Thes prs seem to be designed to do just what one would want it to do in a buy back. Drive the price down. It went back to .0019 after the pr came out. Muhuhahahahaha.

I found the information U4 referred to in an earlier post. He quoted a MEDIA ADVISORY from GLINN (Gay/Lesbian International News Network) that accused QBID of being a "fraud".
Rather than post the entire article (I don't want to lend any credance to U4's comments), you can read it for yourself at this site:
If you read this article, note the date of the Advisory. I've quoted a few lines below:
"You may recall that GLINN did a major article on the Gay Television Network the beginning of the year . . . they have not gone away. GTN which changed its name to Triangle Television Network has announced at least 3 launch dates and did not meet any of them . . . a couple of months ago they announced they would launch on September 5, 2001."
So, this MEDIA ADVISORY is about 4 years old.

Yes this is nice news but we need to know about that pr not long ago about the other buyback. Is this the 2nd or 3rd. If 2nd, then why did they announce another buyback not long ago? They are screwing up with this, getting us all confused. This can't be hard to tell people, but for some reason they make it so hard to understand some of these PR's

If U4 is not intelligent enough to SPELL OUT, THIS ARTICLE WAS ISSUED SOMETIME IN NOV 2001.

Have they ever PR'ed that the other buy backs were completed? Have they provided any update on the investors that were going to buy upto .01? I bought back in recently and this morning but I have not been keeping up with Q day to day. Thanks for the help.

B/L I would hope that he gets paid for his wasted time. I think he must be deprived of attention that he requires. Nothing he says has done anything for me.

What does it take to move this thing. There is a huge wall of mm's on the bid and only 1 on the ask. This is ticking be off. Now I know how all you longs must feel.

HitMe I agree. If "no one" will sell their shares to the MMs, they have to raise their bids. I realize that is not likely to happen, but PPS is still set by supply and demand. From what I understand about MMs, they make money on every trade, regardless of price. They also make money by buying low and selling higher, just like the rest of us, but they have an advantage over the rest of us by being able to control the bid and ask . . . but only if there are sellers to keep them supplied. If I owned 99% of the QBID shares, I would sit and wait for the right price. Assuming they have potential buyers, they would pay my price or sit idle . . . and that means they wouldn't make any money.
Just rambling, but they depend on our impatience for their supply of tradable shares. So, I'm holding (unfortunately, I own a lot less than 99% of the shares).

To me, it seems we have some potential information now. The PR commits (whatever their commitments mean ) to a solid figure~3% of O/S. As we know the rule about when buybacks are permitted, it would seem that we could come up with a ballpark O/S. No?

Have been a long investor with this stock since last year and got in at .0003.When the stock went to .028 sold half and got back in to increase shares!Have been reading all your opinions,posts etc for close to 1 year 1/2!Have a ton of respect to all with the research that you do to make us all feel on this board that a Vegas trip is possible!Just to name a few Doc,Fot2,Whiz,Rod,win,fly,bl,kev,gvest just to name a few and many more!Thanks!And a special thanks to "Highlander" where if it wasn't for people like him or herself where would we be today!My question to this board of investors of "Q" just like myself!Whats the possibility of this stock doing a RS on us right before take off? Good point, BW. It seems like simple math now.
I remember the part about buying back 10 minutes up til the close and then after hours, but can't they slip a few in during the day, too?
Maybe we could get someone to keep track of ANY 9M block that goes through at any part of the day, just in case. My Ameritrade "Last Sale" only keeps track of the last 20 trades, then the 21st one disappears. Plus, I'm not at the computer all day.
Any volunteers?

DIG I doubt if we will get a meaningful reply. His posts depend on the wind direction . . . says he owns stock, recently bought more, "GO Q", etc . . . then makes comments as though he is the only one here who understands stock investing.
Risk? Hell yes. All stocks have risk, and I am sure most of us understand risk better than this guy. He sounds more interested in being "right" than he is in making money.
But I really am interested in hearing more about his last statement.
