Frank better watch it. Someone may go postal on him. I am sure many put big bucks in here and are way down. Frank laughs on the conference call and when someone says something about the pps going down he gets mad and says it's not him. I wouldn't want to be Frank at this point. Not sure if he worries, but when there are thousands of people in this stock, there is bound to be a bad apple. Good luck Frank

im no expert in the penny world so i have to ask....why the hell is this stock almost to .0001 even after the news today? i mean...yeah i know we dont have an audit, but cmon this is big news! IS there any retail buying or pressure? it seems like all it is that is trading are large volume blocks between MMs. what the hell is going on here! where did my money all go!?!?!

Nobody ever knows exactly what Frank is talking about. He doesn't like to commit himself to anything.
Once the auditors certify the audit then it can be filed with the SEC. The SEC would then review it to make sure there are the proper disclosures.

Certified basically means that upper managment has signed off on it. Which would then make them liable... hence you see all these lawsuits going on when a company has put out audits or other "facts" that upper management goes by and people buy stock because of and then later find they were inflated... they dont sue the SEC they sue the company and its management. Time Warner, Blockbuster, etc.
A certified audit does not involve the SEC.
They are two different birds. Someone (not DJ)already answered this pages ago while making the claim that a certified audit means nothing.

I’m no expert on this, but I believe that what they meant was the audit is going through TMM’s certification, the process where the CEO & CFO review the audit and certify with their signature that the information is correct.
I expect that after the above is accomplished, there is some time required for the SEC to accept the audit and give it their stamp of approval.
You guys that understand these things better than I do, please feel free to jump in and add your thoughts/corrections.
