if the audit is not sec certified investors wont invest
the ceo word is not good enough and you people know this why the excitement and dont say assets and programming either because you know damn good and well that if that is all you got well then you may as well be p*ssing in the wind

The SEC does not certify an audit. An audit is certified by the CEO and CFO and is "filed" with the SEC. http://www.aicpa.org/info/sarbanes_oxley_summary.htm BTW, comments such as yours, have been posted MANY times by MANY others, including myself.

it would be nice if the sec would know but that is the sad reality of it all they dont and never will according to ceo that brings all of you to the honest conclusion that therefore you will never have the real investors investing in this company. NOT UNTIL THEY CAN REVIEW A SEC CERTIFIED DOCUMENT

alphaone I don't disagree with the essence of your comments ... but may I ask why you felt the need to explain it to all of us?
If you are trying to share worthwhile information, I sincerely thank you ... but you haven't told us anything we don't already know. If you have been lurking for some time, as you say, may I ask if you own shares or expect to buy shares? If so, please share any DD you have, and we will share in return.
However, if you are trying to enlighten us, educate us, protect us or save our souls, you are wasting your time. We already have all the "do-gooders" we can afford right now, and we cannot hire a new one unless we lay off one of our regulars. But we'll keep your resume on file for reference if we should need someone with your skills and experience anytime in the future.
