I would be stunned if it stayed up here for very long in the absence of the promised news (not by any poster--promised by PLNI)

Of course if I were stunned, it wouldn't be for the first time.

You are LATE, Cold, and I am disappointed.....

Fun ride today -- and I am glad we finished strong. Now it will really be Christmas WHEN the good news starts a-flowin'

I will not be bummed out about this particular episode unless Cold gets filled. Still, I remain long.

Now, Cold, go to sleep early tonight and make sure you are on the sidelines for us tomorrow.

Rahz I see your in it with big money, patience is a virtual with penny stocks, so if you are not confident in plni like most of us, I would sell your stock and move on.

Steven, my sentiments exactly! I got out awhile back, and decided to get back in again this week, but with people using words like "virutal"..I dunno now. This stock will be doing a reverse split Friday morning, AND YET, even after the WFTV disaster, people still want to lose all their hard earned money by giving it to some lowlife CEO on a golf course in St. Croix.

GET OUT NOW!! Be smarter next time..

Felice...you have facts to back up the reverse split statement? How about the lowlife CEO comment? If you do...post them! If not...go away! Sounds like you and steven are paid bashers. Are you?

I wake up this morning and find.. voila! two bashers. Maybe that means this is the big day. BTW my advice to the bashers.. Go back to your virtual reality (of made-up--ed--ness)where you so obviously belong!

Warning to all..The people who are using names like basher and the like, are the ones who have the most to lose. Don't listen to them. Get out now or become a statistic like those who invested in WFTV. Put your money someone else, but PLNI is going to R/S Friday. GTLA

Patience is a virtual for those of us who can't wait to make our millions! I REALLY like that little slip o the keyboard!

Cold -- what? did you get tired and call on a couple of understudies? Come on, man, no one can bash like you! I mean, St. Croix just does not produce the same kind of mental picture as being strapped to a crashing 747!

Dude, get these dweebs out of here and claim your rightful title -- the one we glady purvey upon you -- of this thread's rightfull Bashing Bodger!

There once were some saavy investors
who bought stock in a plastic connector
The stock would go down
'till Cold came to town
Now we're rich -- he's got no one to pester!

(Give me a break -- I just got up)

Okay -- how come that weenie Felicia Gomez has five stars and I have none? I demand a recount!

Let's ROCK today, all!

Mr. Turek specifically stated that there would be no R/S. And if you have been keeping up with this stock, you would know that statement to be complete and utter bologna. So quit playing games with other peoples' money by spewing your outright lies and then topping it off with good luck to all. My, we are a vengeful hypocrite aren't we. PLNI is ready to rock.. and you kow it.

Plasticon to Acquire Pro Mold, Inc., one of the Premiere Injection Molding Facilities in the Midwest
Wednesday August 3, 8:30 am ET
Privately Financed Acquisition Gives Plasticon the Production Capacity for an Additional $20 Million in Manufacturing and Sales Annually

LEXINGTON, Ken., Aug. 3, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Plasticon International Inc. (Other OTC:PLNI.PK - News) announced today that this week the company will acquire Pro Mold, Inc., one of the premiere injection molding facilities in the Midwest. The privately financed acquisition (with no dilution for PLNI shareholders), will dramatically increase Plasticon's production capacity to $20 million in manufacturing and sales annually for this facility alone. As part of the terms of the agreement, senior management at Pro Mold, Inc. will be retained.

``The timing couldn't be better for this acquisition because our sales are ramping up at a vigorous pace and one of our top priorities is to expand our production capacity to meet rising demand for our products,'' said Mr. Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International. ``With that in mind, immediately after the acquisition we will be adding molding machines that will allow Plasticon to double the current capacity of the facility.''

Pro Mold, Inc. a state-of-art custom plastic injection molder of thermoplastic materials in St. Louis, Missouri, has been in business since 1987. ``We are thrilled about this acquisition because not only does it allow us to considerably increase our production capacity, it also allows us to ensure that we continue to deliver the highest quality products to our customers,'' Mr. Turek said. ``The facility has totally integrated closed-loop systems with programmable logic control in addition to the most advanced drying, heating and cooling equipment to ensure material integrity and shot-to-shot consistency. The unsurpassed quality control at Pro Mold is one of the reasons they have a reputation as one of the preeminent injection molding facilities in the Midwest.''

That is great news Felecia...totally against the PR the company released about no R/S..How is it that you just show up and know everything? How do you know the CEO is a low life? I know your his wife and he pissed you off...now it is get even time.

It makes no sense for them to even do a R/S because they own most of the shares. ANyway I think the news should hit today....GLTA
