Hey guys, been trying to get my orders filled at 1M apiece set at AON for two days now, I'm wondering whether or not I should change all 5 orders to just 1 5M order and setting the expiration at DAY instead in hopes to get filled faster?
MT , I know you mentioned before that stopping an order and then starting it again would just move you back to the end of the line, but wouldn't I atleast have a better chance at getting filled?

These are great points, Dew-it. If I recall correctly from the CC recording, Frank didn't want shareholders contacting (vendors?) about carrying Q.
Or maybe it was not to call companies about future business relationships with Q TV or other TMM assets.
At the time of the CC, I figured it was an excellent idea to contact the vendors ourselves, if that was the only way to get the facts.
However, what if a suspicious surge in inquires (not backed up by subscription sales later)compromises negotiations at DISH, DirectTV, etc?
I am assuming they aren't complete, as of today.
It's complete speculation on my part, but I wouldn't want negotiations to be stalled or more difficult to complete to the best benefit of Q.
It's a fine line we walk, getting answers on this mysterious pinky...
Otherwise, correct me if I got Frank's comments in the Oct 2005 (last) CC incorrectly.

Frank has stated that they did not want us calling carriers just trying to confirm that they were airing in a certain area previously announced by "Q" (hounding them for information).
Calling carriers with an interest to subscribe to their system is a totally different matter. The "Q" website encourages us to call and request "Q"

absolutely not!
Just leave it. it doesnt matter if its a day order or a year order, it depends on your lineup..and if you cancel it and replace it you will be put at the end...
Just be patient. We really are not getting to many retail sells at .0004,...we are getting the 9M share blocks at .0004 but who knows what they are...
So if we do start trading at .0004 retail, then your order will go through, but keep in mind the support there is pretty big and who knows what orders are sitting there...we have been here for like 2 weeks and for somereason the MM are not taking it down as usual...
id say just leave it for now, u will have a much better chance

The point was about evidence of the audit being a REAL audit, forcing corrections to discrepancies that are found, which is exactly what audits do.

Pincher I had the same addiction in the .001 area which I thought was the bottom. I have since checked myself into the southward spiral pps clinic, and that stopped my buying addiction.

And I might add, if true, it indicates the audit is covering TMM, not just QTN.

And just so everyone realizes, that partnership thing with planetout and what is going on right now is huge news...id say bigger than some carrier news..something is in the works, and if nothing else, just by getting those feeds and the extra eyes on QTN could bring about the domino effect...
and if you didnt watch those worldnews clips, id suggest it...seemed very good quality to me, and like how they have correspondents everywhere!

I am seeing a significant difference between these response emails from dish. I hope the deal didn't fall through, because in the first e-mail they make it sound like its almost a done deal. The second sounds like maybe down the road it could happen. The latter is the most recent response. I am hoping it is just a difference in wording and that is all. Just my .02

I was curious. Has anybody ever heard of a ceo saying that they didn't know what the pps is on they're stock and that they haven't been watching it? Thats a first for me. Any honest input will be appreciated. Realistic, too.
