qnique what happened to "We gonna get this money." I just listeneed to Franks interview .there are some big statements in there. Ones I hope materialize as said. I'm afraid I went way over the Vegas limit rule. And stuck my neck out by many thousands over what I would be willing to lose in Vegas, but if Q keeps plowing forward as he has that should'nt be a problem. I only been in Iowa for a couple of months and I sound like a farmer already. Great story Jennifer. Is it yours?

So it is highly unlikely that we can ever pass an audit, we can pass a financial audit we cannot pass an Edgar audit on the shareholder base. So it is very unlikely that we are going to get off the pinks...
qnique Not sure why you posted this, but I assume you are just presenting some info regarding the recent rehash about moving off the pinks.
Now for my opinion. I remember this statement by Rene, and I am sure he said what he believed at the time. Since then, Frank and staff appear to have enlisted the help of professionals (auditors, accountants, lawyers, etc) to make the move off the pinks possible. Situations change. A "dirty shell" probably can be fixed, since "everything" can be fixed with enough time, money and hard work. Also, time heals all wounds . . . some of the problems with the original shell may have faded away. I don't have any details, but I believe Frank when he says he is trying to get off the pinks, and I believe him when he says an audit is ongoing and hopefully will result in moving off the pinks. Until I see evidence that says otherwise, I will worry about other things that really do demand my time and attention.
Such as: How many shares of SEED and BULB should I buy tomorrow? And now Jennifer has alerted us all to SUNK . . . a company with such worldwide name recognition, I cannot resist buying a piece of that action too.

Verizon, DirecTV get closer -- for now By Peter J. Howe, Globe Staff | February 22, 2005
Even as Verizon Communications Inc. spends $6 billion on a new network capable of delivering cable television, the nation's biggest phone company is moving to offer a more tightly bundled telephone-television service package with DirecTV Inc.
Over the past month, Verizon has begun offering new customers a single bill that combines their satellite TV charges with their phone bill, more clearly identifying the $2 to $6 in monthly savings they can get. By June, Verizon hopes to begin sending a combined statement to tens of thousands of customers who had ordered DirecTV through Verizon before the one-bill option became available.
DirecTV, meanwhile, is looking into offering clips from its National Football League ''Sunday Ticket" package of 12 games every Sunday to Verizon Wireless customers using TV-capable cellphones on Verizon's new high-speed Broadband Access network, according to DirecTV executive vice president Steve Cox.
Verizon's tighter embrace of DirecTV comes, however, as the companies are theoretically headed toward becoming rivals in the pay-TV market. Verizon has begun building a super-high-capacity fiber-optic network, called FiOS, that it expects to begin using this year to deliver cable TV. Verizon will compete against cable companies including Comcast Corp. and RCN Corp. as well as DirecTV and EchoStar Communications Corp.'s Dish Network.
Verizon has identified 24 Boston suburbs where it is building out FiOS and expects the network to reach about 200,000 Bay State homes and businesses by the end of this year, although it may not immediately sell TV in every community.
On the ''enemy of my enemy is my friend" theory, phone companies like Verizon have been closely embracing satellite as cable companies ramp up phone offers. BellSouth Corp. also sells DirecTV service, while SBC Communications Inc. is linked with Dish.
''We felt that having the convenience of a single bill is really important to the customer -- the convenience and their seeing the discount," said Rick Yorra, a Verizon group manager who oversees service bundles. Verizon customers get $6 a month off DirecTV packages if they sign up for a local-long distance Freedom Package with either digital broadband subscriber line high-speed Internet access or dial-up access. Customers taking Freedom phone service get only $2 off.
Verizon has never released figures, but Yorra said that since its DirecTV partnership was launched last February, sales have climbed from ''several hundreds per day to several thousands every day" across the country. Verizon reaches about 30 million homes with landline service.
Josh Bernoff, a media industry analyst with Forrester Research in Cambridge, said the one-bill feature ''is significant. You'd be amazed at how difficult that is to do just because of how billing systems are." Comcast, for example, still sends subscribers separate bills for its own phone and Internet services

Page 2 of 2 -- How long Verizon and DirecTV will remain friendly, however, is unclear.

''Will there be times when we start to compete with each other? Sure, there will be," DirecTV's Cox said. But he predicted that ''for the near, medium, and probably longer term" they will be facing ''a common enemy and a common competitor, and that is cable."
Said Yorra: ''The way we see it, the FiOS deployment is going to take several years. I think the battleground is today. The cable company has their triple threat. We needed to develop a strategy to really fight back against the cable companies. Once you've lost the customer, they're really hard to get back."
Cox said Verizon Wireless ''would certainly be a very important potential partner" for NFL video, but because of DirecTV's partnership with BellSouth, it would also look to offer football clips to Cingular Wireless, which is owned 60-40 by SBC and BellSouth.
Bruce Leichtman, president and principal researcher at Leichtman Research Group in Durham, N.H., noted that Verizon has launched and dropped sales partnerships with DirecTV in the past. Verizon and its predecessors have been talking about doing TV since an early 1990s Bell Atlantic ''Information Superhighway" project that later collapsed.
Referring to Verizon and DirecTV, Leichtman said: ''We don't know if there are going to be tensions or not because there have been so many starts and stops. The question is: Is Verizon serious this time" about really deploying a TV-capable network and continuing to bundle DirecTV with phone and DSL service for the long haul?
The more serious issue, Bernoff said, could be customer confusion.
''For every community in which Verizon offers TV, there are going to be about eight where the only choice for them to offer is DirecTV," Bernoff said. ''In the long run, they will continue to deal with both, and it's very confusing to tell consumers: We can sell you FiOS TV if you're on the east side of town but we can only sell you DirecTV if you're on the west side of town, but if you wait a year, people on the west side can get Verizon TV, too."

