicated web page. The ONE thing we all have in common is the need for transparency. Since that issue is common to us all, we all need to band together and flood Franks mail box (FrankO*qtelevision.com). Also lets call and leave the same message… TRANSPARENCY!!! While were at it lets jam his fax machine with… TRANSPARECY!!! This is our rallying point. We spend a lot more time bickering, guessing and hoping. Now lets act and use a little of our common anger and direct it to a common goal. After all, it is the one need that we all have in common.

dj or anybody here have any connections with the news media, or an idea on how to get one of them to do a story on the pissed off shareholders of Qtelevision. Planet out or the Out.com guys had a release about the Q bankruptcy rumour the other day/ maybe they would like more stuff. I need to suggest this to Frank. Its free publicity. Whats not to like.

Please beware of Frank Olsen and his TV network "Q Television."
They recently locked up shop and refused to pay ANYONE. They left over 200 people out to dry with No job, NO pay check. and NO notice! They now owe two pay cycles (1 month) to their staff. It appears that a lawsuit may be on the horizon.
DO NOT GET YOURSELF CAUGHT UP IN THIS SHAMEFUL MESS.

LASTEST NEW Re; CREW/ STAFF "Lay offs" There is truth that some staff members have stayed on and were promised to continue to be paid (when ever that would happen). So it is true that "some" staffers have continued to come in and work in the offices during this "dark/hiatis" time.
FACT:The most remaining people in charge of production (The key people) have been LAID OFF! This news just in! I believe it was last night. This is now in addition to the tech/camera/sound/lights/art and other production people who were told "hiatis" last week.
FACT: There has been nothing done with the studio sets. They are as they were on last Thursday at darkness time.
FACT:Still no payment to the staff/crew.
Some people stayed on in an honest effort to "retool" as the network has PR'd. Those people believed the hype not the financial facts.
I believe "put a fork in it...it's done" However could someone buy Frank Out? That would be good if the network could continue its positive role without Frank at the Helm.
Could someone else bring some trust back into the "financial "side?

Next week David, lol, always next week.....
Really, until after next week, we will not know what they did this week.
A PR after this week would be a small step in the right direction toward regaining shareholders' confidence.
In response to your questions, in order to change the behavior of others, there needs to be a negative consequence for the undesired behaviors, and a positive consequence as a reward for the change in behavior.
In other words, what does a person dislike or fear to the extent that they will avoid it.
Plus, what does a person want enough to change the undesirable behaviors?
From your descriptions of Frank, I just can't see him shaking in his boots from protesters (hanging up in the middle of calls).
And as stated previously, I have concerns that this could have a negative ripple with our present and perhaps soon-to-be business partners.
To develop a plan, lay out the step-by-step conditions of what is expected and exactly what happens and when it will happen if those conditions are not met each step of the way.
If I were making such a plan, I would begin with a flood of e-mails and actual letters to demonstrate the total numbers of shareholders and the unity in shareholders concerns.
Then, the ball is back in his court.
Will he walk, pass, foul, fumble or score?
This outcome would determine the next step--the planned response to this action....and so on....
JMHO, with Cox, Warner and Verizon onboard, bigger things are coming for QTN. The question continues to beg, but what about us?
