any how.

now here is where i think we are.

We had 15.5 billion shares o/s

6 billion shares are restricted.

that leaves 11.5 billion.

now we have been told that Frank bought up 2% of the A/S and we heard from Rene in the CC that they had already bought about 600 million. and that they where not done.

the estimate is they bought back 1 billion, and Frank retired 1 billion.

that brings us to 9.5 billion.
now you take the 3% buyback that was pred

so now that brings up to 9.215 billion.

of that Frank owns 53% of the outstanding.
which is 4.884 billion shares
leaving 4.331 outstanding.

this is where i feel we are less the 3% that Franks says he was buying back

With that all said and done. I believe we are in great shape.

now. if we where to move to a move to a new exchange with a 3-1 merger of our shares we would be looking at a 1.44 billion outstanding share count. a 4 -1 split would leave us around a billion.

this is the way i see us heading in the near future. This is purely speculation and so do not take this as gospel.

Rod

PT, I thnk you are off by a Billion on the float.
15.5B - 6B restricted = 9.5B

9.5B - the buyback and Frank's retirement = 7.5B

7.5B - 3% buyback = ~7.275B
Frank's 53% = 3.856B
Float = 3.419B Outstanding.

In February 2004 it was noted that there were 15 billion authorized shares with 7.5 billion of those outstanding

To maintain majority vote, Frank Olsen, president owns 53% of the O/S. 3.975 Billion. This leaves 3.525 billion in the float

After a large increase in PPS, Q Television Network, QTN, dilutes the price and releases 2 billion more shares into the outstanding shares from the authorized shares.

After the dilution there are 9.5 billion outstanding shares. Frank owns 53%, or 5.035 billion, and the float is now 4.465 billion.

To expand, QTN receives a loan to acquire movie deals and rights to broadcast the 2006 Gay Games in Chicago. As collateral, QTN creates 6 billion more outstanding shares. Since the original 15 billion authorized shares were not enough to release 6 billion into the outstanding shares, the authorized shares count was increased to 50 billion.

Outstanding shares are now 15.5 billion. Frank still only owns 5.035 billion and the float is still just 4.465 billion. The 6 billion new shares are just for collateral. These 6 billion are restricted shares.

An announced buyback is completed in late December, 2005. Although the official number of shares bought back is not announced, it is speculated that at least 1 billion were bought back.

Therefore there are 3.465 billion in the float, 5.035 billion owned by Frank, and 6 billion restricted shares. We can assume Frank only wants to own 53% of the shares not including the restricted shares. Therefore he can also reduce his share count by 1.128 billion shares to 3.907 billion.

Thus the total, estimated, outstanding share count would be the 6 billion restricted + 3.907 billion of Franks shares + 3.465 billion in the float. Total = 13.372 billion shares outstanding.

After the loan is repaid and there is no need for collateral the 6 billion restricted shares can be destroyed. Future estimated outstanding share count is then 7.372 billion shares.

now a 3% buy back is stateted as being done by Richard thus reducing the numbers again to
7.151 billion.

Frank still owns 53% which totals 3.79 billion leaving a float of 3.36 billion shares

so if you look at the potential of us being a billion dollar company as was stated in one of our prs they we are already looking at a potential of .30 without in multipliers.

its only a mater of time.

so basically what has happened is that 1/3 of the float was traded today, but you full well know that there are enough shares just onlur board alone that there is no way that 1/3 of the shares traded hands today. The MM's kept bouncing shares back and forth and held the price down all day to try and cover the short positions.

Frank may well have proven his case to the SEC today. the real deal is going to be tomorrow. now that we have broke the billion share trigger, there are going to be a bunch of new investors that will be looking at us in the AM and they are going to see the potential an the low price, and out new lowered float numbers, and they are going to be willing to pay to get into this game. this should drive the price up at an alarming rate tomorrow.

I hope im not mistaken on this but today was only the first step of a very big news week. I was not expecting this to happen till next week at the earliest.

Oh ya and by the way Jackpot you where right last week. just wait till next week you will be crying.

I watched QBID for most of the afternoon. I noticed an enormous amount of mirror trades on the bid: Nearly every single 3 million block was followed by another 3 million block a few minutes later. Then it stopped, and occured again 10 or 15 minutes later. It looked just as if the MMs were moving shares back and forth all afternoon to create the illusion of someone dumping shares big-time. It must have been 50 million or more in just the last 2 hours. I think other board members have noticed it before; there's just no way normal trades would behave like that.

In contrast, the action on the ask looked "normal", with more or less random variations in the trade size. I'm sure the "real" volume was much less that what it appeared!

Just glad to see my small position in a Palm Springs company grow! Great place to grow up, great people, and great attitude! Now we need to put it on the map as fostering a great company. God, Palm Springs, entertainment, G/L community -- this one has it all, and I am glad to be in for 2Mshrs...

I honestly might have been a homophobe were it not for the experience of growing up in such a cool place. Instead, I am a straight dude investing in a gay pay television channel, and hoping it flies -- not so mcuh because I want a return on my rather small investment (although that would be nice), but because it is time....

I just left Palm Springs in the beginning of this year after licing there for 25 years, and am still amazed at the difference in attitudes outside of my old hometown. I was actually niave enough to think that the level of AL acceptance I had grown used to was universal. Hell, Gay Pride every November had become a family affair where a bunch of friends and family would come in from out of town, and we would all go to the parade and carnival. I mentioned that to someone out here in Phoenix, and they thought I was insane. I truly couldn't believe the level of resistance out there. You can't really tell how the "masses" feel from the news, because the newsmakers are almost never representative of those masses. But it appals me the level of critisism and ignorance out there. What really gets to me is that people have the inclination to worry about it. Hell, I have enough problems with my own life to really be too into ANYTHING in anyone else's -- much less something so private as one's orientation!

Having learned what I now know to be a "lerger" opinion that exists out there, I expect a lot of resistance to this idea. I have said before, though, that my investment here is more emotional than practical, and I really hope that this idea can grow and help break down some walls.

It truly amazes my that in this "modern" society we as a people maintain these prejudices. I mean, there are reasonable levels of social behavior that are good for society (like not letting your children into aq public pool with a dirty diaper), but these archaic unfounded predispositions against those who might be "different" really have got to go, and this is a cool idea to help that and serve a need as well.

I am sure there are plenty of people on "the street" who would love to see this sucker tank, and I am really impressed that a flegling company of this nature could successfully be taken public. If I lose my investment, then oh, well, but I really hope that doesn't happen -- I am in long and rooting for this to take off.

Sorry for the rant and for bringing politics into the thread.
