Hi I’m new to this board but, not new to QBID. Been watching it over a year now, but all my money was tied up in SMTR until recently.

First I really appreciate reading many of you who post here Wiz, Penny & FO2 (to name a few). I found this site while I was attempting to research information surrounding the argument at R/B regarding the internal structure of QTN & TMM.

Before I start I would like to say This is no BASH, in the last month I have put 80% of my investing assets into QBID, ASC=0.0021.

I have noticed that it gets kind of quiet when a certain issue comes up. My question (and it came up here Memorial Day weekend also, Hilander posted 10 or so links but I really did not find a significant answer), “is the legal relationship between QTN and TMM.”

My theory is this; Frank and his “Group of interested investors” control QTN and also own at least 51% of TMM, I think order to get off the pink sheets and generate investment interest, it would not look good if Frank owns the controlling shares alone in either co.. I notice in many of the P/R’s QTN is purchasing something, and TMM is buying back stock, I also think some day TMM will vote to spin off QTN (much like LU did with AV) and by that time we will all have made a considerable amount of money (in QBID), and also get a few shares of QTN, Frank and Co. will own a very large portion. I believe that those internal changes are in the works and will be completed before the move to the OTCBB. Lets face it Frank has done the work, and deserves a significant profit, and that’s how I think things will be done.

I would really appreciate feedback from those no this board (I respect)

This has been addressed many times by the IR. by Frank and hours of discussions. QTN is a wholly owned subsidiary of TMM We own QTN and any other acquisitions made by TMM all Q television network prs state thier ticker symbol. we own it plain and simple. this has been a very heavily used argument by bashers over and over again.
If you are not comfortable with the investment, there is only one thing to do.sell it and move to your comfort zone. It is very important that you are comfortable with your investment. If you cant afford to loose your investment then honestly you should not be investing. no disrespect intended, its just that when you come here and your 1st post is asking about a common basher theory, we have to wonder what your intentions are.
I hope you find this post informative, and not attacking. I will give anyone the benefit of the doubt. but im not going to get into a pisssing contest over this topic.

Your response to my speculative assessment of QTN, leads me to believe one of two things, A, You are all very tired of the issue of ownership of QTN and this matter was settled a long time ago, and there is some factual legal documentation demonstrating the true legal owners or B, you have no idea what has transpired and you are relying strictly on a P/R item from Zephyr and other hear say.

If B, is true then my question was a legitimate one and your response to me offered no factual information. To respond to me with some idiotic condescending cut and paste nonsense “ if you are not comfortable with your investment then sell and move on” To that I can only say only a fool would be 100% comfortable investing in a company that ( as of this date) is no-where near demonstrating transparency.

I have noticed postings on this site, where members take a certain amount of pride in the fact that they send bashers away using factual information. The question I posed to this board was a legitimate one regarding speculation. The response I received was silence (excluding yours which consisted of nothing more then dogma).

I brought up the issue of QTN, to have an intelligent conversation (speculative in nature only). Considering I have invested approximately 1 year of my current salary in this Co., I have the right on any board to bring up an issue that is as gray as this one. The data presented thus far on this issue is open to speculation/debate, until QBID/TMM/QTN becomes a fully transparent company.

As a long term investor I am comfortable with ambiguity, regardless of what you say/think the issue of QTN remains a gray one. Your closed minded response to me with little and no concrete information leads me to believe, you are the one here that is uncomfortable with what may or may-not transpire.

I assume you would have been much more comfortable had my first post said “ Gee I just bought X amount of QBID shares go Q!!).” Pissing contest? From your post to me, I think you’re a little too young, and I’m a little too old. Look forward to hearing from you but I suspect I will hear nothing at all.

I'm not Penny but you need to hear this! Penny has already brought enough concrete DD and educated speculation to this board to last until we reach a buck! If you are genuinely a long term investor God speed & hang in there.

Personally I can't even identify a possible risk at this point because all the BS that people whine about is precisely the reason we're trading at .002 now. Any solid piece of news & this puppy will cook!

if you are being honest about putting one years salary into this then you are either a very low paid individual, or a very blind investor, to throw a years wage into a pink stock with out having the answers that you are looking for just doesn't make sense. I'm sorry but im not going to waist my time playing games. I frankly could care less if you had a million dollars in this stock. you seem to think that you have an advanced knowledge of stocks. how about you bring in some DD and show us what you think is the answer to your question. I merely addressed you question incase you where for real. this was your 1st post and no one answered you. I decided to feel you out with a short answer and see if you where going to argue or ask politely for more information. You have shown your true agenda here in only 2 posts. In my first post I put together a speculative assessment of TMM/QTM, In your last 2 postings to me, you have offered me no concrete, factual/legal data on the issue of QTN/TMM, (You do seem to be interested in offering me investment advice only). I am re posting all of the relevant postings on the issue I raised. (I received several private request to re-post the original) I have been honest, I am a risk taker, I am well paid and in two postings your fellow board members have given me a 4 star rating. I my last post to you I suggested you do not re-engage me w/o legal binding information. Get a leg to stand on or drop the issue, I was interested in an intelligent discussion regarding the move to the OTCBB. In my first post I stated I know I’m going to make money here (so I do not feel I am bashing). How Much was the question I raised In my first post. NOW go away Rod, It is you wasting my time.
