so true so true.i sometimes get scared when i see how just the power of thought can have a major impact on ones life.for instance when you are thinking about something happening and then instantaneously that thing happens.this happens to me often.it is impossible in my mind for good things not to happen when one does good things.ultimately we do good things for humanity just becuase it is our nature to do good but it takes practice for many ofus to get to that point where you dont have to think about being good all the time you just are.how i wish to be good all the time.patience and practice makes .............PERFECTION !!!

I am writing to inquire as to why Investor Updates are no longer provided on the website? As an investor, I can tell that Investor Sentiment is waning rapidly due to the lack of delivery on many promises. First, Gay Day. What has happened to this? It has been delayed twice already, and from the IR webpage:
4/1/2005 - RE: Good Morning Gay America With its new name to be determined, previously named Good Morning Gay America will air the week of 6/1/05 and be produced by Toria Tolley. Also, QTV was supposed to be aired in other RCN cities, but bandwidth problems caused a delay:
3/2/2005 - RE: RCN Although the RCN rollout has been successful in Boston, Manhattan and San Francisco, RCN is experiencing difficulties extending the coverage area. Significant bandwidth issues in targeted cities have prevented Q Television from being aired. Both parties have addressed this issue and resolution is imminent How long is imminent? We have now seen 3 PR's about stock buyback, yet NO pr detail how many shares were repurchased! Even without releasing Outstanding shares, etc. it would be nice if you would let us know how many shares have been repurchased, just to show that some progress has been made! I know that each PR has different target audiences (viewers, carriers, etc) to show progress of the Network, but the investors need to be taken care of as well, since we are the ones footing the bills through the dilution of stock that has occurred past and present! The depressed pps definitely gives the appearance that QTN is still selling shares to finance daily activities! In order to improve shareholder sentiment, I respectfully request that some DETAILED information be provided either on the IR webpage, or through an official press release. Items of interest that I would like to be updated on are as follows: 1) Outstanding share (approximate is fine), Authorized share and Restricted Share (Frank Olsen personal holdings) counts. This could be most helpful in estimating a correct pps. If we can estimate the value of QTV (appx 300-500million) and divide by the O/S, then we could estimate a target pps! 2) Update on GayDay. Who are the hosts and when will the new launch date be? It is obvious that it will not occur before 6/30 because no advanced advertising to promote the show has occurred! 3) Update on the apparant lawsuit by the Oxygen channel. Has it been resolved? 4) Update on additional RCN cities (chicago, philly, etc) 5) Pride merger Update 6) 16 million potential viewers by the end of June. 7) POD 8) Seattle Television channel agreement Status 9) When will the Transfer Agent will be "Ungagged" and be allowed to release share count information. The gag order gives the appearance that QTV is trying to hide something! 10) An update on audit timing would be great! Also, if possible, to share plans to "clean" the dirty shell and provide information on progress to higher exchange. Providing just the least bit of information will keep us updated and make us feel as though we are actually a part of the company instead of just a money pot used to bankroll the activities! Your response to these items is greatly appreciated.

i hope i am not affending any of you by my way of expressing myself i know this is the qbid thread and should try to remain on subject but i feel so close to many of you as we share a similar dream (of course with variations, but in general we all want to make a few bucks)this is why i sometimes get a bit off topic and maybe a little to fluffy when i should be bringing dd to the board.i consider myself and please feel free to laugh your you know what off;a spiritual stock investor.hahaha im laughing myself.i incorporate micro penny stocks,stocks ,and options into my trading and investing.so far i have been very unsuccessful to be totally honest ive made chunks of change and always given it all back.this time it is different though i am waiting for profits and i mean real ones.whether it come from qbid or we shall all see.but i just wanted to make sure that i am not being offensive in my manner of sharing my thoughts.i am obviously a total beleiver in qtv's future and i get excited just talking about qtv.but i dont want to sound so happy about this as new investors may get overly excited and buy more than they can afford.please if your new to qbid throw a few bucks at it try and be patient but dont morgage the house or sell your car looking to make fortunes in a few days. i personally have way more in this than i ever intended on putting in but now i intend on putting way more than i have in so you see how that goes.anyway i can be a bit of a motor mouth as my freinds call me so i wont take up any more of this thread with my nonsense.thanx all for hearing a soul who just needs to share their thoughts.

