all newbies are buying in right now,while franks restricted are selling..this is great..it almost shows that the pps is being manipulated in a way.. now frank can announce a buyback and audit and there will be no choice but to go majorly up...but then again..without some investigative work who knows...i have commited myself to go down to q studios tomorow (tuesday) and try to find out some information from frank. i think this is about to blow up and i wanna know franks opnion of all this..he is real honest if u catch him on a good day..thats what im hoping for

If you have not heard the CC, consider yourself lucky. You are probably better off... I have been following this stock for over two years. I listend to the CC last year and this year. I have read all the investor stuff on the Q website, I have listed to Richard and seem post info, etc. And I still don't know what the hell is going on. Again, IMO, if you have never heard the CC your are better off... Until we get audit results and get off the Pinks - we will all continue be in the dark, regardless of the PRed news.

Would anyone have a handle now on how many total subscribers are available in the base so far?
Also, I know we know Frank would need to release the tru numbers, but how many would you care to guess are potential subscribers from these markets? 1%?

MT are you watching JEFF. What the hell is he up to? He is ASKing and BIDding and keeping the PPS at .0005. When ever someone else pop's up he switches ASK and BID and keeps it at .0005 so he can be on top.

jill Lucky you ... my broker only allows me to designate trades at 4 decimals, so I am locked into bids of either .0004 or .0005. Occasionally, however, a trade goes through with 5 decimals (example, I bid .0005 and it goes through at .00049). Some brokers must allow customers to designate 5 decimals, though. Wish mine did.
By the way, still working on my profile with my Frappr! account. I thought I got rid of my original photo, but it still shows as my "official" account photo. No big deal, but I think Frappr! might have a few bugs. But it's still a neat site ... I found another investor from my hometown ... and I live in a "small" town.

i dunno when well see the audit..the last time i talked to frank he said "dont worry within 2 weeks all of us (investors) will be happy happy happy..these are the words coming from the man himself..this was last monday.. so technically as along as he was sane when he told me we should see it this week or monday tuesday next week..the reason im gonna pay another visit is because i dont wanna wake up at 630 every morning to see when the audit comes out...if i have a head start ,maybe ill be one of the first ones to sell some shares at a high price..im gonna go down tomorow and email a few of you guys the results..wish me luck

A few weeks ago Frank was yelling at the shareholders stating that this is not a day traders stock and if you don't like it get out. So why is Frank treating this stock like a day trading stock? Mabey we should yell at him and tell him to get out of the CEO chair. Just getting tired of dilution into a years worth of pr's. Frank also stated the pps was too low in his opion, and that he would sell some of his own shares to bring the pps up. well frank, still waiting. Remember alot of longs are down about a billion percent on there investment here, when frank assured them that there investment would be safe. Yet we still fall. Who is selling? If Frank is selling, he does not expect the price to go up. The truth is Frank does not need this stock to go up in price to make his business work. He keeps putting out Pr's and taking our money. Frank said himself that he only wants his business to work and his investment back. Well we gave him his investment back, Frank is now in New York, show us an audit and give us our investment back. I just converted my accounts over to optionsxpress.com this last summer.
I didn't know that I could buy at five decimals out either, I just tried it and it worked.
However, they will NOT approve an order to sell my shares beyond four decimal places. I learned that trying to sell 1 mill of QBID a couple weeks ago.
So yeah, I feel lucky. I just need to hold the orders for more days if I am serious about getting the shares...
Regarding your Frappr photo issue: Have you tried deleting ('Remove') yourself entirely, logout and login again and readd yourself.
On the positive, I wouldn't have known what Frank might have looked like for Halloween, if you hadn't have posted that pic.

well jen..lets put it like this..2-3 days out of the week he is there. i usually call to make sure he is... hes always there in the morning,,and late afternoons. i dunno if that helps...but the number to the studios is 818 848 5800.. u can call the receptionist and she will tell you if hes in.. and dont worry..frank will talk to anyone..i personally just told him the amount of shares i had and he talked to me right away.. but one big tip i should give ur brother is to make sure that he says he doesnt post on the boards...thats the first questions frank asked me and i said "nope,,i dont post" .... hey,,,what can i say lol ... but otherwise the studios are very open to everyone.u can watch current shows going on..talk to some producers..i think they are the highlight of q..really upbeat people who seem to know what they are doing. i swear if u didnt look at the stock price u would think they are on nasdaq trading at 2 dollars..

