It absolutely could swing if no news comes out, and even with another soft pr--in fact I think the swing could be deeper with the latter.

He talked to the auditors today. As far as he is concerned the Audit results are on-track. I asked if it would be late this week or early next. He said " Oh, I do not know about that, but I will be talking to the auditors again next Tuesday." He is talking with them once a week. He said that it is taking time and they are being very through. He also said that the audit is really not delayed, just that some of the comments that Jim has made because it was not meeting his timeline made it appear to be delayed. He said it was not meeting Jim's time table. He said it is the auditors timeline. He said "that they are finished but going over it again. Just to make sure. No auditors want to make mistakes now days."
There is a what he called a "soft" PR due out tomorrow. Mainly about industry stuff. Then he said there will be a major news release next Tuesday that I may want to be on the lookout for.
Again he said that they (auditors) are being very careful and that they want to use these audit results to "as quickly as humanly possible to move to the OTC" I asked when and he said that they hope this summer.
He was very up beat and said the company is ready to take off.
I feel really good and will be buying more.
George
Just to help memory...

All the buying so far is people that know something.. I am watching Primezone Media closely. this is who it appears they use for their PR releases.

On Pinksheets they list o/s as 1.4B shares and authorized shares of 2.0B, both as of Nov 11, 2004. Does anyone know for sure which number is correct - 1.4B or the 2.4B others are posting?

Thx cblgroove for the clarification on the o/s.
Given that insiders own 74%, they have plenty of flexibility to offer a 10% stake to a high power construction industry exec to jump start this thing. I hope that's what Al Haig told these guys when they went down to Florida to talk to him.
I've been involved with a number of promising small companies with innovate products and ideas over the years. The smart ones know when to hand over the management to the industry pros and the dumb ones try to run the whole show themselves. Its usually better to buy the big rolodex than try to build one from scratch.
This company has so much potential it should be an easy sell to a seasoned industry pro looking for the challenge and excitement of building this out to a major player. If there is one thing we learned from the dot-com era it was that top notch management was more important to survival than top notch products and ideas.
I'm not dissing Mr. Turek here, he's done a great job building something special here. All I'm saying is that he should not try to go the road alone. If you don't move fast and establish yourself as THE supplier of plastic concrete accessories, some big name will have time to develop a competing product and eat your lunch.

stock, do you mind elaborating on this visit to Haig--first time I've read that. I saw one post yesterday about a trip to Fla., and nothing else. And your source?

cblgroove reported on July 19 that Jim and Bill were in FLA talking to Al Haig. Haig has a syndicated cable TV show on companies and industry trends, and consults. His outfit is called the World Business Review. If you click on "companies" you will find Plasticon listed [although with the wrong CEO listed - Bill Howe instead of Jim Turek]
