I've long suspected that Frank's restricted shares for the library that he values at 1 billion were given out to the tune of 5 billion at .0005. That's 2.5 million for the library, and probably a reasonable valuation for it (as opposed to Frank's 1 billion plus valuation).
If that was the case, Frank probably knows it would be safe to buy shares back at .0005 so that when the restricted shareholder is done dumping (they are basically just getting their original value back now) he can release a certified audit and announce he bought back X number of shares and immediately retire them. He has to buy back shares *NOW* if he wants to be able to dilute them later when this is in the .0020 range or higher. I still hold to this stock not passing .0050 but it *COULD*, Frank just has to buy back about 5 billion of the tradeable shares. 44 billion may be the O/S, but since part of that is Frank's (we won't know the real numbers till he finishes up converting his shares to preferred stock) we're looking at about 21 billion shares that could potentially be reduced back to 14 billion (where we were before the run to .01) if he'd just start buying back shares.

Miller, do you see a change in the ax? I don't know if you remember me posting this or not, but the MM with the most shares and doing the most trading is usually called the 'ax'. I know in the past it has been VERT, but I'm wondering if this shifting isn't due to a change in the MM with the most shares. If this is shifting, it may be a signal to buy.
#1, i find it very interesting that you think the restricted shares were given at .0005...very good point, and if your right that is EXACTLy, and i mean EXACTLY why the MM are acting like they are....whoever was given the shares, told the MM to sell at anyprice except anything below .0005,,,thats why whenever we see the bid at .0005 it is creamed but then when it goes to .0004 it virtually stops...you could be dead on G.
#2, i wouldnt say we have a new ax, but somethinig is for certain...the days of VERT going on the ask and selling shares all day is over, or at least i have not seen it for at least 2 weeks...he is also honestly buying shares...sometimes 50-100M, which we NEVER saw before...
now on the ask, as far as an ax, its pretty much a free for all..ive seen nite, vert, jeff, tdcm, schb, you name it, so its tough to call on a "ax"...now this is not to say, maybe VERT does not want to sell at .0005 or .0006, so maybe once we go back up, he will still have shares left to dilute all day...who knows

I was able to pick up 3 mil on fri for .0004, put my order in 6:30am on friday and it was filled at 3:51pm

i was just looking at the year to date chart on qbid we are trading at one tenth the value as of early january. this is amazing to me .005 in jan now .0004-.0005. yet another case of massive dilution.i just hope that this time when they do eventually buyback some shares it is for real instead of stating a buyback then dilution. any of you remember the promises of ican big buybacks.i dont mean to plant the seed of doubt in anyone as im still fully faithful qbidiot but i hope this one pulls through for all of us.i think it will though as i keep going back and reading whiz's list and that is pretty much all i need to see a birght future for qbid.

I know how you feel. If indeed there has been a raise in the A/S I am REALLY pissed. I understand the dilution with the restricted shares comming on the market but that's something we all knew would eventually happen.
I've said it before, Frank doesn't care where the stock price is. I think he's got something set up where no matter how much dilution he will always own 53% so if he can increase the value of the company by diluting common shares his value goes up while ours goes down.
There go my dreams of early retirement on this one. Thanks a lot Frank, selfish SOB.

Dew I will guess that most of us are "concerned" about the A/S increase. But tell us what to do about it.

so the question is are many of you going to sell now that we know for sure that frank is not keeping us up to date with whats really going on ? i am way too deep in this to sell now but i understand completely if many jump ship and leave now.personally i think so many are down so big that many will hold this to the bottom or to the sky. good luck to you all this is not shareholder freindly news but at least we know and that is important to me.id rather know bad news than not know it.

GZFX 10K couple weeks about for if i recall 1.5B shares, so yes they are diluting, and i would watch out for PERT as he seems to be the diluter...

Well this makes me think...If he obviously does not care where the PPS that means that his only concern is getting QTN launched. He has stated that if QTN sells we are entitled to a percentage. At this point I dont believe sh!t he says. IF QTN sold for "X" and we did get a percentage, he would be the only to make out because his stock is preferred (what is the ratio?) We probably would not even get what we put into this POS stock!! Of course we dont know any of this because, why? Because Frankie won't give us audit results or any other relevant info. This is BS!
