buybacks are done by successful companies that are turning profits, QBID doesnt even have any revenue, how do you expect them to buyback shares?

Wow, .0022, wish I had enough money to buy 10 million more shares. Maybe I can con the Army into giving me a raise. Of course last time I asked for a raise I got it, but I had to go to Iraq to get it. LOL

The way I understand it Bob,is that MM's manipulate the pps how ever they want. So we have to get onto an exchange and soon.

To answer you question yes. to the tune of 85 + million which is 25% of todays volume again.
i brought it up last week just after the pr and the run in price, that i thought that the pr was meant as a fluff to either keep the price low or drop it a bit for the buyout, however the price started to move north, and i beleive that they stop the buying up. tonight was the first after hour buys again and i would suspect that the price will hover her for a bit longer.
they are not done the buyback yet or we would have heard about it.
keep watch on the after hours trades. they will give you a good idea as to when they are done. Buckwheat and I figure that they are close to 1 billion buyback now, and that with the money they had to spend, the should be finishing up the buy back by May 30th.
keep an eye on the afterhour buys, the price is not going to move north till the buyback is done.
once it is done, then they will have met the requirements set out by thier advisors to get off the pinks.
We should not be setting time limits on when we feel that this move should be done by, but i do feel that it is not that far off. My gut is telling me that June is going to be the month.
Please note that this is my gut feeling. I have not inside information or read anything that you have not read. This is just the feeling i am getting from all the things i have read and all the pieced of the puzzle that i have put together. dont buy or sell based on what i am saying.
I am very happy to see the buys after hours tonight, as it verifies my feelings that i have stated here in the last week. as i felt that the price was not ment to run up when it did, and stated that when it did move up.

if you were to believe every PR QBID releases, you probably would be broke. last time i was in this stock, they put out countless false PRs, most were very misleading to say the least. good luck to everyone though.

If they were getting ready to be bought out, why would they need to move to another exchange? An audit would be enough, would it not?

You never know I always look to help people. If they do something nice for me, I remember it... If this thing does what we all want it to, I may tip you like I would the dealer at the black jack table.
Thanks for the advice. I ended up with more shares because of it.

it looks to me like they are trying to slow the rise down. maybe they are not done the buyback and this is taking off on them.
the last two prs in my opinion, i believe where meant to be taken as a fluff pr, but the charts are starting to move the price on them. It may be that the float is getting smaller and the available shares are starting to get harder to get. If we are going to another exchange the market makers are more then likely aware of this and are thinning out the number of shares they have so that they can stock up on the new exchange. one thing is for certain, when they move to the new exchange, i don't believe it is in the interest of the mms to be short on this when they make the move.
JMHO I'm not pumping just thinking out loud.

I could be completely wrong on that.

what if the new exchange that we are moving to happens to be the exchange that the new owners want to list on.
this has to be reporting for that to happen.
Frank did not say that we would still be owned buy him on the new exchange.
i know that is way out there but lets face it.
a new owner is not going to be interested in purchasing until they fully know what the financials of the company are, the liabilities and what have you. Once the audit is done they can then go on to the new exchange. if the buyer is not ready at that point, then we are lined up and looking better to investors, and other potential owners.
who looses in that situation? I don't see any losers other then maybe the MM's, but i don't believe they ever loose.
JMHO don't take it to the bank.

Correct me if I am wrong, but the buyback stopped for a few days and then started back up. Why would this be? I bet tomorrow we see .002 and maybe dip under for awhile but then back to .002... The sell off from the run will drag this down...

IMHO, this will run again before we get a date to be on an exchange. And I would guess much higher than .0030. Someone is clearly cleaning out the float. I know I've said plenty of negative stuff about Frank not posting a date, but the float seems to be disappearing and I'm extremely interested in that aspect of it, mainly because I'm starting to think it might not even be Frank buying these shares but MMs pocketing it or some other entity. It could be maybe that he does intend to post a date and is really buying back shares. For now, I'm going to take Frank's word on it and keep an eye out for any dates that might come up.
