What I don't understand when looking at the L2's is we are seeing a lot of buys at the ask all day long. So that being the case why aren't the MM's bumping it up a tick to .0006?

Mary Hartman played on straight TV. Some or all would also work on QTN. MH is not just for Q; it could be syndicated throughout the industry, maybe even some international. The potential is huge. We have seen many sitcoms countless times and they are still out there making money.
Look at the possibilities and potentials. Q could use MH to make inroads into the straight TV community, and then syndicate, to the straight media, some of Q’s more “acceptable” line-up as well. MH could be used to broaden the Q presence beyond what they are as “gay only”.
How many of us have a background in the broadcast media? I don’t think Frank would buy MH for his own home entertainment. Frank has proven himself as someone who can find and get the deal. Don’t look just at the pps; also look at what QTN is and what they have accomplished in the past few months.
I tend to think that Q now has enough potential subs to become profitable in the next month or two.

Q Television Network is Confident about Future Growth and Innovations Opportunities, Plans Buy Back of 2% of Its Authorized Stock in the Next 6 Weeks September 23, 2004 3:25:00 PM ET
Q Television Network, (Pink Sheets: QBID). Q Television Network today announced that its board of directors approved the first round of buy-backs for QBID common stock, beginning with two percent of its outstanding shares of common and/or preferred stock within the next six weeks.
If this is true, unless he has cut a deal to buyback from someone at a fixed price, it wouldn't be wise for Frank to release anything out that might raise the pps until the buyback is accomplished.
44,000,000,000 x .02 = 880,000,000 shares

In 1986 I bought a stock that everyone was selling. It went from the mid $20 range down to $4.00. At the same time it had a book value of $12.00. I bought a ton between $4 and $5 when everyone said sell. Various issues resolved themselves and it gaped up to $7.50 and continued up to $16.50 where I sold. It was finally bought out at $22. I can't wait to find out if Frank was right with his stated book value of some 3 cents a share.

This comes from Frankie's audit updated dated 10/31/05 on the Q investor page.
"Based upon the findings of this certified audit, senior management and the Board of Directors will immediately meet in Las Vegas on Tuesday, November 1, 2005 to implement a financial structure to further develop the company."
I guess increasing the A/S to 60B was the answer of how "to implement a financial structure to further develop the company."

My only media background has benn watching TV since the late 70's and I have never heard of that show until now. I've seen reruns of tons of shows dating back to when TV first started and could probably sing the theme songs to most of them, but Mary Hartman does not ring a bell. What I'm getting at is I personally, in my own humble opinion, have a hard time thinking this show is somehow suddenly an inroad to the straight TV community, let alone a popular syndication with potential to international fame. If it has all of that potential why have I not already seen it in mass syndication? And I'm really having a hard time thinking that buying this Mary Hartman show justifies raising the AS by 10 BILLION shares. Just my .0004 cents worth...I hope what you're doing is good for your longs Frank.

This happens all the time with this stock; TMM really needs to do a better job of proofing their PRs before they release them. People more cynical than myself probably think these “mistakes” are on purpose so they can hide behind the ambiguities; I just think they are not as careful as they should be when they write and release them.

It's about a 80% of them are buys, yet we still can't get .0006?
The web page http://www.sec.gov/rules/concept/s72499/klaser1.txt on the subject of market manipulation explains that trades between MMs always show up as sells and can significantly skew the perception that people (and computer programs) that analyze stocks have of the true amount of buys vs. sells. Maybe that is what we are seeing.

Lobo: Just spoke with TW NYC and the lady mentioned Q will be carried on channel 326 (replacing the playboy channel) come Nov.17th for $9.95 a month. I can't subscribe until the day it starts airing... so I'll call back to do so. Also, asked her how difficult is it to get TW to bump one channel to make room for a new channel; she said almost impossible; its a very difficult and costly process to get TW to carry your program. GLTYA !!

If Mary Hartman is so hot why isn't somebody else running it and selling syndication of it etc,. Or is it just supposed to be good to the gay community.

2 out of 3 people found the following comment useful:- A pivotal classic, 23 September 1999 Author: KID DR from charlotte nc
I rushed home from college classes each day to catch this show. It was way ahead of its time in the writing and acting. Would be very accepted by 90's standards. Hey, that's an idea...can it be brought back in syndication??? It was absurd and hilarious, very good entertainment for the OPEN-MINDED. My favorite episode, I think, was when Mary Kay Place was on the talk show talking about 'Jews being the ones who killed Christ...' Absolutely a genius comedy-- not accepted well in the 70's, would be a huge hit nowadays.
Not that I actually believe the AS was raised to purchase MH.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mary Hartman Mary Hartman was one of the funniest things EVER on tv. It is timeless and highly entertaining. Since the industry deemed it appropriate to retire all of the professional writers from the 60's generation, you can see how poor tv entertainment is. It is so bad, I won't subscribe to cable or dish. I ONLY watch the local news 30 minutes and the national news 30 minutes and then I SHUT IT OFF.
I ONLY watch DVD's which I buy over the internet.
So, I am asking please can someone get this show on a DVD?
It is priceless.
And by the way, if you want to make some money, this jewel is sitting there saying: sell me sell me
It will bring far more income than any of the recent garbage on TV.
AS A DVD.

Not that I believe Frank.

Someone who doesn't recognize the brilliance of the top television shows the last few years, (Sopranos, Rome, Lost) isn't the person I would recommend listening to. Nothing good since the 60s? Get with the times. Not trying to spark a debat on what's good and what isn't, just pointing out that is clearly an outdated, biased opinion.
