It's suppose to drop...This was a good two day run. If some folks are swing trading then I hope you make bank. Good luck with that...
This ran well on rumor and soft PR's...There probably is a PR coming soon...My guess would be before Friday. This is probably going to be more significant than the last..If it is and it runs hard for two or three days then it WILL dip a good 40% plus from it's peak....the only thing that might prevent that happening is back to back significant PR's
If you look at the charts in mid July you will see we had a very similar run as the past two days. It popped at the end of the first day then ran the next morning to the peak of the run. Then it back filled and there was some profit taking with it finisheing the EOD up from the days low. On the third day it opened slightly up and then not long after the open it dropped significantly and then ran back to the close to the opening PPS in the afternoon.
If I swing trade it should be OK for me to say it...and...if I accumulate more shares or bank the difference then that means I'm learning how to trade...I'm learning how the market works...If your holding long you may want to take a look at this technique also...swing trading...I would also hope if I do well on a swing that I can come here and share that...I don't know what your plan is Rahz but keep an eye out for news...hope you don't chase it...Good luck...

YEA. I'm going to wake up first thing and keep my eye on this stock and make sure I'm not chasing it. If it dips a little that would be great then I'll be able to buy more shares.
I wish good luck to all tomorrow and hope there are more PR's coming out this week that will be significant.

If there is significant news the two I expect first are , in no particular order, a buyout completion or a share adjustment...I'm not expecting the audit results first...both of those would push this past .02 Depending on the meat of the PR a solid run may take it close to or past .03.
Rahz...I'm not sure what you sold at to swing this but if it is either of those two then it will be a chase and anyone who understands PLNI will get in quick...have your finger on the buy key...it won't see the .015's and .016's again...there is just too much happening that is ready to be completed...By the end of September these levels could be a memory. Go with the flow buddy...If it does dip tomorrow it may be the last swing at these levels...PLNI's time is here...

I hope the news is big enough to finally move us past .02. If we can bust that wall then hopefully we can hold a new base at .02 to .025. I've had all the .01's I want and I'm sure I speak for many. Fingers crossed for 8:30 AM.

LEXINGTON, Ky., Aug. 24, 2005 (PRIMEZONE) -- Plasticon International Inc. (Pink Sheets:PLNI) is pleased to announce that their Board has approved the retirement of 200 million shares, the first step in a process designed to decrease the total outstanding shares and increase shareholder value.
"We believe that the retirement of shares will add tremendous value for our shareholders," said Jim Turek, President and CEO of Plasticon International. "This is the first step in a share restructuring process. The restructuring will be reflected in a share price that is more truly representative of the actual value of Plasticon's shares. We firmly believe that this is in the best interests of both our shareholders and the company."
Mr. Turek added that Plasticon International is committed to a program designed to enhance shareholder value through a comprehensive strategy, starting with this initial retirement. As a part of this restructuring strategy, the Company plans to undertake a buy back program for still additional outstanding shares.
The retirement of 200 million shares is in addition to positive earnings. Plasticon recently announced that it is profitable as of the second quarter in 2005. "We believe that the retirement of shares will be significant as the first step in a process that should result in a better reflection of the value of Plasticon's shares," Mr. Turek concluded.

Oh what a wonderful little present under the August Christmas tree! 10% of the A/S / O/S not bad, plus the promise of more to come. This was my guess as to what would happen first -- best to buy them back if you can while they are as cheap as they can be. Buyback means this company is both serious about its future and has enough money to do it.
Finally, some good news! You go Matt boy -- just keep 'em on their target and we'll be seeing HISC at .12 in no time.

Rahz, our thread's worry-wart: Dude, I hope you make it back in. After all the Xanax I have sent you these last few weeks, you deserve a little peace.

Sorry, earlier I said 10% of AS -- it should be 10% of OS and 8% of A/S -- and this is a retirement instead of a buyback -- buybacks are promised in the future. Man, I should read things twice. Still stoked though...

My guess is that we will get one more good PR yet in August, then the REALLY good news will start coming in September after the doldrums are over. They will probably time the news with more advertising like they did this time - smart crafty little buggers. I am starting to wish that all the pinks I hold would hire BAC
