Anyone else planning on selling because of this? No offense against MillerTIME, but I'm going to verify this myself. If it's true, then I'm definiting selling.
If Frank is raising the authorized share count it means he intends to further dilute.

If he has, then it will. Increasing authorized shares doesn't mean he has already diluted them yet. It means he's going to. And it is likely he will lie to us, like he did in the CC, in order to prevent us from selling.
Now that the cat is out of the bag, we will see this hit .0002. I think Frank will probably be able to continue to scam people in such a way that this never hits .0001, and when he leaves, whoever takes his place will likely do a reverse split immediately.

I see this is the only possible positive actually. If Frank increased the A/S number "in case" he needs them, that might mean he doesn't plan on needing them, but just wants to be safe. This could mean that they are going to release the audit, and since they won't be able to screw with that number as freely then, they thought it should just be changed now.
I don't believe any of the crap I just said above, but if the A/S increase is "just in case" I see that as a HUGE positive as the other possible reasons are all horrible.

The only problem with this is that there will be such a backlash from him raising the authorized share count that it will be impossible for him to remain CEO. We're looking at a guaranteed touch of .0002 now, and that will be over 65% of value lost because of ONE move by Frank.
This now calls into question EVERY SINGLE INSTANCE of him blaming the decreasing PPS as on a third party with restricted shares. Because it looks to me like there is no third party, it's Frank, and it always has been.
I don't know how anyone can say with a straight face that raising the authorized share count is a positive. It is VERY CLEARLY a negative, and you're only dreaming if you think someone else is going to agree with you on that.

richard is useless incase u guys havent figured that out.. the only way to get an answer is to go to frank...and even that is sometimes useless...last week when i talked to frank and he told me ny pr is coming out..even that came a week later. he mixes a little truth with a little fiction..i have no idea whats going on now.. but i think if we all put a little pressure on frank and act concerned maybe he will do something..pleae send frank emails asap..he does read them..if everyone sends a letter he will respond to us..please please please send a letter to frank tellilng him you are concerned...its the best thing we can do at this point.....theres no point of crying like bottomliner said....lets just email frank and let him know we are pissed

I said: "Raising the A/S in itself is not a negative". I did not say it was a "positive". There is a big difference between the two statements.
Perhaps this will help you understand the difference: Getting older is not in itself a negative thing (it means you are still alive). But it sure isn't a positive.
Now dying from old age is a definite negative.

I am currently trying to discourage many people from filing a class action lawsuit against the company. Franks statements in the past are starting to come back to haunt him now. He has flat out been lying to the shareholders, it appears they do not want to take it any more.
I know you are just IR, but our investment relation with QBID is falling and fast. I am asking that you set up a line of communication from Frank to shareholders, or you yourself come speak for Frank.
Not even TW carriage can move this thing and it appears the audit numbers were just a stall tactic as well. The raising of the A/S finalizing on 11/7 says he is selling more shares into the market, and he has lied once again.

50B A/S increased to 60B. 44B last known O/S figure. A good Q-uestion to ask would be: Has the 44B O/S been raised? If so what was it used for? If it was used for hamburgers, then Q may have a new marketing scheme. If it was used for a new acquisition(s), then we may have more asset value for the company, which may out weigh the new A/S ceiling. After all, Frank does have a knack for getting good deals. So, until we know what is really going on may I suggest…

Frank has been manipulating this stock from the word go. Pr's with more fluff than a swidish porn. manipulative wording, while selling off. Frank yelled the audit will be done by the end of oct. "oh yeah, you can't see it" what a joke. Richard comming out on the boards was the stupidest thing ever. That was like bashing the pps over the head with a bat. And now more O/S's. Frank is a lier, and has succeded in manipulating this stock to nothing. Can anyone say stock manipulation? Frank should be in jail.

I have been appreciative of the ways in which you are building this company. It seems that profit is in the near future. I am, however, quite nervous at the moment because the lines of communication between you and the general shareholder population seems pretty scant.
I have millions of questions - and I know you have no time to answer them - but that is the inherent problem. I should not be wondering whether or not you are crooked or diluting quietly or stalling audits or who knows what else. Could you please please please be more honest and give some responses to the newest claims out there (E.G. you extended the A/S to 60 billion, you are stalling the audit release, etc...)