No, you do realize that a scant 4 months ago QBID's biggest "claim to fame" nation-wide was a mention on David Letterman. And the 2006 gay games.
Now they are hosting LIVE shows in cities nationwide. Even straight people that wouldn't probably request Q Television are going to these gay pride events or walking by. And they're seeing the banners and logos for Q Television.
How many might even sign up?
Hell, it almost sounds like a different company. But it's not, it's my QBID, and I own it. Or well, part of it. I do wish I knew how much of it I owned.

Good luck on getting the outstanding PPS. I have estimated the "float" to be about 7 billion based on average daily volume, but avg daily volume is going down now, so either someone is buying shares or people have quit selling, or I was wrong to begin with. But if either of those two were the case, the PPS would be going up, and it isn't, so I don't know what the deal is. Like I've said before, I suspect dilution has been going on in order for the price to have dropped, but I have no idea how much or why.

Hell, even acknowlegement of the lawsuit on the Investor Relations page would be great. If it's not there, there's reason to hide it. And if there's reason to hide it, it must be worse than revealing it.
Apparently Frank and Richard have not yet learned the cardinal rule of honesty. If something bad happens, TELL THE INVESTORS! If you don't, you can be rest assured we're going to figure it out, and the PPS is going to drop because we suspect the problem is actually far worse than it really is.

This doesn't happen on Pinks. In fact, if someone can tell me of a pink sheet stock that *doesn't* gag their transfer agent, I will invest in them. AFAIK, most are gagged, which is what makes pinks so risky. For a lot of these stocks, pump and dilute is the strategy and distort and buy is the other strategy. It's the opposite of what the investor is doing. See, stocks like PLNI and QBID and CMKX and such see the investors as the "bad guy" (esp CMKX) and so they dilute to make you pay for their trips and such. KTrain has pointed this out before, the only way to play the pinks is daytrading, which hurts long-term investors.
There's another way that we as long-term investors can win, though. It's putting pressure on Frank and QBID to release the good news they are holding. It requires us to actually entertain the idea that he is diluting and drop the price so low he can't dilute it anymore and still be making money. If that's the case, at .0001, he can't sell fake shares WITHOUT going back on his promise to do a reverse split and still hold 53% interest in the company.
We can also request that the SEC investigate QBID. Doing so on a regular basis, to ensure he is looking out for our best interests. Also to make sure that

Frank did what is called a reverse IPO, where he buys a public company in order to take his private company public. He got it from a "questionable" individual, and it certainly would seem that Frank himself is questionable as well. But he's trying, and lord knows he's had his successess.
Right now, we may have to assume that since QBID will not release the O/S, we are at 23.5 billion shares, with frank owning 26.5 billion shares, to account for all 50 billion authorized shares. The best thing TMM can do is release the O/S IMMEDIATELY. Long term investors are questioning it.

Noah, more important than getting excited due to someone elses comments, is taking the time to do the proper research. At that point people can form their own opinions. If people react based on a few opinions from this board or any other, they won't be too succesful in their investments. Don't feel bad because you are upbeat. You have done your DD and feel stongly about your opinion.
Also, you are 25??? Wow, so am I. We investors just keep getting younger.

Something is up... the last 30 trades were all sells at the bid... of those 30, scottrade is showing 22 of them less than 75000 share trades... What are the MM's doing? Anybody see something different on other trade platforms?

my order for 300,000 been sitting their a few days no fills yet at .0017 hopefully soon.
polo neat that your a young investor too.i started trading penny stocks and options about 5 years ago and have been through the ringer already.but like i always say to those that think im crazy i dont care to lose 100 times or 1000 times if just once i make it all back and some.i feel confidant in my skills at an early retirement and financial freedom to help those that i want to help.time will tell and we shall all be either a bit dissapointed in qbid or extremely excited and flush.where are you located ? usa? dumb question but you never know.anyways best of luck to you.im buying more and more of qbid when ican and also im investing kinda heavy into lucent jan 2007 5$ call options i have quite a few contracts and they are cheap 15 by 20 per contract.just a thought i know its a bit late to be mentioning lucent but it only recently bustedthrough the 200 day avg and i have seen lu run before made a nice chunk i think two winters ago when lu jumped up over the course of only a few weeks.best of luck to you all come on frank give us a bone i want to hear something dont care what but give me some fluff .
