tqn I understand what you are saying, but we really aren't at their mercy if we don't sell. As long as you believe the PPS will go higher "someday", you have to ignore current prices and wait. Or, better yet, buy more shares at these prices if you can.
Warren Buffet once said he never buys or sells stock based on PPS. He buys on company fundamentals and potential and ignores PPS movement as long as the company fundamentals have not changed. If you believe in Q's fundamentals and potential, any PPS is "cheap". If you don't believe in Q's fundamentals and potential, any PPS is "too high". Pretty simple . . . unless you are a short-term trader. Most of them are pretty frustrated with Q right now.
You are actually telling someone to ignore how much money they have lost in the market because it serves your purposes of fullfilling your own delusions? Frank is selling shares... that is why the price is going down.
so true, people have been ignoring this stocks decline since the .003s-.0050s and blaming it on the MMs, and end result QBID is trading at 1/8th of a penny. its not the MMs, its dillution. wake up people, its clear as day to see what is going on. dillution is the reason qbid wont show the o/s number.

God you guys are starting to sound like fools.
MillerTime is full of crap, there is absolutely no buying going on. 3 million sells are not being mirrored with equally 3 million buys. It is straight up dilution, and Frank will never update the investor relations page to say "I am not diluting".
FoT is right, they are and have been dumping the shares for the last 6 months. In fact, I would even go so far as to argue that there aren't restricted shares anymore.
Bottomliner, please do not bring up Buffet's name in the same breath as Q. He buys on fundamentals and we have absolutely NO fundamentals of Q because Frank refuses to release any financial data, and keeps diluting.
Let's face it folks, our own CEO is diluting the stock.
If you want to recoop at least a portion of your losses, I would suggest selling immediately and putting in a buy at .0001 and when that fills, a sell at .0002, it is safe to say this will bounce at least once along those lines on its way to rock bottom.

finally someone that can see what is going on here, QBID is hiding the O/S count for a reason, the reason? so qbid can dilute even futher.

DIG I don't use the ignore button because I actually enjoy reading "everyone's" comments. Some are pretty entertaining (as I said earlier, like watching chimps at the zoo). Also, I like to see their frustration levels rise when no one responds. If I cared a little more (which ain't likely), I would do a psych profile on each one and report my findings. You can tell a lot about people from the way they write (although hearing their voices is much better). Word choice is very revealing about age and education, sentence structure reveals intelligence levels, use of good or bad manners indicates basic self-esteem. Lots of other stuff too, but you get the picture.
BTW: I am a classic "egomaniacal obsessive-compulsive with occasional homicidal tendencies." So treat me nice . . . or you better hide.

skunks, Maine is receptive to QTN, I think the senator from Maine said we have 1 million subscribers. Do you think that is right. If Q has one million subscribers than we are in the green how great would that be. Jesus, now they are showing Beyond the Walls - The Gay Men's Chorus of Los Angeles performed from the halls in Berlin, Helsinki, Tallin, St. Petersburg, and Moscow. How great does QTN's programming get.

skunks, Yes it appears we are going to have a movie of the month. Crutch was good, but Thelma was great imo. We went to Outfest recently, and I believe we probably picked up many films their. I am sure QTN picked up many great films their, QTN has great gaydar imo for what the gay community wants.

Skunks, Yes it was Clinton supporting gays. I think if Hillary gets to be our President she will support gays, maybe not in her 1st term, but definately in her 2nd term. The time has come for this BS to be over, and for gays to have equality. QTN will be a big contributor to that imo.

g-invest I'm ignoring most posters I don't agree with, but you've always been pretty straight with me, so I will respect your opinion with a reply.
I understand what you mean about Warren Buffet, although I don't think Warren would mind my reference to him. I probably should not have used the word "fundamentals" when referring to QBID, since we lack a lot of "fundamental" company information.
But what I was trying to say is: Everyone has to decide what they believe based on all information available. If someone believes QBID is likely to succeed, they should hold on. If they don't believe QBID will succeed, they should simply sell their shares and move on. Whining doesn't really help. And the PPS at any point in time doesn't prove anything about a company's true worth. It only tells what "investors" think at that point in time.
I don't know if you are correct about the dilution issue. I hope not, but I know you feel strongly about it and have made some good points to back up your beliefs. As I said, I respect your opinion, I appreciate your concern and I will watch my chosen investment closely. I'm not too old to admit I don't know everything I should. GL to us all.

Has the Q launched yet or was that TWC deal only a prequil to what might come?
Also can anyone give any factual reason as to why the price has dropped some far, i dont mean the sky is falling the shares are being diluted, or the earch is shaking the stocks being manipulated. I use what little time i have to read up and the majority of what i see is. ITS RUNNING TO THE MOON or ITS GOING UNDER. But nothing concrete just speculation and ones word that what they are saying is factual.
Seeing how i will have less time in 4 weeks when im going to attempt to do 4 years of college in 2 years and 1 semester i will basically have no time.
Point being, my personal problems aside, is there anyone that can be relied on for factual information, everything looks distorted from both sides and to be honest i dont know whos being honest about qbid here.
Just tring to state some concerns espcially with decreses time oportunities.

g-invest or one of you dilution experts. Do you have any idea why Frank would want to drive the pps so low to start selling shares? I would think he would want to do the opposite. They have to sell 10,000,000 shares to make $14,000. Whats the point?
