Now that the $286 billion highway bill is officially signed into law by President Bush today, we can rest assure that there is plenty of sufficient funds for the highway and construciton boom ahead of us. I expect lots of good things for Plasticon in the coming months, if not weeks. Go PLNI!

Yeah we had fun last night with reloading each other's stars, and I thank everyone for the kind words and help from the hit I took bashing bashers yesterday.
Rags -- I have been trying to find out more about their barricades, furniture, and lumber. I know a mid-sized distributor of outdoor furniture I would like to set them up with, but they really don't get too into details on any of their products! I am going to give them a few weeks to settle down from all the changes than have been going on and then try to figure out some of those side items. If and when I do, look for a complete update here.
We all know we are in an unusual stock here for the pinks. I am really impressed with how well the price has been holding despite the lack of real news. That just says again to me that everybody is in this for the next month or so at least.
Me, I am in this to the hilt -- I have some other holdings now, but they are pennies compared to PLNI dollars. This one IMO is money in the bank. I am not looking to see anything else out of them this week, and maybe something small next week. I am betting we are going to be really happy about this right around labor day.
BUT... as so many have said before, it is difficult to dump some and play other moves until then, because there are so many different things that coulud break at any time, and blow this baby up.
Like HISC -- I feel pretty confident that we have another week or so before we hear anything, so I am totally out of it for another week. I wouldn't do that with PLNI becuase there are just too many things that can happen.
We have shown we can hold strong above 14 and that is totally cool with me. Even our most beloved resident basher actually likes the company, he just thinks it's overvalued at the moment.
Now, that's not bad.
So, here's to a strong steady rest-of-the week as we get ready to rumble in the near future....

Yeah -- he's doen that a couple of times. He cannot "break on through to the other side" until we are at .1 Then, we can all rank him up to 5 ** and welcome him as a guest of honor to our PLNI millionarires party. Although he will still have to spend an hour in the recycled plastic dunktank, as I said a while back.

Item 4.02 Non-Reliance on Previously Issued Financial Statements or a Related Audit Report or Completed Interim Review. Section 5 - Corporate Governance and Management
Item 5.01 Changes in Control of Registrant. On July 25, 2005, Ash Mascarenhas accepted 10,000,000 shares of our Class B, Series 1 Preferred Stock issued (currently Series B Preferred Stock after giving effect to our reincorporation in February 2005) in the name of Randy Betts (the Preferred Stock) in consideration of the obligations of Mr. Betts secured under that certain $600,000 Secured Promissory Note dated January 5, 2005 made by Mr. Betts in favor of Mr. Mascarenhas (the Note). Mr. Betts originally issued the Note as payment for his purchase of the Preferred Stock from Mr. Mascarenhas and the Note was secured by a Pledge Agreement whereby Mr. Betts pledged and granted a security interest in and to the Preferred Stock until such time as the Note was paid in full. Mr. Betts has failed to make any and all payments to Mr. Mascarenhas had failed to make any of the payments under the Note resulting in an Event of Default under the Pledge Agreement and giving Mr. Mascarenhas rise to all rights and remedies as a secured party with respect to the Preferred Stock.
The acceptance of the Preferred Stock by Mr. Mascarenhas effectively transferred control of the company to Mr. Mascarenhas.
Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers. On July 25, 2005, Mr. Betts resigned from all of his positions as an officer of our company including his positions as President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer (Treasurer) and Secretary. Mr. Betts resignation was not based upon any disagreement with us on any matter relating to our operations policies or practices.
Concurrently with Mr. Betts resignation, Ash Mascarenhas was appointed by our Board of Directors to the offices vacated by Mr. Betts including the offices of President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer (Treasurer) and Secretary.
On July 25, 2005, pursuant to a resolution our Board of Directors increased the number of authorized Directors from one (1) to two (2) members. Concurrently with this increase in the size of the Board of Directors, our Board of Directors elected Ash Mascarenhas as a Director to fill the vacancy thereunder.

Ya I thought that plni might run on the highway deal and I was going to sell a mil shares of Q and get some, but it doesn't looklike there is much of a reaction, unless it's a delayed one. Guys what are we waiting for to get this puppy to fly?

The hwybill itself will not move this. If we get contracts announced later to help build them then it will move. The hwybill is just greasing the skids for us....
By the way THE SHNAKER ATTACKER we mean no harm we are just very protective of our thread and we run off bashers and pumpers and dumpers as soon as they show their hind ends..even that bitch feces could not stand the heat last night/.the only one we keep is COLD because everyone needs a pet and besides he's cute like a puppy.

It's not the immediate reaction, the highway bill funds will allow the acqusistions, audits, and profit sales to come more easily in the following months or weeks. I wouldn't want to get caught with my pants down when that happens. PLNI is steady around the .015 mark.

Well, George -- you are a little more outspoken than I was, but you did a good thing trying to get those poor bagholder the hell out of WHLI. Momo was first, then a couple of other people I saw yesterday that I haven't made my mind up about yet (they could have actually been trying to help) started what ended up to be the second P&D on that. Poor *******s who bought heavy this morning at .012 or .013 are hurting bad. Could go below Momo's original mark.
NOt a bad run yesterday for them, but it was totally smoke and mirrors. I hope people here listend to me last night and did not buy in to that crap.
