Confirmed.
An amendment was filed November 7th. "The capital stock of this corporation shall consist of 60,000,000,000 shares at no par value".
At this point, we do not have this information on our web site.

No one is interested in the fact over 1 billion shares were traded at .0004 30 mins after close?
Who would have that amount of shares to sell? I can't think it would be any normal investor, could that have something to do with the A/S being raised?

ok first of all..the extra 10 billions shares was reserved for mary hartman..jen was right. he didnt use it yet..he said that he has 30 days to even put the shares back just incase he doesnt use it..he said he needed to keep it open for the bid if it went through..second of all..he said he would release the audit this friday after hours...so that means we will see a pss change on monday...then i asked him what do u think this will do to the pps...he automatically answered that "i think it will go to three quarters of a penny , but with my luck we will probably see .0050 . so there it is..let me think what else he said

Thats true but to keep the bare minimum of 51% control thats what he would have to have, if he wanted more that would mean there would be less introduced into the O/S which would be a good thing. So all in all its not AS bad as people think. And where did the 10 billion come from? if it was 44 bil and now its 60 bil wouldent the A/S be raied by 16bil? i dont know maybe i misplaced a decimal in my math.

I'd like to point out that it was clearly stated in the CC that the only reason anything would change was to aquire the mary heartman series, and thats just what this raise in A/S appears to be for is to aquire that. Technically we were informed, and we knew the possibility that it was coming. Ergo i see nothing wrong with what was done. I was informed that something like this would happen. Frank confirmed it with one of my fellow shareholders end of story. Getting caught for something means you do something wrong. In reality the only thing Frank did wrong was not tell us it would be such a large increase in the A/S.
No most honest CEO's get fired or run there company into the ground inside 6 months. Its a cut throat world up there on top, if you have something everyone wants, then everyone is coming after you. So being sneaky and underhanded comes with the terriotry. If you knew anything about management or upper echilon management, you would know this. So i take it from your response you thought everything was all rosey and friendly on that coporate level that Frank is on.

I’m not happy about the increase in Authorized Shares (A/S) either but it seems that many people think that increasing the A/S is the same as increasing the Outstanding Shares (O/S). It could very well be that Frank just asked to increase the A/S in case he needs to sell shares to fund something important to the growth of the company in the future. If I recall correctly, he promised us that he would not dilute any further unless it was to purchase the Mary Hartman collection, and that he would have the shareholders vote on it while abstaining from voting himself before he did it.
If Frank does dilute further without shareholders first approving it, I think we have a good case for a class action lawsuit. That being said, I am against a class action lawsuit while there is any chance that the PPS will recover and I plan to sit tight and try my best to be patient while this plays out. Selling or entering into a class action lawsuit at this point in time is a sure way to loose my investment; I have nothing to loose and everything to gain by just being patient.

It had Martin Mull, Dabney Coleman, and Doris Roberts (Everybody Loves Raymond) acting in it, among others.
I know who they are, and I have liked what they have done in the last 20 years that I know about.
Sure, DVD sales for TV serials are all the buzz now, so I understand getting Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman for that, if it is good.
On a far off thought, what is the possibility of getting something like this not only to put it on DVD, but what if you wanted to start the sitcom up again, reinventing it for the 21st century?
That may be an off-the-wall idea, but finding an original series that could stand out and even be a hit on Q might be something to consider it for as well.
I think there could be a real following for a positive serial show on a GLBT network, one where not everyone is cheating on their partner and completely screwed up.
But that is only an opinion from one Lesbian friend of mine, who gave up on the show 'the L-Word' for just that(negative) reason.
Of course, maybe that has nothing to do with Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman. It could be tweaked though.
