I wish they would have stated the current capitalization in the PR. Based on comments from Matt, Bill and Jim the total O/S and A/S should now be 1.8 billion by my math. Can we assume the share reduction was in treasury shares and not in the retirement of insider shares?
As for the buyback; can they buy directly [at a discount to current market price] from the insiders in a private transaction? That would make more sense than going to the open market. At these prices it would cost close to $2 million just to buy 10% of the A/S. They are going to need that money to expand, IMO. Can they really be that profitable now to afford to buy millions of dollars worth of stock?
Jim, Bill, if you're listening -- more specifics please.

Last I saw of her she was on her hind legs about dead center with the passengers side. Musta been rearing back to spin around when the jack clipped her......took her apart pretty good. For having a 3000 lb camper on the back and a trailer full of quads behind it, the truck handled really well. Never thought it could swerve like that and stay upright......

Very good price for this stock, being in the highway construction business, plastic rebar will dominate the current steel with most DOT's in the near future. Steel rebar horribly corrodes the concrete in our highways over time. This company has a very good niche. If approved by our DOT, I know our company would jump on this product.
