Hoss and Miller I agree totally with both of you. QBID and CMKX should not be mentioned on the same page.
But you're just pizzing into the wind if you think logic, facts and intelligent thought will win any battles on this board. I have a coffee cup labeled with this quote: "Don't confuse me with facts . . . I already know what I think."
Now that is a real comparison . . . my coffee cup and the minds of some posters . . . both totally empty right now and ready for a fill-up.
Back in a few minutes. Gotta brew another pot or I won't stay awake the rest of the day. Pretty boring so far.

Just for the fun of it, I thought I would toss my two cents worth of thoughts into the fray.
I’m in for the long haul because:
Q is an expanding company both in product and scope. Recent worldwide interest is impressive. This consists of syndicated shows AND the entire signal. LOGO going beyond our boarders creates demand for Q by blazing the trail.
Q’s employee numbers are growing. People WANT to work for Q. An enthusiastic and vibrant work force. People are flocking to Q with new programming ideas.
The pps is in a disconnect from the company. Becoming transparent will help to resolve this.
New areas of opportunity have opened recently. Unforeseen revenue from the leasing of the studio. Revenue generated from NTI. Renting out the film library. Syndication. (The potential of Mary Hartman) Frank has a way of finding new opportunities for asset growth and network expansion.
Q has a growing asset base. The Burbank Studio. NTI The film library. The Gay Games VII and first right of refusal for Gay Games VIII. QTN itself.
The audit being complete means the next step(s) can be taken. Publishing the audit makes TMM a voluntary reporting company. A certified audit makes TMM a transparent company. Another “layer” of investors are waiting for the above. Resolving the “shell” issue with the SEC becomes far easer. The above paves the way to become Fully Reporting with the SEC. Another “layer” of investor is realized. The next step is to make application to an exchange. Just making an application to an exchange would invite another “layer”. Major investor groups and investment newsletters have been watching Q. Their time to act is close at hand. Q has the potential of becoming the next “Darling of Wall Street”.
I would not be invested in a company if:
Employees were being laid off while others were leaving for greener pastures. Cutting pay and benefits to its employees. A downtrodden work force.
It was selling its divisions and/or reducing the scope of others.
Selling saaets.
Withdrawing from their historic marketplaces.
Increasing its debt to “get by” from previous profitability. Rescheduling its debt. Y/Y losses keep widening.
Not developing any new products.
Cuts advertising budget and its presence in its industry.
An increase of negative press from its industry and public media.
Vendors becoming hesitant doing business with the company.
Loss of company vision.

A 999 trade at .0004. Might as well be a "666" trade since the devil himself runs the Q.
LOL. Man, I didn't think that it would hit .0004 this soon, I figured next week or the following week. Might see .0001 in another two weeks. The buyers are turning away in fear of the worst it looks like. If you want to buy this stock, I'd wait until .0001; however if the SEC steps in, all is lost. Be careful when you flip this to cost average down.

Question for you guys on this stuff. How the heck do you tell where you are in line of selling? I've had mine for sale * .0006 since yesterday. Now I know there have been quite a few shares going at .0006 all day and even yesterday. Yet mine are still sitting there.

Lower then 0.0001? I don't believe there will be an audit comming this month so I 'll have plenty of time to get back in, if I was not that sure I wouldn't sell.

I love your 2 cents!
I'm still waiting to load up more because it looks like we're going lower! Maybe I'm crazy but I'm waiting til the dust settles then I'll empty the bank on this thing. I'll be buying every share I can.

question...with shareholders bailing and waiting until .0001 or .0002 just imagine this... if we got everyone to buy 100M-200M shares each at .0002 and up. sorta like do our own buyback? kinda like a group play except we agree never to sell the shares until .01. then mm's will have to raise the bid because they are all out of shares. haha ahaha screw you all and ur restricted sales VERT NITE come on lets do it!
anyway forget that but say frank was to do a buyback at these prices, wouldnt the share price immediately have to move because the float is being eaten up?? so it can't stay down during a buyback right???? or does a buyback take years to do?? or say i have millions and billions of dollars can i put in an order to buy the entire float up in one day??? (like this guy neal claims MT, ahah) maybe that is a dumb question but i dont care answer it someone thanks:)

buying back massive amounts is very difficult to control....many think you can just put in an order for 1Billion shares or whatever, but this is not the case....
Frank would be hiring a MM to buyback as many shares as possible with the lowest amount of money...
so say he gives them 1 Million dollars to buyback shares in the .0006-.0008 range.. and the volume for the days are 500M average per day... he will be buying them back on the open market and probably like 25% of the days volume per day, or maybe more....
if you were to put in an order that big all the MM would raise their asks and your cover would be blown...and take to that, someone has to be willing to sell for you to buy...so you couldnt just buy 2 Billion shares at .0005 because you would need people to be willing to sell that many shares at that certain price...
Frank's MM will most likely be buying both on the bid and ask and will be doing it day after day while keeping quiet...
Yes this will bring better valuation to us, but will not immiedately spring us up as he is buying, espically as we are still having restricted shares flood the market..
is this confusing..??is hard to word...
and ill say this, if Frank does/has not buyback at least 2 Billion shares in the last 2 months to the next 2 months i will be livid...this is the Perfect scenario to fix the share structure and is basically gift wrapped for him

Good point bottom, but I can see public records provided to shareholders and the SEC to make my decision if I think the company can thrive.
Thus the difference between a pink and a reporting company. That is the real picture.
And when was the last time we every received a proxy vote card? Or don't we have voting rights?
Not bashing, just making observations.
