More like MM BS....There were more buys than sells and they lower it. I think they went back down to grab shares. They should bring it back up I would hope.

Bill Howe has said for months that this stock has been shorted and manipulated to the Hilt by the MM's! After Following the movement I would agree with him.

This PR is better than many may think. One of my concerns is that they would not move fast enough to capture market share. These guys are serious about ramping quick to meet the demand a national distribution network provides.

They would not be making these aquisitions and taking on private debt unless they were confident the capacity would be needed now.

If you account for the possibility of some share retirement and assume a 1.0 Billion share count, $20 Million in revenue is .02/share. Mature construction companies trade around 1X revenues and small growing companies usually trade many multiples of revs. I'm assuming this capacity will be maximized quickly. I look at this as more than doubling the current value of the stock from my standpoint.

There will probably be some modest profit taking by short term traders here who were expecting audit news, but there is a growing number of interest waiting in the wings to accumulate.

Expect to see new [recently created] screen names desperately trying to push the stock down. Its unlikely there are many shorts in this stock, so anyone talking this stock down is out and looking to buy. Not that many guardian angels on these boards donating their time to save us from ourselves, as they would claim.

Recap:

Buy signal = multiple bashers with new names, recently created profiles, rehash of old news and rumors, and new falsehoods.

Sell signal = 5 or more giddy, hyperventilating posts with exclamation points, touting their new found wealth.

Question. What do we see on the boards today?

Don'tcha love it when processes designed to reduce improper manipulation by the masses instead concentrates that power into the hands of a few. Totally archaic.

Something should be done. Just remember -- almost all religions and spiritual systems have some form of retribution for crap like that in the next phase of existence.

Felicia...back up your knowledge of a proposed R/S. To come on here and tout that out of the blue, even after a PR stated NO REVERSE SPLIT is ballsy.

SGT Gomez.......... why would they need a R/S and what would it accomplish???

43 days after they announced they wouldnt then they do........I dont think so......you might scare a few into selling but I dont think you will get anywhere near the shares you need!!!!

Go back and tell NITE he's screwed and to eat them!!!!!!!!!!!

That's right on the way down, because not even good PR can revive a dead cow. Add this to WFTV and you have the two biggest losers of the year and I'm sure if you bought this, you are holding WFTV also. I only state my opinion for those with less experience like Raz and Beachboync

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it impossible for anyone but a MM to short this stock legally?

If that's true, thinking like a MM, why would I be short to any significant degree given the risk of audit news capable of swamping them with buy orders coming at any time?

The illegal shorts pick on garbage companies incapable of fighting back. They probably avoid real companies like PLNI. Most of the action in this stock is longs and bidders, IMO.

If a MM does get too short, anyone with $50K to spend could run over those guys and send this stock to the moon. NITE and SCHB are certainly big enough to take a significant short position, spreading the risk among many pinks, but they didn't get to be such dominant players by shorting real companies with clearly growing investor interest, IMO.

When these guys sit heavy on the bid or ask, its more likely they have big [real] orders they're leaning on trying to fill [ and scalping their fractional pennies].

Whoever it is that is paying you, is getting screwed.
I have seen my share of bashers on this board...but you are by far the worst that I have ever seen.

Newbie question:
Why do the MMs sit on both the bid and the ask at the same time? Are they selling back and forth to each other?

I get it now.. spend REAL money to acquire two companies without diluting the stock, then do a reverse split to kick the hell out of the price, then take the company private. Man, glad I am out of this stinker!

DAMN! They didn't take my buy order at .0166!

Judging by the verocity of the replys that are being directed toward my warnings, it's obvious that fear is driving those posts.

For the responsible ones invested in PLNI, don't let the large bagholders bankrupt you. Get out.

Yeah makes sense to me....

1.go to jail or spend $100k defending yourself
2. Throw away a business that you built for 17 years and have every penny of your time and money in
3. Lose out on 30-40% profit margin AFTER all the hard work is done

For what.....so he can own 80% of a company thats worth nothing?????

Cause right now he owns 74% of a company that he has built and in a few yaers will be the largest player in a FEW DIFFERENT fields!!!

Its all making sense now.....throw all that away so he can run the rest of his life with what....$500,000..............in a year or two his salary will be that and his bonus's will be 5 times that!!!!!!!!!!!

You jackas*'s get a life and go buy some more diamond mining companies

Well at least we are replying to your posts...now show us the same courtesy and reply to ours...

1. Do you have any facts to back up your statements of an R/S?
2. Are you being paid by a market maker or anyone else to come here and bash this stock? If yes...who?
3. Do you realize that under SEC law, if I ask you these questions, that you must answer them honestly?

Do not waste your time asking her for any proof..she does not have it and she is not a paid basher. It is easy to figure her out...go read her past post...she is stupid and bought into WFTV and PLNI at the wrong times and did not understand that stocks go down..lost all her money so now she is mad...trying to take it out on us that are making money....try getting a job and open a savings account. it is safer for you