Also, the bashers are tending to bring up stuff that is clearly NOT NEW. We all know what Renee said in the interview 6 MONTHS AGO. The transition period happend in late 1999 from GAAY to QBID and QBID can certainly pass a 5 year audit as of now. In fact, the only reason they waited 5 years was so that they COULD pass a 5 year audit. It's been haunting them these past 5 years and they finally have a chance to switch over.
Now, technically, I will be honest here, the last day to transfer over the GAAY shared to QBID was March 12th, 2001, so that MAY mean that QBID can't make the move to OTC-BB till March 12th, 2006.
So if it's going to be a year, why won't this drop to .0001 between now and then?
One word: Carriers. QBID has far more demand than supply. Their costs are already essentially fixed. Having 15,000 or 150,000 subscribers doesn't change the cost. Frank knows this. Hell, anyone with a brain knows this. The trick is getting the carriers to jump on the demand.
Every carrier is fearing a backlash from the Christian or religious communities if they pickup Q Television now. Which is why they are waiting. They want to see LOGO break that barrier, and then they get to go second. LOGO and the first carriers take the heat from the religious right, and Q Television and the second group of carriers don't.
It's a political game to see who is going to have to clash with the religious right and who isn't. Sumner Redstone (launching LOGO, more info here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sumner_Redstone ) knows what Viacom will have to deal with, but thinks that the time is right to launch. Granted, I think they are worried about nothing, because the religious right is more afraid of terrorists and left-wing wackos right now than gays.
Once LOGO breaks that ground, Q Television can too. And they won't take nearly the heat for doing so.
IMHO, we should be elated that we're able to buy shares in the .0020 range. Because word of a single national carrier (POD doesn't count cause it doesn't have clout) and this stock jumps to a penny or two. And those of you poor bashers that think it's worth your time to try to get that .0017 are going to be smacking yourselves in the head that it was in the .0020 range for OVER A MONTH and YOU DIDN'T BUY IT.
Then, when we get on an exchange, who the hell knows what the PPS will be. I just know that I feel better buying now and holding for at least a year than I do about waiting for a carrier to be announced and having to buy in the .02 range.
And yes, its not exactly ridiculous to expect a tenfold increase on the announcement of a carrier, after all THAT IS THE ONLY THING HOLDING QBID BACK! Remember that they have more demand than supply, so anytime we actually *GET* supply, it's HUGE.
On another note, anytime we can cut production costs, like the May 20th PR did, that is huge as well. I'm amazed that a 70% reduction in production expenses didn't key or signal some more investors to jump into this potential goldmine.

One thing Q does have that none of the others have is it is publicly traded as a single entity.

QBID & QTN are one in the same...Everyone that buys QBID stock is a member of the Q TELEVISION FAMILY. I asked him him about the CPA company and he said THE CPA FIRM IS DONE WITH ITS JOB (( DID HE LET THIS SLIP OR WHAT ))and we should be hearing details soon. He said it so fast I almost missed it...
I asked him about the large blocks of Buys/Sells at the end of the trading days. He told me that not everything you see seems as it appears. I asked him to expand on that and he said that many companys buy back shares during the trading day and then at the end of the day finish up. The BID AND THE ASK that us normal investors have (Level II) is not the same as the Level II that the MM's use. That is what he meant by things do not always seem as they appear.
Rene said " Q is not selling any shares into the market and has not been. Q is fully funded and has no need to raise money by selling shares. Q is Buying shares as money comes availible to Q Television. Rene said that Q is growing and every week a new door opens for Q. Q is very busy getting the word out to the GLBT community and things are looking great in Q future. Q is on a schedule and is sticking by it. Things do happen along the way and things have to be adjusted.
That was about it. If I can remeber anything else I will post it. I have talked with Rene in the past and he is a very friendly person.
Oh almost forgot he might be at the UC Riverside talk with Frank on June 1st if he is in town.
Also, let's not forget the men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom. Best wishes for a happy Memorial Day to everyone! God Bless America!

UFORGOT2FINISH YOUR STATEMENT. YOU ARE AS BAD AS ANY OTHER BASHER.
LET ME FINISH IT FOR YOU
So it is very unlikely that we are going to get off the pinks for quite some time. However, that doesn't mean we aren't looking around to go and see maybe some innovative way to get off the pink shees and get onto an exchange but it is too early for me to answer that. besides, there is a lot of work to be done and I don't want to be quoted as saying, "we're going to be off within a certain period of time."
