not sure if it means anything to any of you but i put in a bid for 10 million all or none good till cancel yesterday in the am and it didnt fill . i think i am going to reavaluate that order for a day or two. this increase in the a/s i dont like much but im a gambler and im in till the end.

I think I had this same conversation with my son a few years ago, and I cannot believe I am doing it now.

We just don't have enough information to make something out of this.
-What is there burn rate now? -In every region that they launch, what is the percentage of subs they are getting? - How many more regions do they need to get enough subs to break even? - How many more regions do they have ready to launch? - How is the Dish carrier going?
Frank knows all these and I am hoping he is making his decision based on them.
If he knows he is getting lets say 2 % subs in every region, he knows how many subs he needs to break even. If he is close to that, or is within reach, it could make sense to raise the AS to 350 Billion, to give him enough time and money to reach the magic goal of break even. After that, everything will be positive and once its positive, the numbers will keep climbing. He can buy back as much as he can to bring the OS down.
On the other hand, he could be doing all these to get some more money from investors and then fold.
THe only issue with that is if this was his plan, high profile people would have left him and none of them are. All of them are saying everything is on plan.
Which makes me believe that may be, may be the only issue they have is that the subs did not come as fast as they had hoped or a carrier is taking too long to negotiate, thus affecting their buttom line, forcing them to take appropriate measures to gain time to make it happen.
I remember when AOL was giving free subs to everyone and were losing money, until they reached the sub level that made them break even, after that, they grew so fast, everybody forgot about the bad days .
Final thought, we just don't know.
I for one, will not sell at .0001. I will just hold and see what happens. If I have lost 90 % of my value, I don't mind losing the rest. I will take my chances.

Hope is the question.
I guess Frank can sell a zillions share and QBID could survive. QBID key to survival:
1. Is it getting subscriber at an increasing rate? 2. Is it getting other revenue? 3. And How much money does it owe?
If Frank can finance QBID through ONLY selling shares and not go into Debt, then there is a glimmer of hope. Of course the shareholder wont be happy. At least the long time shareholders who bought QBID at a way higher price. Those who bought at .0001 and lower may make out.
I am still going to try to sell half my shares (21.5) to get the tax loss write-off on my higher price shares. However, with 250B more shares flooding the market, I seriously doubt I will be able to sell anytime soon.
I think that it will be a long, long time (years) if ever QBID where to rise again. So there will be plenty of time to buy back in if QBID looks like it will survive.

LOL, just read the posts about me, and comparing me to Ginvest. Well, im sorry to say that yes, i do think i am like Ginvest now. He was calling it for months, same with Lobo recently, junkmasterg, howsmusicforu, etc.
I wished i would have spoken with them honestly earlier in my investment so i could see the light. You guys just continue to bash upon me and make this about me. Really, for your sake i would stop.
IMO QTN is currently going under, they are folding, they have gotten rid of wanda silva, nick oram, hot gay joe, all the assitants, all the 1099s, Frank hasnt paid employees for a month, the AS was just raised to 350B, employees are getting ready to sue QTN. It is dang near over, and you guys continue to just poke holes in my posts so you dont have to see the light.
I do find this entertaining as well, and in fact love arguements so i am in my prime right now. I will say again, do not read my posts if you dont want to. Well, folks, I put in a market sell and it filled in less than a minute...1.5Million at .0001. I've had enough of Frank's abuses and I did not have much invested. I'm going to try really, really hard to become addicted to reporting companies. You would think I would have learned with ICAN - what can you do when the rewards are so great. GLTA. I will be following this saga from the sidelines.

I am more tired of reading the posts from our saviours than I am of reading Frank's lies. At least Frank's lies tended to have some originality to them and some entertainment value. The cross posting from other boards (we are all really capable of reading elsewhere ourselves), the same things repeated over and over again, the holier than now attitude of our latest bashing squad, and the absolute lack of reliable DD here has burned me out.
So I am taking the advice of MT and others and will be ignoring him and them. Unfortunately, the only true way to do so is to quit reading the board. MT posts worthless heresay and waste of space information more often than Skunks does at IHUB. Which is one of the many reasons I left there and came here.
I may pop in from time to time and see if things have changed around here, but I have a gut feeling that that won't happen anytime soon.
I have met some great people here and I wish you all the best, most of you have made this a wonderfully enjoyable place to be regardless of the pps. Others, well not so enjoyable. There is a difference between sharing of information and being an evangelist. I hate evangelists, regardless of which side they are on.
Thank you to BL, Doc, mjm, Imak, Hoss, Blackwidow, Suz, BB, Jennifer, QBIDn, QBIDCountry, DJ, PT, Monopoly, Clyde, noah, LEO... ok I give up the names keep flowing and the more I type the more it will look like I left out someone... so good luck guys, maybe I will see you in a few months if you are still around. I hope everything works out, but the bottomline is that these people trying to educate us to the risks and problems with this company can not get it in their think skulls that we are all intelligent, responsible people and know what we are doing with our money and really do not need to be lectured to by others on when and when not to risk it.
As for me, I am not selling. I have never really planned to for a long time and an A/S of 1 trillion really wouldnt change that for me. I have already written this off as a vacation expense 6 months ago. I really see no need to sell now. Nothing has changed. We are an extremely high risk lottery ticket. The odds just got worse, but so does the Powerball when it hits the 200 million mark and the amount of tickets sold increases tenfold.
So for me, it is a gash in my portfolios until they either fold or they pull a rabbit out of Frank's *** - the same philosophy holds this week as it did last week... A/S - hell even O/S doesnt change the fact this was nothing more than a really expensive scratcher to begin with, does it?
Good luck guys, I hope it all works out as Frank truly still has a great idea, just a really poor implementation and business plan it seems.
Oh, and for what it's worth, I am still a proponent of my TW speculation and once they dump AOL we will find out if my speculation was right.

with the extra 250 billion shares what do you think frank will do with them? will he give them to a third party with a restriction on when they can use them..ie 1 year. so in theory these shares shouldn't hit the market until after the gay games.
i just can't see the shares hitting the market right away, we all know that it is 350 billion AS and as pissed as investors are why would they continue to buy shares?
or did he put in the request for 250 billion more to say a big F_CK YOU to all the investors that have been bugging the shlt out of him for the last 6 months, threating harm, threating lawsuits.
or the Q is really in trouble and frank thinks this is the way to help when in theory this could be the end.
there are many theories and many lies and some truth so it is up to us to decide what is fact and what is fiction.
