PALM SPRINGS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 29, 2005--Q Television Network (OTCBB Other: QBID), the first 24/7 premium network for the gay and lesbian community, announced today that it will utilize every resource available to get its stock trading at an acceptable level. "We are outraged by the market manipulation and our depressed stock price," said Frank Olsen, President, CEO and Founder of Q Television Network. "The short positions in our stock we believe are overwhelming and we will do everything we can to squeeze those positions and bring our stock to a level it deserves. GREAT DAY!!!im just getting back now and reading the PR and investor update...i will also check the chart, but this is 1 of the huge things i wanted to see...Frank directly speaking about his investors!!!i love it--that made my weekend!!!!

After reading the letter Frank just wrote us--i have to say i think i am slowly being switched from a trader of Q to a 1-4 year investor!!! This is to good and people are not understanding what he is tyring to tell us...somebody posted exactly why FRANK IS NOT diluting!!! I know the indicators are there--but if he IS diluting than all the shareholders should sell right now then if thats what they believe...i will explain this in a second...as of right now--i couldnt be happier with how today went!!!!!!!!!!!

firefly, Yes great news today. Yes, this board is more civil. At least the moderators are posting with the bashers. And one moderator over their is considering an invitation to a bashers house, can you imagine. They are fair my axx over their. What a shame I paid money to become a member.

nearly 50 million in buys followed buy a string of very small sells total about 1.5 mil, this IS being manipulated!. 50+ mil in buys and MM`s will not raise the bid!. MM= market manipulator!

OR
There is a restricted share holder who wants to sell billions of shares. He is selling them through the MM and the MM is offering them up as the lowest ASK. The MM keeps lowering the ask to get more people to purchase!
Frank is NOT dilluting! The restricted share holders are....
So what to do?????? Pressure Frank and Compnay to release the info we need to prove/disprove this theory! Frank should be on the Telephone with the restricted share holders informing them of the game plan and telling them not to release the shares now, because they will be worth alot more later on!
Is Frank doing this???????? We don't know!

who is our independent auditor and when will it be complete?? why is the t/a gagged, and btw what is that a/s, o/s, and float?? why the big secret about coming clean with the share count?? why can't you report financials and share structure to the sec?? what is the status of the corporate structure--triangle and qtn in wa why are you at all of these events traveling all around, instead of traveling all around to BOARDROOMS talking with upper echelon management developing new markets, and the sale and distribution of the product you have HIRED people to produce for you to market?? ...les moonves, sumner redstone, barry diller aren't inhibiting production by their presense at every taping of their shows. ...we (you frank) don't have to do 1 town at a time, do we?? thinking regional here like new england, southwest, midwest, etc--not just 1 state edit to delete link/hopefully straighten page out

unbievable day!!!! those AH sales of 100M were all BUYS and im guessing is Frank buying back or either MM covering their shorts!
the shorts were definately covering their shorts after that PR and hopefully are ready to run this thing up... Watch for a serious run next week, probably even Early as i see Frank warning us before hand...Frank has something to PR about and he will back up todays PR!!!!

MillerTime is full of crap, there is absolutely no buying going on. 3 million sells are not being mirrored with equally 3 million buys. It is straight up dilution, and Frank will never update the investor relations page to say "I am not diluting".
FoT is right, they are and have been dumping the shares for the last 6 months. In fact, I would even go so far as to argue that there aren't restricted shares anymore.

1. i never said i was exactly right about what the big sells are
2. most definately the majority of trades in the past 2-3 months have been buys..its only the huge trades that bring it down..
now, again, Frank himself is Definately NOT diluting, and if he is by chance i will sell all my shares at the current bid!!!
think about that honestly..Frank Would NOT dilute at these prices etc, unless he was a complete idiot, and there was no investor relaition help from richard..so please, i understand your frustrated, but do not attack me for my opinion, as im sure many posters may not think your statement of frank diluting is true.. if you would like to contact me further, please, lets you PM
