Just sent my email off to Frank, questioning his reason for the A/S increase as well as why he didn't bring this up in the CC. I also requested more openess and honesty from him...did he mention he wanted to give this to us in the CC?
I don't expect a response, but I sure hope Richard and Frank talk soon and we get some news from the top.
Hmmm, maybe Frank's just trying to push the last of the non-believers out before he releases an awesome audit...if so, I'm afraid he's making non-believers out of lots of his believers .

I've sent an email off to Frank, also. I, too, do not expect a reponse, but I did note how many shares I hold, so maybe he will respond based on that.

Wait, DJ, which Monday? last week? So, we're right on time to expect some good news next week?

50B A/S increased to 60B. 44B last known O/S figure. A good Q-uestion to ask would be: Has the 44B O/S been raised? If so what was it used for? If it was used for hamburgers, then Q may have a new marketing scheme. If it was used for a new acquisition(s), then we may have more asset value for the company, which may out weigh the new A/S ceiling. After all, Frank does have a knack for getting good deals. So, until we know what is really going on may I suggest…
Jenn's got my nod on that one...think about it, yeah he never PR'd the A/S increase, nor did he PR a few other things that ruffled some feathers, but hey, on the flip side, there has been quite a few things that were beneficial to us that he never PR'd either right?
Jenn's logic is what maybe some of you need to chew on for a while. Because the way he's been buying assets recently, it's the only thing that makes sense.

Let's use the whole A/S of 60 billion. If the company is worth at least $1 billion then we are still talking $.016 per share.
Just call that my bitter little ray of sunshine at this point.
Sorry, but you're only looking at about .0075 since we common share holders only have a 47% stake. If the company is worth even that much. I think the film library is vastly over-valued.

Hello,
Yes, I found this site useful.
However, is it possible to find more information out about a company with a registered UBI?
Specifically, I would like to be able to search and find stock related information about the following company, without having to make a telephone call:
Triangle Multi Media UBI # 601 047 757
I have information that the A/S for common shares is at 60 billion. I am trying to confirm this number for myself.
It would be excellent to be able to find information of this nature directly from this website!
Thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
Regards, Jill
Here is the reply I received:
Confirmed.
An amendment was filed November 7th. "The capital stock of this corporation shall consist of 60,000,000,000 shares at no par value".
At this point, we do not have this information on our web site.
I hope this helps.
Hans

I agree the film library is overrated. I am looking longer term at subscriptions and markets by the games. But the A/S includes Frank's shares. (Hell, I would take 0075 right now too!)

On the contrary, the A/S does NOT include Frank's shares, necessairly. If the O/S is indeed 44B out of (now) 60B none of those O/S belong to Frank. The O/S only represents the 47% that Frank does not own.

If you’re getting upset then take a timeout from this and get some clarity. With 6 Billion left in the treasury, Frank may have had to increase the A/S. Just increasing the A/S does not dilute the stock. Frank stated in the cc that he would issue restricted shares to buy Mary Hartman. Maybe that is what he is doing. Maybe he ran across a great deal and is going for it. These would add to our asset value. With Frank’s ability to get great deals, we could be further ahead. We need cool heads and information to bring clarity to this. I hope Frank does not pass up any good deals because doing so may upset some shareholders. Frank has been building a great network and if he needs to do this to build more then so be it.

Jenn You are quite correct: the real quesion is "has the 44B O/S been raised" or will it be? If either answer is yes, then what did it (or will it) buy?
And goodness ... I hope it wasn't hamburgers.
And your point about the acquisition being worth the cost ... excellent thought. I still don't like the increased A/S, but ...
The bottomline is that we just don't know what is happening yet. If we're voting on when to lynch Frank, I say wait until we see the audit. If it's not good, I'll bring the rope and choose the tree.

G-invest, I'm behind you 100% and I am definitely planning on dumping for now. The question is, how long do we wait for the audit? We may get a couple upticks from it (or not) and I'm willing to wait a week to see if I can sell on one.
Does anyone have any faith that the audit is going to be release within 2 weeks?

Frank said on the cc that the 44 billion included his shares. Now as to wether or not we believe him is a different story.

Jen! I'm die hard QBID owner! Having said that Frank recently told us he would not raise the AS! He did! He did not raise AS to sit on it! And I'm pissed! Todays news is monumental & should have moved the stock significantly. It didn't!

Frank stated in PRs that he converted all his shares (53%) from common to preferred.
During the CC, he stated that not ALL of the shares were converted, namely one ones that belong to his children.
Despite this, are we operating under the assumption that combining all of Franks and his children's shares (in either form) constitute 53% of the O/S?
Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but changing common to preferred shares should have no impact on the A/S, right? It just reduces the common and increases the preferred, keeping the A/S the same.
