Yes, I hereby move that we need either:

1) some "made-up" verification and supporting evidence for your claims (feel free to be as colorful as you'd like)

2) a disclosure of how much you stand to buy if the price drops, or how much you are being paid to bash, and/or

3) at the minimum, more colorful metaphors about how broke we will all be in a few days time

This thread has a REAL good basher, whom we are all fond of, and we will protect his honor and good name. You simply MUST be better than amateur to meet this thread's high bashing level of quality. We demand more for our entertainment value.

Stevie just registerd today....I think you are right..they are the same person..poor FECES is confused and does not know if she is a he or a she or what...and took a beating trying to learn the stock market to fast and lost all of her money..

No doubt! Today is shaping up well. I don't think anyone should expect a runup on that kind of PR, and volume is holding relatively low, indicating that there was no huge panic over lack of audit news. Looks like most people are taking this for what it is -- an indication of strength and positioning for future growth.

Although I think Cold might've secretly entered in the .016's, I certainly hope he keeps that .009 GTC order in and continues to rally this issue for us.

I personally think they ought to put another "little" PR out just to slap NITE cause they have NEVER done 2 the same day.

Or repost this one and tell how much the bottom line will increase with this merger.

That would wake some people up when ya figure in another 20-30% to net.

Not yet.

Right now PLNI is the reverse of your typical pinky company. The typical pink can boost pps very high in short periods with news that doesn't amount to much, while the fundamentals of the company are a disaster.

PLNI in contrast has super strong fundamentals and very realistic long-term prospects--while in the short term failing to deliver once again on its (rashly offered?) promise of audit completion, or explaining why, or even acknowledging they made such statements at all.

I am confident all will be well eventually. But yes, this is getting old.

You know, Gorrve, I was wondering about that possibility. Their website has not yet been updated with the PR -- could it be they sent TWO to the IT guys and are waiting to release the other????

Yeah! Now we are back to the GOOD kind of conspiracy theories!

I know you're just thinking out loud--but that would mean zip without the audit. Just another unverified promise.

Of course the real news today is that cold is manipulating the market by refusing to post about his low entry point. That killed the run right there. I propose an SEC investigation.

Keep in mind that Pro Mold must have some current sales also...just more to add to the bucket.

It got frozen because the SEC needed to verify its claims about negotations with China. Should be released on the 16th if the claims they made prove true. They (SSTY) are supposedly having their lawyers send over verification today.

here is some info.....

I was born and raised in the St.Louis area (Cardinals Fan through and through).... and my father still lives there. He is a mech eng who does the 3-d designs for plastic molds for medical devices. He has worked with Pro-Mold for many years, and I recognized the name in the PR...

Anyway, I just talked to my dad and he told me that Pro-Mold recently bought their own large mfg facility and brand new state of the art equimpent. Pro-Mold is actually mfg'ing the plastic components for the business that my father, brother and I started recently, so, my dad is on VERY frinedly terms with the owners of ProMold and is calling them to see what is up! I will post any DD that I get back that we don't already know!

I was shocked as He77 to read this PR... and after speaking with my father, he was very excited too and is looking to pick up some shares! ProMold is by far the pre-eminent injection mold company in the MidWest and maybe the whole US.... the $$$ that they are generating is only going to add huge numbers to our bottom line!

From the PR... increase Plasticon's production capacity to $20 million in manufacturing and sales annually for this facility alone.... well, I know FIRSTHAND that this $20million is not ALL PLNI stuff... they have other businesses that they provide product for!

--------------------
A good friend will bail you out of Jail. A great friend will be sitting next to you saying... Damn that was fun! :)

I'd be curious to see who is financing these acquisitions and the size and terms. It'll probably be some time before we see those figures though.

The fact that PLNI is able to find private financing for both SEMCO and Promold speaks volumes to the prospects and security of their business. The lenders must believe that both businesses, which are generating profits already, will grow significantly larger under Plasticon to justify lending them money for the takeovers.

Yes, SH -- that is an excellent point and one I was trying much less eloquently to make this morning. Now, if we can get through the near-term resistence about the audit then we are in really good shape.

Funny you should ask that question Hunter. Your the very first I've noticed that actually asked. Other than myself a couple of months ago.

Try not to trigger and SEC investigaton for whispered insider information while you're at it.

Better to go to PLNI IR. Tips from buddies are the stuff of pinkyland.
