Dilution is still continueing or the restricted shares of the 44bil are still being sold off. Frank said the shares were dwindling down but didnt say for certain if they would all be sold on X date. So for now i shall just assume the restricteds are still being sold and thats why the price is where it is.

Marty Slow down, guy. I wasn't criticizing your opinion. I just wanted to understand why you expressed your concern about the sharecount yesterday, since we've known this number for a couple weeks. I don't remember many people being surprised by the number, or overly upset by it, when Frank released it during the CC. Sure, I'd like to see the sharecount much lower ... we all would, because that would make our shares a bigger piece of the QBID pie.
But sharecount is only a piece of the Q puzzle. If 44 billion is the actual number, we now need to know Q's true asset value, which will tell us the approximate value of our shares.
Others have done the math better than I can, but some posters have estimated the PPS value at one cent and higher ... depending on sharecount and asset value. Since we only know what Frank told us during the CC, we just have to wait for the audit to get the verified numbers. By the way, Frank also said he thinks the PPS should be at least half a cent. Even that number would make me smile.
If the sharecount is higher than 44 billion, or the asset value is much lower than Frank has told us (a billion-plus?), then we can all frown with our real faces.
By the way, if I were trying to fight with you, I would have used this face ... But I was just asking a question. I should have used this face ... I'm sorry now that I didn't do that. OK?

Rich, yea, i was. where do you think I got the wad. Just kidding! The tornadoes were north of me. But i was out in the middle of some rough weather. Lightning looked like it was 100 feet away. Thought it was gonna strike my envoy next. looked like somebody was pouring buckets of water on my windshield. Many were pulling off the road. Some were just losing sight of the road. To jill and mjm Thanks to both of you for this info. Unfortunately, I don't think it worked quite the way it should. I added myself again and used a different photo ... but ended up with two entries on the Frappr! page with two different photos.
Maybe the Frappr! server needs to recycle or something? Oh well, no biggie. I just ended up there twice.

You know even with 44 billion shares out there, the general investing public still does not know about Q Television yet.
I would like to know how many shares are in the public vs. the market makers hands. Because when the general public(New York City, and other major markets) finds out that they can invest in an up and coming gay television network, we still will have more demand for the stock than supply.
I mean Q Television is still relatively unknown.

Why can't Logo and here pay Q so they can televise the gay games. wouldn't that make for some of the market. If Q doesn't make the quota, what are theygoing to do? Give the broadcast to nbc? abc? Oxygen?

Yep, even with 44 billion shares demand can beat supply... the problem is that as can be seen by the PPS history supply has outpaced demand... meaning that 44 billion is being added to daily.

If I understand you correctly Dig, Logo and Here! just can't pay Q to air the games out of the blue, Q must have the legal rights first.

LOL BL.....a simple statement of 44 billion with a frown....that's all it was meant to be....nothing more....picking a fight? criticizing? I didn't see any of that in your post...LOL...the 44 billion isn't a delayed reaction, it's a continued reaction... followed by a less shares + more volume might = higher PPS..if as stated, the company is close to breakeven or profitability, buying back the dillution would be in everyone's best interest..and maybe even make the above equation work.....GL

Marty Sorry if I've seemed a little defensive. Maybe the PPS and all this waiting is getting to me ... despite all my comments about staying positive. I still believe in the Q dream, just don't understand what is going on behind the scenes.
And please, everyone, don't try to explain to me again what is keeping the PPS down. I don't need more opinions and theories and speculations. I need facts.
And if anyone tells me again that it's obvious Frank is "screwing us", I swear I will call Uncle Vito in Youngstown and ask him for a "favor". And you don't want Uncle Vito looking for you.
The bottomline is that none of us knows what is going to happen to Q's PPS in the future. If you believe it will rise someday, buy and hold. If you believe it will continue down and maybe "go away", sell and run. But do it quietly.
Until I see the audit and have time to digest it and understand it and validate it in my own mind, I don't care about anything anyone says about the reason for the current PPS. We'll know when we know. Until then, I don't need more theories.
Marty, I apologize for using your post as a soapbox. I just get tired of hearing others explain why they are the only ones who "understand" what is happening with my investment.

Hey Bottomliner, Did you create a Frappr account when you added yourself?
If you go back and 'Add Yourself' again, but this time create a Frappr account, you should have more options with changing your picture.
If all else fails, at this point you will be able to 'Remove' yourself and start over with a new picture.
Hint: After you 'Add Yourself' and create your account, you should see the word 'Remove' next to your name in the Members list; to the right of the map.
I created an account myself to experiment with adding a pic. After I closed the browser and went back to the frappr link, I now see my pic on the map, and my 2 separate shoutouts are all together now on the map.
Hope that isn't too confusing. Good Luck again...