When I posted the Kate Smith photo, I assumed I could remove it easily ... but it may now be my permanent profile photo ... hope I don't have to start dressing that way. I'm a mini-skirt type of guy.

After an audit, the next logical step is to move off the Pink Sheets as there would be no point in staying listed on them. They are only holding QBID back.

I've long suspected that Frank's restricted shares for the library that he values at 1 billion were given out to the tune of 5 billion at .0005. That's 2.5 million for the library, and probably a reasonable valuation for it (as opposed to Frank's 1 billion plus valuation).

I still hold to this stock not passing .0050 but it *COULD*, Frank just has to buy back about 5 billion of the tradeable shares. 44 billion may be the O/S, but since part of that is Frank's (we won't know the real numbers till he finishes up converting his shares to preferred stock) we're looking at about 21 billion shares that could potentially be reduced back to 14 billion (where we were before the run to .01) if he'd just start buying back shares.

Miller, do you see a change in the ax? I don't know if you remember me posting this or not, but the MM with the most shares and doing the most trading is usually called the 'ax'. I know in the past it has been VERT, but I'm wondering if this shifting isn't due to a change in the MM with the most shares. If this is shifting, it may be a signal to buy.

a bit of a standstill for qbid this last half hour or so.strange action today.its neat to see when qbid hits .0006 that the stock is up 50%.i cant wait for that day when we are all upbeat and positive watching our little q up 1000% it can happen im not saying it will but it can.please franko buy up some of ;these shares it would be appreciated hehe.

I thought that I would share the view I have out of one of my windows on the universe. Q received the Audit on Oct. 28th. It went out for certification the same day. Frank wanted 60 days because of “government agency reporting” which would bring us to “completion of the audit and fully reporting status.” Yes it does say fully reporting status. Is Frank saying something to us?

the mms are definately playing this..one thing to remember is that we have a "dirty shell" ...i dunno why people are saying we should be fully reporting by january...the truth is were atleast 6-7 months away from full reporting..i have no doubt q is a great company for the future, but after the audit comes out, there will be another 6 months of drama to deal with..personally im gonna sell when the audit comes out.this stock is way too addicting to watch ..and i think ill lose all my hair if i stay in..the audit is the biggest thing q will have this year.. thats the "bottomline" . lets cross our fingers and hope for the best because were one week away ..good luck to all

the reason i say were 6-7 months away is because the original meeting in burbank..frank said "its gonna take us a while" ...so if anything based on his track record it will take longer . were no where close to fully reporting..if u guys wanna keep it that long..then i think it will definately pay off in the long run..but i personally cant have headaches everyday so the audit will be my last day here.. unless ofcourse its so good where we all meet up in vegas..that would be great..if it goes to .0050 or .0060 ..its still good for me..i make about 80k..ill still buy everyone drinks in vegas since we have no dd to talk about... how about everyones predictions of the pps when the audit comes out....every please post there prediction please...ill start off the bid.

to anyone that doesnt know this yet (i just learned from a great link somebody posted on here last week i believe) but the certification process is a new thing instituted by the SEC....Cerfification is done by the upper management and they can take as long or as short as they want, because all they have to do is sign on the audit as well, to put in one more safeguard against the upper mangament messing with the numbers...
so the CEO, CFO, and all other management can do as much research or as little as they want, so this could take 5 years or 1 day...however much reasarch they want to due into the auditors numbers...
this situation is Franks dream, he can just continue to say that they are cerfifying it, and have an unlimited amount of time
