Don't know yet. I had believed that increasing the a/s was the only thing that could hurt us long run. Now it has been increased. Going to have to think on this one.

You are right, I am whining and raving mad too! I am no position to tell you or anyone what to do.. But, if I recall correctly from the CC, Frankie gaves the answer when stated “If you don’t this like sell it!” or something like that.... So the only two things we can do to answer your question would be to sell of just suck it up and hope this goes up enough for us to break even.

Dew I will guess that most of us are "concerned" about the A/S increase. But tell us what to do about it.
Whining may make some people feel better but it won't change the situation. Staying positive won't change the situation either, but it makes me feel better. We all have to do what is right for us.

exactly dewit, i agree completely... i personally am completely pissed and now am thinking along with many others, i agree, Frank olsen should step down...

YIKES. I cancelled my order at .00041. I have enough shares (for me) in the event that this turns up by my 'hope' date of Nov 2006. I'm going to work on my patience. : )
For something positive about Q TV itself, I enjoyed the little music video montage of Q programs on the qtelevision.com home page.
The video promo for the Halloween special was good too. Did anyone see that show?
It made me think, "Wow, this network rocks!" It's only a little teaser, but it's there for us to see.
FYI, Q's the reason I took a chance on this stock, so I put a lot of my focus on that.
And although the stock itself offers major heart palpitations, real progress is being made, from what info we do have.
IMO, There seem to be lot of different people under Frank doing their jobs, especially regarding the Q TV holding.
I'm just trying to give them time at Q to carry TMM to profitablity.

I gotta go cool off for a while, before I blow a gasket, but before Ido... does anybody remember this? It still on the Q webisite. The same day the CC was originally planned 10/07/05 was when the the A/S was filed approved according to MT. The CC was moved to week later... coincidence, I dunno. unbelieveable !

Not so fast Art. I spoke with Nick (Scott Withers) assistant in Burbank today. I told him that TW was confirming for customers that "Q" would be available in NYC on Nov 17th. I asked if "Q" would be doing a PR. His response was that "Q" is working on a PR for NYC "but" they could not and cannot release it until TW gives them the go ahead.
So maybe just maybe DJ was right, he stated that according to Frank there would be a NYC PR, so what if TW did not give the release as expected?
I hate rumors and even more the "I just spoke to post" but I had to do some DD on this one.
Well TW must have given them the go ahead with the PR release

Everyone should of pulled out awhile ago. I pulled out over a year ago even though I did like the stock and have watched this stock slide down every month. To much uncertainty and no one gives straight answers about the company.

What a joke. I said 4-5 months ago Frank is a proven liar, and I was in this investment b/c I thought the business would be successful DISPITE olsen, and I was bashed so I kept my mouth shut until now. I am not trying to get anyone to join the "bash Frank" group, but PLEASE STOP DEFENDING HIM. It makes me want to puke.

If you really object to my use of the word whining, suggest another word for "complaining publicly about something you cannot change." I'm always willing to learn new words.
By the way, if you've ever spent a seven-day camping vacation in a tent with a two-year-old during the Ohio "monsoon" season, you will understand and appreciate my dislike for whining.

I still wonder what impact Frank's kids' doing the conversion of shares to preferred. I assume these shares exist already as common shares. I could very well be wrong.
Does anyone know the rules on this?
Do the kid's shares first need to be added to the common A/S, and then transferred to preferred A/S?
Or, are they already listed in the common A/S?

i dunno..but im going down to burbank to figure out whats going on..we as shareholders have the right to be told whats going on..if frank wants to be a good guy he should inform us of this...and if he wants to be shady hes messing with the wrong people . ill send my staff of telemarketers to go protest outside his studios if he pulls another stunt like this...enough is enough.. when i stated originally we should use agressive tactics to demand things ..u guys said i was crazy...if we dont do anything frank will **** all over us. we need to take a stand..threaten a lawsuit. do something . even if its come to his face and ask him whats going on...that part i can do but the rest of you should be furious and demand an answer.
