Exactly... the idea that Frank is diluting at close to year lows, after announcing several buybacks at higher prices, is ... how shall I say... asinine.

frank obviously doesnt want the PPS to go down but, the PPS will go down as a result of dillution. MMs will lower the price when they know the stock is being diluted. thats why QBID is down to .0013, it will go lower if the dillution continues. with no revenue or very little and a $24 million burnrate a year. frank has no choice but to dilute and hide it from shareholders.

there is no proof or SEC filings to support QBID's claim. thier word is about as valuable as thier stock as you can see .0013 and going down. your very gullible if you actually believe this company at this point.

As CEO of a company that has planned gay television for four years, I am now privileged enough to have seen gay television on the air for almost a year. What brings this to mind is that the talent, production people and support staff of the station are now getting ready for the new season.
Last year at this time we had no shows that we produced ourselves - we used tapes that we had purchased, and the station had no identity. Even though we had been in planning, there was no "QTN". Today, everyone in the cable industry knows about Q Television, and most of them know that we have gay programming available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with up to 30 hours of live programming and at least 40% of original programming.
Our first anniversary is approaching quickly. We have come a long way since the taping of "Q on the Move" and the hiring of our first talent: Chrisanne Eastwood, Jack E. Jett, Scott Withers and Nick Oram. These are huge milestones that have been reached. Admittedly, mistakes have been made, but the best decision we ever made was to support the gay community in whatever they do, such as events, parades, etc.
We are the official broadcaster of the Gay Games, as well as a major sponsor. As I look at the budget for the next 18 months, I believe that, because of that decision, Q Television is going to be profitable faster than most cable stations. The norm for most cable stations is they are not profitable within their first 3-5 years. However, when they start the turnaround, the profits are unbelievable. When an independent station is sold, the rewards are enormous. Here are several examples of stations that were sold for billions of dollars: American Movie Channel, Bravo and other Black entertainment channels.
This brings me back to the main point. The Gay Games will enable Q Television to be in 150 of the top markets in the United States, and it will be broadcast in 40 countries. It has enabled Q Television to make long term commitments to the countries that are carrying the Gay Games, and help us to negotiate the cable operator contracts. As I reflect further, I believe that Q Television will be profitable by the end of the 2nd quarter of 2006.
The stock is down, and I blame myself for that because I haven't shown the shareholders where Q Television has been and where it is today. We are going to produce a DVD specifically for the shareholders to walk them through the history and the future of Q Television. Those shareholders who are interested, can contact Rich Brown at staff@equityrelations.com to obtain a copy.
We will be doing a shareholders’ meeting which we hope to schedule in late summer or early fall. We are aiming to make the meeting interactive so it is viewable from certain hotels in subscriber areas. I will be doing the meeting from the studio in Burbank where there will be room for an audience of 200 people. Shareholders will be able to ask questions through an 800 number and through email. Every question that pertains to QTN will be answered. If you tune in late, you can request a video copy to be sent to you. I am excited to offer our shareholders an opportunity to talk to me directly during this call. Please send an email to Rich Brown (staff@equityrelations.com) if you are interested in participating in the meeting and/or with questions you have.

skunk, Thankyou, I didn't know that was posted. Its about time that some things are addressed here. We aren't all gay on this board so some of us such as myself lean toward the financial aspects of Q versus the political. You have every right to live what ever the truth is to you of course. Thats a God given right. Its in the constitution too.

If no one has respect for Frank and what he is doing after reading the letter that was just posted, then nothing will satisfy you. I think it was awesome, but that's just my opinion.
We are here with the longs (me and Degs). We will be here for the calms, the storms, the excitement....and hopefully big money and the trip to Vegas.
Skunk and Zeus....KEEP IT COMING!! Can't watch TV from work, but you all are making my virtual tv work really well. Good luck to all of us! Robin

I am really sorry... but I am not going to wait another month or two to get the answers to my questions.
The pps has fallen 1 tick per day for the last 2 weeks... so, I can see this going to .0002 before the meeting Frank is proposing!
I am continuing to pursue my crusade to gain the info that I want and have the right to view as a shareholder.
My questions are as follows:
1) Exact share count: A/S, O/S and Restricted shares 2) Details of restricted share / financing agreement 3) Now that they have a financial team and buisness director, I want quaterly cash flow and balance statements.
these are the first 3 that come ot mind.. so if anyone else want to add... post them here!

Respect wise its helping a little. Have to be honest about it. I don't like throwing a bunch of money into some thing with somebody just to be kept guessing and listening to a bunch of bull from bullshers (new word) when real facts can be presented to show respect in turn.

FOT, Jenn10 says her brother is very close to Q headquarters. And it sounds like he likes to visit there. At least 6 times. Maybe Jenn can work something out with her brother to do what you wanted to do with Q's books. What do you think? It can't hurt to ask.

There are alot of us who would like to know the answers to those questions. And there may be reasons why they can't be divulged right now, Frank admitted messing up once before, years back...that might be why he won't answer them now, because he can't. "Good things come to those who wait" is really a good philosophy to live by. It has payed off for me more times than I can count. With due patience, as we waited for the carriers to be announced and they were, these will get answered too, in time. Again, we are here with the longs (been almost 2 years holding)..we ain't goin' no where!!

With the new fall schedule with lots of original programming, its got to be expensive.
People talk about carrots being dangled in front of us but the true carrot is the Gay Games in front of carriers. With LOGO's launch and not much backlash, and also realizing that the gay games are a big deal and also Q providing remote coverage from 6 loactions at the pride events, the carriers will sign up soon!!
