Frank has screwed all of the loyal shareholders. This stock will now become a day traders paradise! How can anyone have respect for a CEO that does that ! My 550,000 which I paid over $4,000.00 over a year and half ago is down to about $275.00. Some daytrader can come along , plop down $275.00 and get 550,000 shares today! That just aint right! Class-Action? Oh ya, the share holders sure got a lot out of Enron, (man I didn’t even bother to file). WE all new frank was spending money Parties, promotionals, the studio, etc…Every-one new QBID was a gamble too (Wake Up, it’s a pink!!) so stop crying and take your loss or gains Like an ADULT. Not without telling shareholders first. It’s a non-reporting PINK and Frank controls 53%. He doesn’t have to.
Frank IS the ONE who has been in control of the PPS it is his continuing dillution that keeps it plummeting Show me your link or proof. Your supposition doesn’t hold water.
He knows full well that if it is not published the stock price will plummet. So. Is this the basis of your Class Action Lawsuit? You are trying to impose your will upon a CEO of a company. So, you having all the information Frank has to build and run TMM, you have come up with a different way to run the company. All you need is 30,000,000,001 shares and he is history and you’re in!
Blah blah blah... this has nothing to do with a lawsuit. I know! I’m just trying to figure out what basis a lawsuit would have, just in case I added these.
Show me verifiable proof that Frank has ever done a buyback. At this point he doesn’t have to, although it would have to be in the Audit.
does it matter why he dilluted? The fact of the matter is he did it without telling shareholders or the SEC. Again, supposition and a non-reporting Pink, he has 53%, doesn’t have to tell the SEC or us.

i see a lot of my friends have given up or just don't post on this stock anymore. jennifercd seems to put thinks in perspective quite well. i wish more posters would think like her. i will openly admitt frank sucks with public speaking. i took a class not too long ago and found out i'm not too much better. i think if he rehearsed some more and read from a script and didn't get off of topic like he did in his last cc he would have more support from the common shareholder. but this isn't his first company and he's not an idiot. i have faith in him despite all of the appearances as of late.

I usually do not meddle in other's business. I always had a serious doubt about your 264 M shares. You never once complain about losing money on this stock.
You have been using that 264M not for sale signature since August 2005 and today you mention that you bought all those shares at 0.0005 when this price was not available to trade in Aug. There are 3 possibilites. 1. you are lying. 2. you don't want to tell the actual price 3. maybe you are one of Frank's kids who is spying on us.

No one... and I do mean NO ONE would hold 264 million shares of this company without selling. At half a penny that would be 1.32 million dollars... There is absolutely no way anyone would be dumb enough to watch a million or six dwindle to 132000. Jennifer is lying.

44 billion shares was this 60 billion shares? a friggin' problem. escpecially when the CEO stated they were "buying back shares" and said he was not dilluting.....and then said if he needed to buy Mary Hartman rights, he would bring it to investors to vote....private placement investors announced will carry the company financially through 2008 (I think this was the year stated). Lies and a friggin' scam.....looks like an R/S is waiting down the road, so Frank and his family can reap the rewards of R/S 'ing the O/S, while not touching the restricted.....just my opinion....and this is NOT a daytraders dream as someone pointed out....only MM's and restricted shareholders will make out on this....unless a miracle happens...."Just my honest opinion. Good point Marty, when the restricted shares are done trading, we're likely to see Frank "sell" the company or "step down" so some other bimbo can take over and issue a reverse split.
But hell, if he can increase the authorized share count to 60 billion, why not 100 billion? Why not 1 trillion or so like whatever CMKX was?
Doctoall, I notice you enjoy picking on me. I don't mind. I'm a bit confused about the absence now of 4Art and Penny Trader, did they sell along with me?
Also, specifically for you, doc, I wanted to ask what it is about QBID that makes you stick with it, whereas with CMKX I saw you making short jokes along with some of the rest of us. I'm not being a jerk, I just was really interested in what was keeping you dedicated to this stock. Thanks!

Yup, he's going to need an exit if he's gunna' "really" move this to another exchange, and I think he will....lots of potential, but at the cost of the "builders", (current and past payers, (changed to finaciers...LOL) errr.. uhhh investors). This will probably be really good, once the necessary R/S occurs....JMHO....GLTA

Frank Excellent post. The people who are crying for a class action lawsuit obviously have never been involved in one before. I've been part of several class action lawsuits, but never did we file the suit until the game was totally lost. A class action at this point of Q's development is totally assinine. It's a cry for help from people who cannot take care of themselves and who refuse to take responsibility for their own decisions.
I've been trading stocks for "quite awhile" and have been rewarded many times for my good decisions. And I take full credit for those decisions, because I made them all by myself.
I also have been "creamed" a few times for my bad decisions. And I take full blame for those decisions, because I made them all by myself.
Someone said yesterday that many posters are acting like children. And I agreed. If anyone is offended by that, it proves you recognize that your behavior is childish. If you believe you act mature when you post, you wouldn't even blink at the comment.
I have commented repeatedly that "whining" won't help our situation. And everytime I use that word, someone gets upset ... because they think I am criticizing their right to express an opinion. But they are totally wrong. I respect any opinion ... if it is expressed calmly and maturely. Act like an adult and you'll be treated like one. Enough said.
I hope I'm being obnoxious, because that's what I'm going for. I've met a lot of good people here, and I hope to meet them in person at the Vegas party (which is still on, by the way). But I've also met some totally immature, impolite, inconsiderate idiots too. Oddly enough, I want to meet them in Vegas too, because I want to see if my mental image of them is accurate.
Now, I am going to sit back with a double Scotch and watch the World Series of Poker. When it's over, I'll come back to the board and see who has replied to this post. And I'll buy dinner in Vegas for the first person who "whines" about being called "childish".

Let me break it down nice and simple for all us "children" here:
Authorized shares were increased to 60 billion A/S. Frank needs restricted stock so he can get the rights to "Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman". This is, according to davidjanas, the reason he did it. It is also something he's talked about before, only before it was something he said he'd ask the shareholders about.
The following is the transcript of the CC:

airdoo Not sure who all your friends are, but a lot of regular posters seem to be lurking and not posting. Some probably got tired of the BS that seems to be prevailing lately, and some probably needed to get some action from other stocks until QBID is ready to perculate again. I keep a list of regular posters with details about their opinions and manners and attitude, etc. After someone is silent for 30 days, I archive them. Had to return half a dozen to active status this week, which tells me they have just been waiting for something to talk about.

now on another hand if Frank O thinks the PPs are going to go up as DavidJanais says Frank said then that 10 billion shares in Question is going to be worth a lot more than $5 million,
with that he might actually buy MaryHartman but i dont see how he could buy any real rights with only 5 measly million dollars

I need to listen again, but I thought he said that the Mary Hartman deal was ongoing and except for that he would come to shareholders before any more dilution would happen. That is how I remember it, but I haven't listened to it in the last week.
