I am not sure we should expect this by close of market. It might come before close of business their time. If it is going to include an update on the audit (as Bill mentioned, he talks to accountants every Tuesday), then it might be a while for them to get their ducks in a row.

wouldn't it make more sense to release the audit after trading closes for the day? You have to have time to interpret the results. Just my take.

I gathered that because he said he did not know when the audit would be done but that there will be news next Tuesday that it would not be about the audit. I would think if they were sceduling news that far ahead it would happen. Unless what ever it was changed or they see that we are all waiting for it.

In retrospect, I see how my last post could have a real negative connotation, especially today -- not my intent (BELIEVE ME). I was really just curious. My guess is the pressure they had in R&D and testing their patents killed 'em, and now they are back with a new name and a new image. What got me thinking about it was the issue of potential share reduction in "today's" PR -- how they got to 2Bs in the first place -- if it was dilution from "back then" when they needed to keep things afloat as Wicklund
Nothing negative intended, but who can tell when we are strapped to the big 747, right Cold? RIGHT COLD?????????
