i'd say that some of those questions could be submitted for answers before the cc--so as to not take up the time for the more 'sticky' questions...

Great point. If Frank does as he said, we should be able to get some answers before the CC. But let's not count on it

#15. Frank, we would like to to become compeltely honest and with an open door policy for the shareholders. In an effort to do this, would you explain the biggest mistakes you have made so far with Triangle Multi Media and its shareholders.

I really hope I'm wrong, but I don't see this moving anywhere until the MMs allow it. We've seen several consecutive days where the buys outnumber the sells by a factor of 4 or 5 to 1 following very good news, yet here we still sit.
No news, audit, or anything else will move this up until the MMs want it to move up. VERT needs to run out of shares also.

Wow....thanks Doc and davidj...excellent insight into the open house It's a shame this isn't 'publicly posted' info, via PR, etc. But needless to say, it's doing nothing for the pps. I would agree, until all the MM loads are gone, this won't move. I've posted many times, that the MM's are making plenty of money by moving millions of shares with just a .0001 profit per. Until their shares are exausted, this thing won't move....but I'm still accumulating....I think it's the right level....hope I'm right....GLTA and again, thanks Doc and davidj, good stuff....

Frank mentioned that he expected the company to turn a profit relatively soon. Given that I can only assume that I will like some of the audit numbers, however my question is this. What will be done with the profits? Re-invest in equipment, talent, etc., or possibly a buyback? Can we ask him that, or would that be bad form? By the way, I've never posted here, but do enjoy reading the info brought to this board. One of the best I've seen.

When did Frank start with nothing? He's been a success for many years. U4tsaF, you are one sad, sad, bitter person. Move on pal, get over it. And for the love of god, stop yelling, please...

Heck, even preferred and common can have sub classes and the same rules apply. Since in our case the only shares being traded are common I would think that we are only told about the number of common shares outstanding. Combining the two classes in one number would be mixing apples and oranges.
Gator: Thank you for taking the time to explain this to me. I have a great respect for experience and since you have so much experience trading stocks, I value your opinion and trust that your explanation is correct. Thanks for the lesson!
I know you used the number 50B for both the authorized and outstanding common shares just to make the explanation and math easier, but I think the last time Frank disclosed the number of outstanding shares he said there were 23B OS (although I can’t find it now to verify).
In any case it will be nice to see the audit when they release it as it should clear up all the confusion on this.

I'll be darned, his post was the one right before mine...it must have been deleted. He was on one of his tyrades and this time his angle was Frank lying about starting with nothing blah blah blah. Too much. Oh well, it's gone now!

also a question for Frank...in his opinion at what price does he think that Q should be trading at, not that we are trading 10x under the market cap but realistically where should the pps be and where does he expect it to go.

I would imagine that many of those buys you are seeing are partial orders going through on GTC orders. I have had an order in days now for 4,000,000 and it seems like its only being filled in 5,000 to 100,000 blocks.

Disappointing that this thing didn't pop yesterday given the sharing of positive information. The open house and private meetings were a great PR opportunity but nothing of substance was put out.

"substance" is news on carriers, subs, or audit. The news this week was good, but I'm glad it was not PR'ed.
