Hi everyone. I'm still here, although I doubt many of you even remember me. I've been reading every post and PR and, I must say, I am really pissed at Frank. I wish I could sell, but Frank's lies and possible (likely) dilution have brought this stock down so low, I would probably only get a couple dollars from my initial investment back if I sold now. I wish I had listened to all the bashers six months ago, but I guess it's too late now. I will continue to wait and see what happens, but I'm losing faith very fast.

Sorry Bottomliner, I'm finding it harder to understand your comments so I will have to refrain from responding to you directly anymore. I will continue to come back and constantly update folks on the current PPS and outstanding and authorized shares.
Additionally, I will, sometime probably next week, post my 15 pages of DD up on a website detailing nearly everything Frank has done since high school (I even have his senior picture). That is, if you want to see it. PM me on here if you end up wanting to see it. I'll probably be at qbid.gravito.com, but I need to do a few hours of fixes to account for the latest changes in authorized shares and such.

I wonder if the 10b more shares will be mentioned in the audit? The website said that Q Television will show its debt*** roughly 30% less than expected. Man I hate being conned, the more I hear of sh1t from this guy the more conned I feel like. Frank you can fire Richard, he doesn't know anymore than we do. Is the cost justified to pay somebody that doesn't know anything? He recently had his foot in his mouth also.

This post just reminded me, anyone remember who posted the claim that Frank would buy their shares back at the price they paid for them. I would love to see that post again, but have no time to dig for it as I am busy this morning. This guy (Frank) is a liar and I want to call him on it. If he is not a liar, I will be out of this stock even, and I'll post to tell everyone Frank isn't a liar.

Dig I don't think so because the audit was completed and given to the company on Oct. 28th and the 10B was registered on Nov. 7th. It will be in the next quarterly.

Hey, did anybody see the latest QTN news. Its dated Oct 27. Its the middle of November for Gods sake. They need to invest some of our money on a calendar. Fire the web designer or whoever keeps the website up dated that will cut down on cost too. Start streamling here. There is getting to be way too much waste at the shareholders expense.

I find it extremely difficult to believe anyone has $50,000 or more invested into a pink sheet stock. In here case it is close to if not exceeding $200,000. Hard to swallow...

But before the others slam her more I will point out the fact that that could have been faked. Please dont take offense Jen, I am just stating it before someone else does.
That being said, I don't care how many shares she has or says she has, and neither should anyone else.
This place is turning into a pissing match when the majority of the long term posters here all want the same thing. Q success, our success. There is no amount of whining, crying, or finger pointing that is going to get that accomplished. If you do not believe or respect the posts of certain individuals then skip over them and dont bother reading them. I know there are quite a few individuals here I don't bother reading anymore for various reasons and for what it is worth, Jen is not one of them.
As far as Q goes... I am 100% confident in my investment as long as I stay away from the message boards. It is only when I come here and read a page or two that I get discouraged. Then I realize that I know most of you about as well as I know Frank. So why should I trust the people that discourage me anymore than the man running the show? I shouldn't and I won't.
Do your own research. Create your own checklist of requirements you feel are necessary to stay or invest in this company (whizknock's is a good start in my eyes) and make your own decisions. And for gods sake dont believe a single word you read on the damn message boards.

Q is an expanding company both in product and scope. Recent worldwide interest is impressive. This consists of syndicated shows AND the entire signal. LOGO going beyond our boarders creates demand for Q by blazing the trail.
Q’s employee numbers are growing. People WANT to work for Q. An enthusiastic and vibrant work force. People are flocking to Q with new programming ideas.
The pps is in a disconnect from the company. Becoming transparent will help to resolve this.
New areas of opportunity have opened recently. Unforeseen revenue from the leasing of the studio. Revenue generated from NTI. Renting out the film library. Syndication. (The potential of Mary Hartman) Frank has a way of finding new opportunities for asset growth and network expansion.
Q has a growing asset base. The Burbank Studio. NTI The film library. The Gay Games VII and first right of refusal for Gay Games VIII. QTN itself.
The audit being complete means the next step(s) can be taken. Publishing the audit makes TMM a voluntary reporting company. A certified audit makes TMM a transparent company. Another “layer” of investors are waiting for the above. Resolving the “shell” issue with the SEC becomes far easer. The above paves the way to become Fully Reporting with the SEC. Another “layer” of investor is realized. The next step is to make application to an exchange. Just making an application to an exchange would invite another “layer”. Major investor groups and investment newsletters have been watching Q. Their time to act is close at hand. Q has the potential of becoming the next “Darling of Wall Street”.
I would not be invested in a company if:
Employees were being laid off while others were leaving for greener pastures. Cutting pay and benefits to its employees. A downtrodden work force.
It was selling its divisions and/or reducing the scope of others.
Selling assets.
Withdrawing from their historic marketplaces.
Increasing its debt to “get by” from previous profitability. Rescheduling its debt. Y/Y losses keep widening.
Not developing any new products.
Cuts advertising budget and its presence in its industry.
An increase of negative press from its industry and public media.
Vendors becoming hesitant doing business with the company.
Loss of company vision.
